Upon arrival to my street, I received frantic phone calls asking where I was and that she "didn't have time for this," even though she had entered my address incorrectly. After trying to explain that I knew where she was and I could come to her instead of her entering my address into her GPS for a third time, and walking up to meet her - she stared at me, said "I can't." and literally ran away from me to her car and drove away. I haven't provoked that kind of reaction from a woman since getting braces in high school... I understand it was a last-minute request and the cleaning industry is busy this time of year, but that was probably the most unprofessional encounter I've ever had.

I want to like this company a 5 stars worth amount but I just can't…read more 5 stars would be because I love their values and ethics and it is a local woman-owned business that uses very environmentally friendly products. 5 stars because my house was clean for the most part and I liked the people doing the hard work.... they seemed reliable, trustworthy and seemed to like their job. I have never had my house cleaned before and I have no other experience to compare it to. Here's why I'm taking off 2 stars: ***Email and phone communication was a little bit difficult and confusing. ***On the day of the (very expensive ) deep cleaning, the 3 person crew was about 30 minutes late and I had to call to find out why and to make sure they were coming. And here are the BIG REASONS ------- I made some assumptions I shouldn't have.... The walk through didn't thoroughly explain to me exactly what was going to be done and what wasn't. I thought that the inside of my stove was going to be cleaned and I assumed wrong. I thought my trashes, compost and recycling would be emptied. I thought that behind my TV was going to be cleaned, and I assumed wrong. I thought that a corner of my kitchen where I keep my grocery bags would be mopped and it was 100% not cleaned. (Next time I'll know to hang them on a door handle to expose the floor where I need mopped - same thing with the kitchen floor mats.) Finally, my bathroom sink was completely clogged by debris after this company's visit and I called and received a call back advising me to use a chemical product or, if I really needed them to, they would come out and clear it out for me. The owner didn't really sound happy or thrilled with that idea and so I just spent another 120 bucks on having a plumber come out. I think that it is very stressful to run a business and that's why I'm not taking more stars off. I also have no other cleaning experiences to compare this to and think I may be the type of person that would never be happy having someone else clean my house because it wouldn't be thorough enough? The whole thing took about 3 hours. UPDATE: Owner contacted me and offered to pay for the plumber and was very professional about the situation. I didn't feel comfortable since her response was probably related to my YELP review.

They came out on quick notice and showed up right on time. When they arrived, they asked me what areas I wanted them to concentrate on. I let them know to use their best professional judgement but the worst problem areas for me are dusting and mopping. They nodded and went to work right away. Now everywhere I looked, there's not a dust left and everything is spotless! They even got behind this little area between my bed and window that I wondered if they'd notice. They were also very considerate of how much noise they made as I had been working from home at that time and made sure to put back my things to their original places after lifting them to dust. Price was also more than reasonable and I was not locked into a long term cleaning plan. Very highly recommended. I have used cleaners regularly and not all of them are created equal. Some of them has more skill than others. Delacruz has them in spades so they can clean the shiniest in the shortest amount of time. I'm almost afraid to leave this review because they are just so good that they will get booked very quickly and I won't be able to get on their schedule anymore. They did such a thorough job though and more than my expectations that of course I can't be selfish like that :)
