I have a metal roof and gutters with gutter guards. They company that used to do an excellent job on my roof (I'll call them "JB") is a janitorial firm that appears to no longer do roofs. I called AA based on reviews and explained that my roof was quite dirty with pollen and was clear with them it was metal. They said they would come and blow the roof off and see what else could be done. They did NOT come right out and say they could not clean up pollen. They quoted me a price lower than the previous company had been charging, so I scheduled the work about three weeks out. The tech came out late in the afternoon, spent a LOT of time looking around and talking to the office and then told me that they could only blow debris off. To do a wash would take two people a full day and cost around $2,000. Sorry, that's NOT going to happen! I said go ahead and blow the roof off, there was plenty of Douglas fir cones and other debris that needed to come off anyway. The work was fine for what it was, though there's still a mess of pollen up there. I would have preferred that they just say "we don't clean metal roofs because you won't be happy with the results."

They came out on quick notice and showed up right on time. When they arrived, they asked me what areas I wanted them to concentrate on. I let them know to use their best professional judgement but the worst problem areas for me are dusting and mopping. They nodded and went to work right away. Now everywhere I looked, there's not a dust left and everything is spotless! They even got behind this little area between my bed and window that I wondered if they'd notice. They were also very considerate of how much noise they made as I had been working from home at that time and made sure to put back my things to their original places after lifting them to dust. Price was also more than reasonable and I was not locked into a long term cleaning plan. Very highly recommended. I have used cleaners regularly and not all of them are created equal. Some of them has more skill than others. Delacruz has them in spades so they can clean the shiniest in the shortest amount of time.
