I used Attention to Detail when we moved out of our rental home. They did such a great job cleaning each appliance, the bathrooms, laundry room, etc...They even do the little things like sweeping outside your front porch to get rid of all the cobwebs (loved that!). The girls were very professional and were obviously trained by the owner on the "attention to detail" part. Before the cleaning team started they did ask me if it was okay to go outside of the quoted hours if necessary. I guess it's hard to give quotes over the phone when they can't see exactly how dirty (or clean) your house is (makes sense). I asked them to keep me updated and they defintely did. They had to go over on the hours (2 hours) but it was well worth the extra money and saved me the time of having to do it! This post will not really speak to the quality of cleaning as much as the people who make it happen because the five star review speaks to the cleaning: Kathy, the owner is always in communication whether it be a a slight deviation in time of arrival to making sure I remember the girls are coming to clean (mid 30's bachelor). The girls! Not only do they do a good job cleaning up my beer cans, washing my dirty dishes, taking out all the trash scattered around the house; they also clean your bedroom first when they find you hungover on the couch so you can go to bed while they finish. Probably the best way to describe this company is, "above board." For instance, i was not going to make it back in time to walk my dog at lunch. I called the girl who was there cleaning and she walked my dog twice without protest or expectation. I trust them and I advise anyone living in the Seattle area to give them a shot. read more

I've been using Attention to Detail for my residential houseskeeping needs for 10 years and have received consistently outstanding service. I tried a couple of times switching to someone cheaper but went right back. They know which materials are safest to use on which surfaces (granite, stainless, hardwoods, you name it). The first time someone slops a lot of water all over your hardwoods you really appreciate ATD's contrasting minimal use of water.
