I reached out last week to get my house cleaned prior to putting it on the market. My house isn't…read moreterribly dirty to begin with, but I have two kids, dogs, and a full time job. Originally they were supposed to come Thursday morning at 11am so my Realtor could take photos Thursday night. I got a message at 11:15 saying they would arrive at 12:30. Then she cancelled stating she was too busy. I cancelled photos with my realtor. She asked if Saturday would be fine, which is fine. They asked if they could arrive 30 minutes earlier than scheduled, then showed up late. I just wanted help with some deep cleaning. My counters are still dirty, my microwave wasn't even touched. So now I have to go back and clean again. I don't know why I even spent $200 on this. I could have just gotten a nanny and done it myself. The grout in the master shower also wasn't done. I basically just paid $200 for someone to vacuum, clean my toilets, and mop my floors. UPDATE. I think it is highly unprofessional to call out a client for things they "did wrong". I closed certain doors and told the gentleman who walked through not to touch those rooms. Then those rooms were gone into anyway. One of my children's bedrooms was not cleaned at all because he was napping. So this is incorrect. I had 3 bedrooms vacuumed, two of them I had requested they stay out of. Nothing in those rooms was cleaned, only vacuumed. Beds were not made/cleaned. Only vacuumed. If that is a "deep cleaning" my apologies, I must not know the definition of a deep clean. I also told them to leave my half bath alone which she went into anyway. My master bathroom was hardly cleaned aside from the toilet. The woman who did the cleaning pushed her way angrily back into my home after finding out I left a negative review shortly after she had left. Also; nothing against her, she didn't speak the best english, but gesturing at someone in a hostile manner and pushing their way into your home is very unprofessional. She also spent 2 hours on my porch smoking after she finishing "cleaning" while she waited for a ride. She also dumped all of the cleaning products used on our floors down the storm drain outside the house. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone.

I have been using Laila's services for the past 4 months. This has been the best choice I've made…read morein a long time. Laila's initially came to my home for an estimate. They returned for a deep clean, which was overdue, and SO worth it - HONEST!!!! From them on I have had bi-weekly (2x month) cleanings, on the scheduled day, at the scheduled time. My house is 2400 sq. ft. and 2 people usually take a little over 2 hours to clean top to bottom. My favorite part is their vacuum cleaner!!!! I have two black labs and this vacuum takes no prisoners. My house looks and smells clean, not just in the middle, but in the corners, nooks and crannies. The sweet special touches are wonderful, but I will leave those as a surprise for you to discover. I can wholeheartedly recommend Laila's Cleaning.

Very professional and efficient. My place has never looked shinier!…read more I was able to reach them easily (I left them a voicemail and they called me back within an hour) and we were able to work out a schedule that worked for me. They came out on quick notice and showed up right on time. When they arrived, they asked me what areas I wanted them to concentrate on. I let them know to use their best professional judgement but the worst problem areas for me are dusting and mopping. They nodded and went to work right away. Now everywhere I looked, there's not a dust left and everything is spotless! They even got behind this little area between my bed and window that I wondered if they'd notice. They were also very considerate of how much noise they made as I had been working from home at that time and made sure to put back my things to their original places after lifting them to dust. Price was also more than reasonable and I was not locked into a long term cleaning plan. Very highly recommended. I have used cleaners regularly and not all of them are created equal. Some of them has more skill than others. Delacruz has them in spades so they can clean the shiniest in the shortest amount of time. I'm almost afraid to leave this review because they are just so good that they will get booked very quickly and I won't be able to get on their schedule anymore. They did such a thorough job though and more than my expectations that of course I can't be selfish like that :)

Yolimar (the owner) came over to walk through the house with us, find out what is most important to us and sent a detailed quote with everything we talked about. There were a couple small things and they were handled immediately to match our preferences. I am so glad we found them and feel so relieved that I don't have to worry about rescheduling missed appointments, pre-cleaning, or finding items in random places. The technicians are masked and have us fill out a form ahead of time as well in which we promise we will adhere to the guidelines. The office is very responsive to any of your needs and they do it with a smile. This company is simply the best there is in Seattle. They have different packages to choose from as well depending on the level of detail and thoroughness that you want. They also have these great things called task blocks in which you can add on certain tasks such as doing laundry, doing dishes, organizing, basically anything you want. We had them add on a fridge cleaning and this is a close up just to show you the level of detail that they do. We believe they have spoiled us.

As for the cleaning quality, I'd say it was about 95% there but not perfection (I suppose nothing ever is perfect). A couple spots could have used more attention but it wasn't worth revisiting (and they did remove some nasty, really hard to remove stains that we'd been unable to remove ourselves). I'd recommend.
