Ladronna does a great job. She's on top of her game, she's been in the business for years so she has a lot of experience and knowledge about the cleaning business. She saved me from doing a move-out cleaning I had NO energy for so I am forever grateful to her. I thought her pricing was reasonable given the job she had. She does need to realize women don't like to hear their house is a disaster or is really dirty. If she cut that out of her initial quote I bet she'd have more fans and/or better reviews. I will use her services again. I recommend her for move-out cleaning, I have no experience with her for weekly or monthly cleaning. read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience was noteworthy to say the least. I called Ladonna this afternoon to see about a same-day cleaning for my apartment and was told she would need to see the place before committing to the job, which is completely understandable. Upon arrival to my street, I received frantic phone calls asking where I was and that she "didn't have time for this," even though she had entered my address incorrectly. After trying to explain that I knew where she was and I could come to her instead of her entering my address into her GPS for a third time, and walking up to meet her - she stared at me, said "I can't." and literally ran away from me to her car and drove away. I haven't provoked that kind of reaction from a woman since getting braces in high school... I understand it was a last-minute request and the cleaning industry is busy this time of year, but that was probably the most unprofessional encounter I've ever had. read more

The owner was very quick to jump on a call and talk, however, she was very rude and did not listen to any of the concerns. I believe she's very sour about the whole Airbnb thing as a whole. Definitely came to a lot of conclusions before even understanding everything. I appreciate the promptness though. I concur with most of the previous reviews by Ched/Claudia/Crystal etc. read more

This business needs to take a course in Customer Service. They can Google my name and see that I teach it on college campuses and have been in the service industry for over a decade. I believe *The owner (She presented herself as such) called me abruptly at 5:11 p.m. told me right away that it was a long day, and that she has been on the phone all day, and I was fortunate for her to be calling me at that time. What does any of this have to do with me? While on speaker phone she shot me a text and gave me a spiel of what the price of $43 - $49 dollars an hour with a 4 HOUR MINIMUM. If she had paid attention, she would have seen that I live in a zip code where the issue wasn't about the money. I was attempting to share with her that I have a 1Bdr/1Bth 600 Sq Ft apartment, and it would not take 4 hours for it to be cleaned. I wasn't trying to be cheap; I was attempting to save the cleaners some time. I told her right away that her energy was really high, and had to restart the conversation by saying "Good afternoon, how are you"? She then wanted me to know that her workers were able to receive unemployment during the pandemic. Again. What does any of this have to do with me? She demanded for me to use Zoom, FaceTime or Meeting to take a look at my apartment live. It would be nice to know this beforehand. It's been 90 plus degrees here in Seattle recently, so I was rushing to put on a shirt, and pants to try and accommodate her. After she kept cutting me off, and not listening, or picking up on social, calm, relaxed cues I advised her that due to her personality it was not going to be a match. She responded, "I don't know what to tell you about that". Her possible response should have been "Let's do a restart and let me ensure I meet your needs". With social media, I am shocked that businesses choose to be so dismissive, and rude to their clients. I understand that customers are not the best and can be dragons sometimes. I was neither, nor she completely missed the mark. I can only imagine what her employees go through, if this is how she treats potential customers. read more

They were quick, efficient, honest and pleasant. I'll use them again if the need arises.

