They were on time, professional, and got my carpets cleaner than I thought was possible.

After an unfortunate mishap with a stressed cat and my couch, I called Chavez Cleaning Service out. They showed up, and did a pretty good job cleaning the couch, and removing several years of dirt and dust, and they scotch-guarded it as well. The unfortunate thing is, that even after 2 visits out, I had to still rewash the cushion covers to get the smell of cat urine out, because their deodorizer didn't work on them. For some reason, however, the deodorizer DID work on the sponge part of the cushions, along with letting them air out on the balcony for a week. I was satisfied with the work that was done, though, and the couch looks brand new. read more

This was a horrible experience. I bought a voucher for a carpet cleaning for Chavez Cleaning Service from Living Social. I called them and scheduled the appointment for the earliest appointment possible which was 2 weeks out. They were supposed to show up from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM on a given day. The not only didn't show up, but they never called to cancel, re-schedule or anything. I called them after that to find out what happened and again have not received responses to my calls. I spoke to either their answering service or receptionist and they promise to call back but never do. I finally processed a refund from Living Social directly. What a waste of my time! read more

Cannot trust them, straight up lying over the phone to get your business. Save your money and go somewhere else. Total rip off service. I called them asking for pet stain removal and rug cleaning. They mentioned they didn't do spot cleaning but could cover it as part of the three areas deal for $99. It was obvious from the customer support person that they would remove pet stains and I gave a description of the rug. The tech who also happens to be the owner came for an hour, ran his machine on the carpet and was done. No pet stain removal done and he didn't want to clean our rug because he was afraid of damaging it. We just wasted $99 and our time moving furniture for a horrible job. There were no booties provided and we now have a wet carpet. We're left with pet stains and a dirty rug!!!! read more

They came to clean the carpet for a move out of an apartment. He had a bit of trouble connecting the hoses because they weren't long enough (I'm on the second floor and around the corner). After he got his tools situated, he was finished with the place after about 30 minutes (636 sq ft). There was a tough stain that reappeared after it dried. I called Javier and he came out the same afternoon and had a mobile unit with him. He was in and out in 10 minutes and the carpet looked great. Javier is the owner and the guy cleaning the carpets.
