Our experience with the cleaners however have been disappointing. For the first cleaning (an initial deep clean), the cleaner did a decent job upstairs but didn't do a good job in the kitchen. There was still heavy dust on the cabinets and above the fridge, and the sink was untouched and the grime was still present. When I asked Lynn about this, she said if there are dishes in the sink, they don't touch the sink. I guess this could make sense but we've used cleaners in the past and they would put the dishes in the dishwasher for us and clean the sink so I thought that would be the industry standard, but it's not for PEC. I was also surprised that they only sent 1 cleaner for a deep cleaning when the consultation sounded as though they would send 2. Our second cleaning the following month with Julianna went much better and she did a fantastic job. I asked if Julianna could be our regular cleaner, which Lynn agreed to, so I was very surprised at how poorly our house was cleaned the 3rd time around. 2 out of 3 bedrooms looked untouched. In my husband's study there were shreds of paper on the carpet and nothing had been tidied. In my son's rooms the beds were unmade and nothing had been tidied. I should mention that I make an effort to "pre-clean" the house so that the cleaners can actually clean surfaces and not have to spend time tidying clutter. My kids' bathtub was not cleaned well and there was a ring around the tub and mildew under the toilet ring. It looked like the cleaner just wiped down the fixtures and counter but not much else. When I spoke with Lynn to find out what happened, she said there was a miscommunication and she thought there were instructions not to clean my husband's study (I never said that) and that they don't make beds that they can't reach from the ground - but my sons' bunkbeds are from IKEA so the bottom mattress is literally on the ground and the top bunk is at arm level. If PEC admitted that the cleaner just did a bad job that would have been one thing but I didn't appreciate the excuses that the cleaners were just doing what they were instructed. When I contacted Lynn she offered a re-clean but this isn't ideal for us because we have been having to stay out of the house for a couple hours after school when the cleaners come (their arrival window is 12-1 for us) so I asked for a credit for our next cleaning instead. Lynn said she would find out if this was possible but there wasn't a response after 24+ hours. But after more consideration, I didn't want to continue our cleanings with PEC since 2 of 3 of the cleanings were not done well, and instead of admitting fault, excuses would be made on why things weren't cleaned.

They came out on quick notice and showed up right on time. When they arrived, they asked me what areas I wanted them to concentrate on. I let them know to use their best professional judgement but the worst problem areas for me are dusting and mopping. They nodded and went to work right away. Now everywhere I looked, there's not a dust left and everything is spotless! They even got behind this little area between my bed and window that I wondered if they'd notice. They were also very considerate of how much noise they made as I had been working from home at that time and made sure to put back my things to their original places after lifting them to dust. Price was also more than reasonable and I was not locked into a long term cleaning plan. Very highly recommended. I have used cleaners regularly and not all of them are created equal. Some of them has more skill than others. Delacruz has them in spades so they can clean the shiniest in the shortest amount of time. I'm almost afraid to leave this review because they are just so good that they will get booked very quickly and I won't be able to get on their schedule anymore. They did such a thorough job though and more than my expectations that of course I can't be selfish like that :)

This is actually the second time I work with this company. The first experience was fine and I hire…read morethem to clean my second house. They first came and we agree on the money to clean my house, but then when the lady tell me the house is so dirty and needs to increase another hundred dollar. The house is already be cleaned by the tenant and I showed her and tell her no need to clean any toilet or bathtub, neither need to clean the fridge or dishwasher. She said so dirty is just she needs to open some draws to clean some hairs out of it. Anyway I want to clean it up so I gave the extra hundred but I asked her to clean the spot I care the most, which is the fan in the master bedroom ceiling. But she DID NOTHING at all. That fan is the only reason I hire for a company to clean for me, and she is just cleaning something else without even touching the fan. I end up needs to do all the work by myself and clean the ceiling fan all by myself. I asked to have part of my money back and the manager Eddie said no way to get it back. And he would not compensate me anything other than saying it is the policy to not refund, even they did not finish the job. This is a so bad experience and I will avoid using them in the future.

Considering the flat rate model plus how responsive Eddy was, I decided to go ahead with them. A few days later, Rossy arrives with her team and bring lots of professional tools, I do have something not in their list, so we did another in person walk through to discuss what I want to do. Eddy communicated with me in the phone again to discuss some of "my own items" might take too long to finish, some of them could be done for free plus some of them would require an "additional cost". Considering that "additional price" is also very reasonable, we went ahead with deep cleaning + "some of my own items". Rossy and her team followed not only their deep clean list perfectly but also completed all my additional requirements in a decent quality, I was also so impressed by her organizing skill when I saw the result. I feel so satisfied to see my fully cleaned house and hope I can keep it clean for a bit longer! Thank Eddy for the transparency during the communication. And thank Rossy and her team for their hard work to make my home like a staging house. Will definitely schedule another one with them a few months later!

The 2 cleaners were not even going to dust the support beam until I asked and there was so much dust up there. I had small plant splotches on the tile entry which moping did not remove so I had to ask them to do more. That's when she took a razor blade to scrape off the paint. There was also a little bit of paint left on the tile countertop that was not removed. The attention to detail wasn't really there. The hourly rate for 2 cleaners is $80 but the additional charge of $20-50 is where there's not enough transparency. I did not know what this additional charge would be ahead of time. I was charged an additional $30 for cleaning products...when all I saw was a couple Swiffer duster pads, microfiber towels, and some spray solution used. I have hardwood and I'm not convinced they even used hardwood specific products. I also got a text at 205pm for my 2pm appointment that they would be an hour late. I did not appreciate the late notice as I was waiting already. I was pretty disappointed with this cleaning experience and would use a different company next time.