The google reviews were good but man..... I should've read the yelp reviews before contacting them. I got a really bad feeling as soon as I spoke the person (most likely owner judging from reviews) on the phone so I trusted my gut and backed out immediately. I simply wanted a quote and that somehow turned into this whole thing. She wanted me to go through my entire house on facetime which confused me because I never had a cleaner ask to do that. I asked for clarification and she proceeded rant about how she's been in the business in X amount of years and seen XYZ and how cleaning makes more money than being a teacher. Fine, I'll show you my house - maybe she was scarred by some previous bad experience or something? I thought it would just be a quick tour for her to get a sense of the condition of the home so there would be no surprises but I was soooo wrong. She wanted me tell her line by line what I wanted her to do. So I started to listed the things out (wiping down TV, vacuuming couch, cleaning oven, etc) and she would constantly interrupt me saying "that's a separate line item" ....like how was I supposed to know that? Then she told me that cleaning the living room and kitchen would already take more than 4 hours which doesn't make sense to me bc all I've said was dusting, vacuuming the couch, and cleaning surfaces? I looked at other reviews and it appears that she greatly exaggerates her cleaning times - 10 hours for a regularly cleaned 1b1b apartment, 24 hours for a 1050 sqft home?! And most of the time it looks like she adds on additional time from her initial quote! Anyways, it was in the middle of a workday I didn't have hours to babysit her and walk her through what all needs to be done so I cut the call off after 10 mins. I already had a call with another company that already knows their responsibilities and has a list of services with add-ons if needed. Overall, she was rude, unprofessional, and kept talking over me which made me feel uncomfortable so I decided to end the call with her and move forward with another cleaner. Based on these other reviews, I blocked her number. read more

The owner is very very stressed out. I have never felt more stress trying to work out a rate on a cleaning service in my life. The floors were not cleaned properly - there were pieces of stuff on the floor, the siding was not cleaned. The floors were the main reason for the visit. read more

I needed to hire somebody to deep clean my apartment. I called La Donna's to inquire about the price of their cleaning services. They charge roughly $45 an hour. Per their company's structure, they come out to look at the job to conduct a bid. Following leaving the company a voicemail, The owner called me back relatively quickly, followed up with a text to schedule a bid. Unfortunately, she was in China, and communication was choppy. She told me she couldn't do Monday unless it was a 6:30am bid, or a before 5pm bid, both times that would not work for me, since I am moved into my new apartment and have to work. Needless to say, we agreed to meet at 5pm on Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around. She was thirty minutes late due to traffic. She wanted to hurry the process up because she had a woman's group at 7pm that evening. She walked the apartment and essentially said that I was wasting her time, and that a one-bedroom apartment to deep clean and be "hotel"-ready, would take ten hours. Our apartment has received wear-and-tear, but feel as if that was a bit of an exaggeration. Over two years, we deep cleaned once per week. She was pretty upset with me and kept saying that she had to tell her crew not to visit our apartment to clean, and that she was now going to be late to her woman's group... Sorry for wasting your time? I felt as if the owner was only on her terms, rather than the customer she was looking to assist. It would cost us nearly $200 to pay the clean-out fee at our apartment with cleaning it myself to the best of my ability. I mentioned in our initial conversation that I did not think her company would be a good fit, but she insisted on coming up to visit. Little did she realize, I too made the same commute that she did, only for her to also waste my time. Update on this review: La Donna called me today to ask why I didn't call her to express the concerns I listed in my Yelp review. She said she acted with integrity and honored her word by driving to Renton, outside her normal proximity. However, this wasn't my choice; it was her own. She also said I shouldn't write a review based on a bid, and that I made her seem like a bad person. I'm not trying to be rude? I have every right to hold a business accountable. This is borderline harassment, and I shouldn't have to defend myself for being treated so poorly. She asked me to say something that she did right, which I replied that she had a quick response time. Straight up unprofessional in every sense, and I'm quite frankly weirded out. read more

Charges high prices. Boss is kind of a spaz. Abusive towards staff members.

We were very impressed with Ladonna's professionalism and integrity in estimating what it would take to do a tough deep cleaning job on a former rental property. This place had not been properly cleaned in 20 years and we wanted a thorough job. She knew exactly what it would take and gave us an honest bid. Her crew came early and worked hard all day, delivering tremendous value. There are lots of cleaning services around, but this one is the real deal, worthy of trust. We will not hesitate to use them again. read more

