Finally she texted back, apologizing and asking if her husband can come 1.5 hrs after our original appointment. I'm not comfortable with that at all, and I politely declined. I also very politely added that it's a nice courtesy to notify clients when they are going to be late.15 minutes later, she respectfully apologized, explaining that they were "behind schedule all day". I think trust is paramount when hiring someone for something so personal, and therefore I wouldn't recommend this company. But communication, when it was there, was very nice. I'm sure they were just having a bad day, but I'm really disappointed. :(

Originally they were supposed to come Thursday morning at 11am so my Realtor could take photos Thursday night. I got a message at 11:15 saying they would arrive at 12:30. Then she cancelled stating she was too busy. I cancelled photos with my realtor. She asked if Saturday would be fine, which is fine. They asked if they could arrive 30 minutes earlier than scheduled, then showed up late. I just wanted help with some deep cleaning. My counters are still dirty, my microwave wasn't even touched. So now I have to go back and clean again. I don't know why I even spent $200 on this. I could have just gotten a nanny and done it myself. The grout in the master shower also wasn't done. I basically just paid $200 for someone to vacuum, clean my toilets, and mop my floors. UPDATE. I think it is highly unprofessional to call out a client for things they "did wrong". I closed certain doors and told the gentleman who walked through not to touch those rooms. Then those rooms were gone into anyway. One of my children's bedrooms was not cleaned at all because he was napping. So this is incorrect. I had 3 bedrooms vacuumed, two of them I had requested they stay out of. Nothing in those rooms was cleaned, only vacuumed. Beds were not made/cleaned. Only vacuumed. If that is a "deep cleaning" my apologies, I must not know the definition of a deep clean. I also told them to leave my half bath alone which she went into anyway. My master bathroom was hardly cleaned aside from the toilet. The woman who did the cleaning pushed her way angrily back into my home after finding out I left a negative review shortly after she had left. Also; nothing against her, she didn't speak the best english, but gesturing at someone in a hostile manner and pushing their way into your home is very unprofessional. She also spent 2 hours on my porch smoking after she finishing "cleaning" while she waited for a ride. She also dumped all of the cleaning products used on our floors down the storm drain outside the house. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone.

The 2 cleaners were not even going to dust the support beam until I asked and there was so much dust up there. I had small plant splotches on the tile entry which moping did not remove so I had to ask them to do more. That's when she took a razor blade to scrape off the paint. There was also a little bit of paint left on the tile countertop that was not removed. The attention to detail wasn't really there. The hourly rate for 2 cleaners is $80 but the additional charge of $20-50 is where there's not enough transparency. I did not know what this additional charge would be ahead of time. I was charged an additional $30 for cleaning products...when all I saw was a couple Swiffer duster pads, microfiber towels, and some spray solution used. I have hardwood and I'm not convinced they even used hardwood specific products. I also got a text at 205pm for my 2pm appointment that they would be an hour late. I did not appreciate the late notice as I was waiting already. I was pretty disappointed with this cleaning experience and would use a different company next time.
