Really great and fast service. I appreciated Javier's timeliness and frequent check ins on arrival times as my days can get busy. The cost was transparent, they helped move light furniture and gave us a good heads up on the down time for the wet carpets as well as realistic expectations on what stains may or may not come out. Thanks a bunch! read more

I've worked with many carpet cleaning companies and this is by far the best experience I've had. Excellent customer service. They were very responsive and flexible with my scheduling changes. The rep who came out to do the cleaning was communicative and arrived when he said he would. They will definitely be my go-to for future projects. read more

I have used many different companies over the years to clean for me, all about the same. Javier came out assessed what needed to be done and got my carpets cleaner than anyone ever has before!! These were heavily soiled, I am beyond happy with the results! And remember... ALWAYS support your neighborhood/local businesses, we need them as much as they need us!!!! read more

Once again I've called on Javier from Chavez Cleaning Services. Accidentally scheduling a conflicting appointment with my daughters school, I called to confirm cleaning time. Javier promptly called with his arrival time. He was willing to close up my home in the event he was not finished and I had to leave. It says wonders that we trust him to lock up for us. The job was completed in time for me to lock up. I was educated on caring for the carpet and supplied with blocks for furniture protection. My carpet and stairs are beautiful and clean. I love this company!!!! Thank you Chavez Cleaning for always doing the job right and for your outstanding customer service!!!! We highly recommend this company! read more

After an unfortunate mishap with a stressed cat and my couch, I called Chavez Cleaning Service out. They showed up, and did a pretty good job cleaning the couch, and removing several years of dirt and dust, and they scotch-guarded it as well. The unfortunate thing is, that even after 2 visits out, I had to still rewash the cushion covers to get the smell of cat urine out, because their deodorizer didn't work on them. For some reason, however, the deodorizer DID work on the sponge part of the cushions, along with letting them air out on the balcony for a week. I was satisfied with the work that was done, though, and the couch looks brand new. read more

USE THIS COMPANY FOR ALL YOUR CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANING! Seriously the best ever. Very effective and efficient. I highly recommend this company! I would give 10 stars if possible! :) read more

I have used Chavez Carpet Cleaning regularly for a few years now. They are punctual and always let me know when they are off schedule. During the inclement weather (lots of snow) they couldn't get here but went out of their way to make sure they could get here before our son came to town. They protect the walls while here, give me an exact quote, and recommend solutions for any problem areas. I would definitely recommend them. In fact I have forwarded their website to family members with homes in the area. Thanks! read more

If you need your carpets cleaned, don't even call anyone else. Chavez is the bomb. He asked if he could come early and got it done before I had to leave the house. I got the 3 rooms for 99 intro deal. Carpets are super clean and dry now and look great. I will definitely re-use. Very professional company. read more

I have always cleaned my carpet myself as I can do a better job than most of carpet cleaning companies until I discovered Chavez cleaning and I have never looked back except to spot clean. The price they quote is the true price. There are NO additional hidden fees plus they meet the other common customer expectations. i.e. reliable, courteous. trustworthy and went the extra mile for me.They finally gained my confidence so I had them clean my expensive furniture and they did a great job!! Also they have an associate maid service that has the same work ethics and great pricing! I highly recommend them. Lorena read more

We have our carpets cleaned once a year, and for the last several years we have had Chavez clean them. There is a simple reason for this: Mr. Chavez always arrives at the scheduled time, and he does a great job. read more

This was a horrible experience. I bought a voucher for a carpet cleaning for Chavez Cleaning Service from Living Social. I called them and scheduled the appointment for the earliest appointment possible which was 2 weeks out. They were supposed to show up from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM on a given day. The not only didn't show up, but they never called to cancel, re-schedule or anything. I called them after that to find out what happened and again have not received responses to my calls. I spoke to either their answering service or receptionist and they promise to call back but never do. I finally processed a refund from Living Social directly. What a waste of my time! read more

These guys are the best! Professional, efficient, and the service is top notch!!