I have never felt so ripped off! I wanted to do a move-in clean on my new rental home before moving all my stuff in. We moved cross-country, so we had nothing when we got here except our luggage of clothes for a 4 day drive. I had contacted Ladonna and several cleaning services ahead of time to try to schedule something, but it was incredibly difficult to schedule. Due to some things falling through, Ladonna was the best last-minute resort. When trying to schedule with her, she was willing to come work late in the evening on short notice. That is the only plus (and what will deserve a star at all.) We had some issues because she evidently thought I should have *some* cleaning supplies. Well, no. I did not bring my cleaning supplies with me in a car with kids and pets. Sorry. They did not make it onto the truck either as those are not allowed on moving trucks. One of the points was that she needed to have her own supplies. She asked that I point out everything I wanted cleaned. Well, I wanted everything cleaned. I went around with blue tape, as she requested to note what I wanted done. Blue tape was everywhere. When she got here she said something to the effect of "I'm good with the big things, not the details." Well, the point of a move-in clean is the details. Generally landlords get the big things done. After I showed her around and talked about what I wanted done, she asked what I thought the job was worth. Based on an earlier experience, I gave an amount. It was obviously too high as she snatched it up. She was full of advice, but I'd rather she spent the effort cleaning. Due to it being late after a cross-country move, I took the kids to the last night in a hotel (remember, we had no furniture at this point.) My husband went back to pay Ladonna in cash. In the dim light of the late evening, everything looked okay - but certainly were not up to my standards. And as I went through the house in the following days, it was apparent she skipped a lot. I really felt like my money was misspent. read more

I should've read all of the reviews about the owner being a stressed out spaz. She really needs some coaching on how to treat potential clients with respect, or delegate that task to someone with more tact. All I did was submit an online inquiry, and she called me and berated me. Weirdest "sales" call ever...not sure how she gets any business at all. read more

I was misled by all of the five-star reviews Ladonna's had on Google+ and made the mistake of not checking Yelp before I scheduled a cleaning with her. Even before she arrived, she called me to let me know she was on her way from somewhere that should've only taken her 15 minutes. Instead, nearly an hour goes by without hearing from her. When she finally arrived, I asked if there was traffic, and she said that she decided to stop in and visit a sick friend instead. I'm not sure why she couldn't have told me this before hand, or why she bothered to call me to tell me she would be there in 15-20 minutes, when she wasn't planning on arriving for another hour. As for her cleaning, I had the same experience as a lot of previous reviewers. I could hear Ladonna on the phone while she was supposed to be cleaning, and she would also come over and engage me in conversation about things not relevant to cleaning at all. Then she would stand and talk to me instead of cleaning, or clean very slow while talking to me. I had a book in my hand and was trying to read - not giving off any indication that I wanted to talk, but I was repeatedly interrupted by Ladonna. I wouldn't have minded talking to her at all, except that in the end, she stayed 15 minutes longer than quoted, and I was charged an extra $10. If she hadn't stopped to talk to me so much, she wouldn't have had to stay longer than scheduled. Overall, I found Ladonna to be unprofessional and purposely trying to waste time. The cleaning she and her other cleaner did was fine, but I would rather go with another cleaning service that behaved more professionally. read more

LaDonna's did a spectacular job on my move-out clean. The entire crew was friendly and efficient, and they kept me apprised of changes when the job went over estimate (not their fault, we found some stuff that was WAY more disgusting than expected). During the final walkthrough, we found a tiny bit of tape residue on the inside of the front screen door, and LaDonna wouldn't leave until she'd gotten it all off herself. Even better, she took the plant I wasn't able to move and gave it a good home (there was nowhere safe from the cat in the new place). Impeccable service, highly recommended. read more

In looking for a cleaning service, I believe that a representative should come out to the house and not try to give an automated quote. With Ladonna, she jumped on the chance to come out and take a look as soon as she could. I felt she gave me a honest estimate after reviewing the rooms to be cleaned. She pointed out what they could do that most other cleaners would not do. I agreed as we've had other cleaners and the house never felt totally cleaned. When Ladonna gave the estimate she explained that we had a high maintenance house. No one had ever said that before. It made sense. Stainless appliances, all hardwood floors, lots of mirrors and furniture to dust. I understand now why it takes so long. When I came home to the cleaned house, I was blown away by the thoroughness. My husband and I both agreed that the shower floor and walls had never looked as good since the day we remodeled. That was over 5 years ago. All of the hardwoods were thoroughly cleaned and spotless and smelled wonderful. The stainless appliances looked brand new. Yes, the prices may be a bit higher, however with everyday surface cleaning by me, going every six weeks with Ladonna's service should do the trick. Prices are well worth it. The cleaners should be paid a good wage for the job they do. And being a business owner myself, I understand how much SS and L & I rates are. I would recommend Ladonna's service. read more

I had a last-minute, challenging job cleaning up the very dirty studio apartment of a family member, and the 2-woman team made it happen within a day, with a very deep scrub. What a relief! Do not expect a bargain price, but help is on the way. read more

I needed a move-out cleaning for my 2 bedroom apartment. For the record, I have had regular biweekly cleaning services for years with another company. BUT, my current cleaners don't offer a specific move-out cleaning service so I thought I'd call around for estimates. I didn't use Yelp, I used a random google search for cleaners in Seattle. I have no idea why I did that! I talked with Ladonna and she uses old-school, high pressure sales and talks A LOT. Like so much that you know something is not on the up and up. She gave me an estimate of around $400 but would not commit to even cleaning my place until she could see it. Do NOT let this woman into your house. Also, she claimed she could come to my place immediately because she was in the area. Again, old-school sales tactics and she probably won't leave until you schedule a cleaning with her. Did I mention I used the online form and she called me almost immediately after I hit the send button? I was only asking for an estimate. I understand that some people lie and say their place is cleaner than it really is but, I only wanted an estimate. At one point she even put me on speaker and said she was with her cleaning crew. I hope they weren't cleaning someone else's place and charging them while talking to me. Also, she told me she charged $40-45/hr...so that means $45/hr...why give a range? Is that supposed to make me think it is going to be $40? And I think she told me she pays her cleaners $20/hr....which means she keeps $25 an hour for herself. I hope she pays for all cleaning products and mileage for her staff because answering a phone isn't worth $20/hr. I have lived in 15 apartments over the past 20 years. I have never paid $400 for a move out cleaning...EVER. She started talking to me about Amazon workers...I assume they are the ones who are willing to pay that much for a cleaning. I ended up going with my regular cleaning service and it was around $180. I also got estimates from 4 other companies via Yelp. They were all in the $150-200 range. Lastly, my landlord told me that my apartment was in pristine condition and the best she'd ever seen in her 10 years of managing properties. I am getting a full refund of my security deposit even though my building is kinda run by slumlords who like to use cleaning as an excuse to keep your security deposit. So I doubt that Ladonna's cleaning could be better even though it costs twice as much....and that was an estimate...it could've been more. If you are considering using this company, read the other yelp reviews first. And be sure to read the ones that have been filtered as well. read more

What a positive experience. I called last minute for a deep clean before listing my house for sale. Ladonna came out that same day to give a free in-person estimate. The pricing was super detailed and totally transparent--no surprises at all, and the owner helped me make smart choices about what services to select to stay within my budget but have the most impact. They then arranged to have as many workers as needed to get the work done within my limited schedule. They were flexible, fast, and flawless. The owner is an energetic lady who's expert in this field, and her employees are kind people and perfectionistic cleaners. Absolutely recommend! read more

Made arrangements to have move out cleaning done. When I got there to inspect the work, the floors were still wet from mopping, so I gave the ok and came back later to find that the work was poor quality - hairs left in the bathrooms in showers and toilets, soap scum left in shower and shower door, residue that I had to clean off in the oven in the kitchen. Overall, low effort cleaning that missed a lot - like one of the shower faucets was clearly only cleaned on the side you could see from outside the shower and wasn't even wiped down on the side you couldn't see from outside the shower. The owner did offer to have the cleaner come over and fix the issues, but come on, at those prices it should be done correctly the first time, and I had already corrected the issues myself. Avoid this business. read more