Cannot trust them, straight up lying over the phone to get your business. Save your money and go somewhere else. Total rip off service. I called them asking for pet stain removal and rug cleaning. They mentioned they didn't do spot cleaning but could cover it as part of the three areas deal for $99. It was obvious from the customer support person that they would remove pet stains and I gave a description of the rug. The tech who also happens to be the owner came for an hour, ran his machine on the carpet and was done. No pet stain removal done and he didn't want to clean our rug because he was afraid of damaging it. We just wasted $99 and our time moving furniture for a horrible job. There were no booties provided and we now have a wet carpet. We're left with pet stains and a dirty rug!!!! read more

Wow, SO impressed with Chavez! Attention to detail was the best, carpets look and smell so fresh. Javier was punctual, professional and guarantees his work. I will for sure be using Chavez again! read more

Javier came out two times over the last 6 months. First for a couple of small rugs and the second time for larger area rugs (oriental; wool; synthetic) and our carpet on the stairs. He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable and everything came out smelling and looking great. My only slight complaint, was that it took a few weeks from scheduling to come out. read more

They came to clean the carpet for a move out of an apartment. He had a bit of trouble connecting the hoses because they weren't long enough (I'm on the second floor and around the corner). After he got his tools situated, he was finished with the place after about 30 minutes (636 sq ft). There was a tough stain that reappeared after it dried. I called Javier and he came out the same afternoon and had a mobile unit with him. He was in and out in 10 minutes and the carpet looked great. Javier is the owner and the guy cleaning the carpets. He does a fantastic job and guarantees his work. I'm proof of that. Thanks Chavez Cleaning!! read more

Chavez cleaning did an amazing job cleaning the carpets in our townhome. They were very punctual. They have an estimate and it did not change. The technician was very thorough. He insured no scuff marked got on the walls and dried any spray from the cleaner. Highly recommend. read more

Love Chavez! Best carpet cleaning service around. Always friendly, on time and detailed about how well they do.

Chavez carpet is amazing! Loved their flexibility with scheduling and they did an amazing job!! Will use them again in the future!!

I'm big on supporting local small businesses. Javier personally has cleaned my carpets several times now. Suggests add ons, ie deodorizer for pets, but never mushy. He's honest, fair price & reliable. The only critique I have is I don't get a response via their on-line scheduling. But fast service if I call. read more

Needed to clean all the carpets in the house prior to listing it for sale. Chavez Cleaning showed up on time, got right to work and did a great job. Even volunteered to take care of trouble spots on the carpet. Very considerate of the furniture that couldn't be moved. They provided clear instructions on how long to let them dry and when furniture could be moved. Carpets look great. One of the most considerate and professional contractors we've ever used. read more

I found Chavez Cleaning on a Living Social. I had a rental house I was getting ready to put on the market. The downstairs family room had a stain from the tenants that was very stubborn. He cleaned it but it came back. Javier came back out right away and cleaned it again at no charge! Their work is guaranteed. Each time I saw Javier he was polite, friendly and very professional. I will definitely use them again! Highly recommended. read more

The owner came to clean my carpet. He was very good. He explained how we should maintain the carpet and he suggested when the carpet should be cleaned again. I had a expired coupon which he accepted. I had 2 great experiences with Javier and Chavez carpet cleaning. The first time, Javier cleaned 2 sofas and they looked great. The 2nd time he cleaned the whole house for move out /listing the house and also did our porch as an add on (I didn't know he did this work). The place is clean, the carpets dried quickly and took years of dirt/wear off older carpet. I'm very happy and would use this company again. read more

Chavez Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job on my carpets. Javier arrived right on time. He assessed the areas to be cleaned, explained what he would be doing, and went right to work! We have multiple pets, and there were some badly stained areas. He spent a lot of time working to get them out. When he was done, the carpets were spot free and smelled fresh! read more

I am incredibly impressed with this company for carpet cleaning. The price was very reasonable for the amount of carpet I needed cleaned (9 total areas). Javier showed up within a half-hour of my scheduled time and called me to confirm exactly when he would be arriving. He was polite, professional and patient with my questions. He moved the furniture I requested to clean under it and had my check each room to make sure I was happy with the cleaning job. Most importantly, he got EVERY SINGLE spot! I was amazed. My carpets honestly look brand new again. I was a bit nervous about using this company as I hadn't heard of them previously but I am glad I took the risk. I will be using them again! read more