Ms Ladonna could benefit from business coaching on proper etiquette, how to act professionally, and what customer service is. She could also use some training on how to coach and train her employees who have habitual issues. It would serve her well to use the words "I'm sorry" and I hope this review is helpful teaching moment for her. What inspired the above paragraph: I contacted the owner about a job, scheduled a tour of property and job quote. She was 45 min late to the appt. Showed up, talked at me for an hour, about how great her cleaners are and about way too much personal stuff, and many rants about millennials (I am an older millennial...). Gave a quote for 7'ish hrs. I ok'ed it. Walk out to our cars, where she picks at and wipes bird poop off her hood with her fingers, and wipes it on her pants and then touches her face/head with hand. I should have known things would get even stranger after that. Cleaner arrives, at the end of the shift she calls and asks for extra hours, I ok it. I met the owner there the next day to inspect and pay. She's 45min late, again. We both find many areas of dirt and grime that were missed. She calls the cleaner back to address the remaining dirt, tells me the cleaner can be there for 2 hrs. I rearrange my day to accommodate their availability. I come back after the end of the 2 hrs and find kitchen cabinets still visibly dirty, that you could see about 10 ft away. I brought cleaning supplies, assuming I would need to finish the job for them, and was right. I picked up a cloth, cleaner, and wiped down cabinets in 5 mins, showing her where the grease was still above the microwave, and lower cabinets. She apologized and said the sun was at a different angle yesterday and she didn't see it. I then went on my way to reclean and dust the rest of the house. She spent another 1.5 hrs in the clean kitchen, not sure doing what. Meanwhile, I took 1 hr to wipe doors, dust door frames, clean window tracks, base trim, light fixtures, hand scrub railing and stair treads on 2 flights of stairs, and hand scrub the entry floor in a 1500 sf 3 story, 3 bd home. The owner (Ladonna) comes ready to fight to our final inspection. She makes a huge scene, talking to me the entire time with her eyes tightly closed. She tries to get me to pay for every hour the cleaner was there. I protested, and reiterated how I had to help her clean, and supervise her cleaner for her. And the job quote should be honored. She relents and gives me a $75 "discount", which is still $120 more than our quote. Her eyes still tightly shut. It was so weird. I was freaked out. She made such a scene that I just wrote her a check to end the drama and mess. As I walked away, she proceeds to yell at me that it's rarely ever about the job and always about something wrong with me. That there is something wrong with me and my life that I need to work on. I just walked away. No, Ladonnas Cleaning, my complaint was precisely and only because of a poor job. And that you all came back and still did a poor job a 2nd time, and then tried to charge me extra for your troubles. And a poor job from a cleaner that you told me you were "delusional" to keep putting so much faith and trust into because she always misses stuff. Unbelievable. Next morning, I wake up to a voicemail from the owner telling me how she meditated over the situation and felt it happened wrong and it didn't feel good to her. Never did the words "I'm sorry, how can I make this right?" come out of her mouth. Or a simple "thank you" for helping clean or paying her more than the quoted price, or for waiting for her to show up late, or for working with her to get the cleaner back out to finish the job. Nonetheless, you're welcome. read more

Ladonna's is the best! Helped me out in a last minute jam, got a cleaning crew of 5 who worked till almost 10p to get my home ready for stagers coming the next day. The cleaning crew I had originally hired showed up at 10 am, as 1 poor lone lady, who asked me if she could borrow a toilet brush, which told me all I needed to know. I called Ladonna at 2pm, & she had her crew there at 3:30. read more

The owner is super high energy and fast paced. The service isn't cheap but the price was worth it. The crew worked really hard to get the place from trashed to sparkling in one day. The construction company I used left the place a total and complete mess so it was a hefty amount of money to have this 2 story 3 bedroom 3 bath cleaned, but they got it move in ready in a single day. Again, not cheap, but she puts a lot of hard work into making it shine. If you're looking for detail oriented company that goes the extra mile, this is it. If you're looking for cheap, shoddy work, not here, move on. read more

The best thing you can say here is she's very responsive. And by that, I mean you'd better hope she'll call you over and over and over. I wanted a quote and the next thing I knew, she wanted to drive to my home immediately. She proceeded to complain about traffic though it was her own idea. She called me essentially to tell me how dirty my house is. Tact, she does not have. There's a big difference in presentation that would go a long way. Instead, she walked through my home with me on the phone telling me everything wrong and adding up to 24 hours of cleaning. 24 hours for 1,050 sq ft. The quote was over $1,000. I am certain there's no way anybody was spending 24 hours cleaning. She asked who else I'd gotten quotes from, mocked their lowballs, and did the same when I said my realtor said $200-300 was a going rate for a house my size. Even if this cleaning service were gold plated at the end, I'd never hire her based on her sales tactics and rudeness. I thanked her and told her my realtor's response. She left a 2 minute voicemail after calling THREE times after I'd politely declined her services. In her message she just continued the bizarre rudeness, self aggrandizing, and then complained about driving all the way over in traffic even though I sure didn't ask her to. Wow. Take your chances elsewhere. Unless you like paying over a $1 per sq ft and being squawked at the whole time. read more

I had called Ladonna on a Saturday afternoon and right away she answered. I was in a little bit of a hurry and I was thinking I hope she can come on Sunday in such short notice. She informed me of the options and I was pleased she could come and do the work on Sunday morning early. The crew came in and did a fantastic job. It was really nice to not have to worry about the move out clean. The price for the service was professional and competitive to other cleaning services. The one thing I really liked was the fact that I was able to get such a short notice service. I was thinking I did not have that much time and she really came through for me. The team did such a great job in the apartment. I recommend Ladonna and her team. read more

I should have read the yelp reviews before hiring. For starters the owner called my cell phone at 9:30 PM to setup a time to view my house and give us an estimate. This seemed strange to me and rather unprofessional, this was just the beginning. The cleaners came two days later to do a move out cleaning. One of them I think was working her very first shift. I was originally quoted between $360-400 for our move out cleaning. When they were finishing I got a phone call that it would be $520 for the job to get finished, I agreed with the understanding that the house would look great when it was done. When I went to look at the job after it was finished I was horrified. Baseboards were not all cleaned, no dusting had been done, the kitchen counters had not been touched and the trash from the cleaning had been left on my porch. I sent the owner a text to let her know my dissatisfaction. She then proceeded to call my phone five times in a row and sending text message after text message. This made me feel really uncomfortable. She ended up sending cleaner back to redo some of the work, but that should not have needed to happen. Overall the experience added way more stress to our move than we needed and was extremely unprofessional. What the other negayelp reviews say about this owner are true and also what I experienced. I would recommend choosing a different house cleaner and will not be using this company again. UPDATE: Two weeks since the cleaning and I just received a text message from the owner telling me that "next time I should hire a different cleaning company". Just a cherry on the top for this unprofessional experience. Again I would recommend looking elsewhere where for cleaners. read more

Horrible cleaning. I hired her for a move out cleaning. She responded quickly, and that is the only good thing I have to say. She did not bring all the necessary cleaning supplies (such as a broom, for my hardwood floors), and didn't even clean everything we agreed on. She dumped garbage in a drawer. She brought her dogs inside while cleaning, which I found out when I got home 20 minutes earlier than expected. Good thing I'm not allergic. If I could give zero stars I would. Put in a request for a quote, called me right away. The woman that I spoke to (didn't catch her name, but by the attitude I'm assuming she is the Business Owner or Manager) was in a hurry on the phone, speaking a million miles an hour saying how busy they were and she wanted to swing by before she heads up North because that's where she lives, and it would be easier for her blah blah blah Extremely unprofessional. Repeatedly mentioned and spoke about how we probably can't afford them because she pays her workers X amount and if it is even worth her time driving out here to give me a quote. She did swing by in a panic and ran upstairs quickly to give the space. While looking at the space she was bragging about her previous jobs, again EXTREMELY unprofessional. We are a very large General Contractor and if they did a good job we absolutely would use them in the future. For the record, my Manager approved the cost but just solely based on the attitude and experience I had with this woman, I will not be hiring Ladonna's. Little tip: Treat everyone like they are the most important client... That sounds a bit odd to me. read more

I would not use Ladonna again simply because the price she quoted on the phone to me and my roommate was not at all what she actually charged us. She quoted $70 and charged us $125. She was extremely kind and friendly, but I found it odd when she continuously avoided eye contact and seemed fairly flustered at the thought of cleaning my two bedroom apartment. Her negotiation style is sketchy and I felt like I was getting ripped off the entire time. She didn't bring a lot of the cleaning supplies she needed and took longer than the two hours she told me the job would take (after making me feel guilty for it taking so long..and explaining a long and tiring story about how she had to cancel dinner plans to finish cleaning). I would probably shoot for a larger business next time I decide to hire cleaning services. Ladonna is a nice woman, but I would not hire her for cleaning services again. read more

I was visited by Ladonna and Anita within 30 mins of calling, and then Anita stayed to do 4 hours of work. I usually clean the house myself, so I'm aware how long things would typically take and have quite high standards. I was SHOCKED at how quickly and thoroughly Anita cleaned. The bathroom was beautiful and by far the most immaculate I'd ever seen it, and she even did it in less time than her own estimation. When Anita cleaned the kitchen she managed to get stains out of the white sink to have it looking better than ever and even cleaned in the vents and microwave. Anita went above expectations and cleaned the base boards around the house when there was extra time left because she'd been so quick at everything else. I'd asked for the inside windows to be done and she cleaned both the inside and outside of the windows. Anita was friendly, kind and thoughtful, constantly checking she was doing the work that was needed and asking how she could best be of help to me. She gave me some great cleaning tips and took an active interest in what my expectations of her were. I found her trustworthy, considerate and remarkably hard-working. Anita did some extremely hard cleaning work, and I didn't once see her have a break in the whole 4 hours. I can't think of anything I would have liked her to do differently. I would 100% recommend and I'm looking forward to having Anita over again to get the house looking spotless! read more

I called Ladonna when I needed a post construction cleaning before moving into my home. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an immediate response and have someone come out to look at my job that day. They were able to accommodate me on short notice and the estimate I was given was spot on. They did an amazing job! They were very thorough and paid great attention to detail, getting in nooks and crannies filled with nine months of dust and debris! I have very high standards when it comes to cleaning and they met my expectations and were a pleasure to work with. read more

Lovely people and service. I purchased Ladonna's service as a gift to a bride and groom to clean after their wedding at Golden Gardens. Ladonna was prompt; very timely communication, and did a great job. Very pleased and would definitely recommend. read more

I have been using Ladonna's cleaning service for about 6 months now and my floors have never looked better. The hardwood was in very bad shape and now it sparkles. The rest of the house sparkles too. I have a large dog that does a fair amount of shedding and they do a great job getting up all the hairs. Ladonna is very thorough, dependable and honest. I would highly recommend this service. read more

I made several phone calls to cleaning services I discovered while investigating this category on Google. I was expressing an air of urgency. Until LADONNA came into the conversation, the previous companies came across as impatient with my emotional outreach. Fortunately I dialed LADONNA and she opened-up with a sense of empathy and concern for my need. This was going to be a major sanitizing effort. I had a time issue that bordered on immediacy; Ladonna inherently understood my dilemma. She got people on the job within a couple of hours on a task demanding every active minute of a twenty hour commitment. When all was said and done, she'd reintroduced pristine and immaculate to the illustration of our property. When it comes to cleaning Ladonna doesn't compromise; I don't think she understands anything other than perfection. This is a business owner with complete integrity and respect for the client's needs. Thank you LADONNA. I'm very pleased. Phil Leddel read more
