Needed gutters cleaned on my 80yo Seattle house. Unlike some outfits I've used in past, they listened to my concerns about NOT flushing stuff into my downspouts and not getting on the roof. Harrison arrived as scheduled with the various ladders needed and moved methodically around the house, cleaning out stuff by hand and blower in places where shingles overlapped the gutter. He cleaned up nicely afterward and was overall pleasant and efficient to deal with. Reminded me the Men With Kilts outfit that was also great, but no longer in business. I have to say this about Husser - they're seriously the best window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and pressure washing company in all of Seattle. I live in Madrona and these guys have been coming to my place for years now. Every single tech they send is super professional, does amazing work, and is just genuinely nice to be around. Even the cats love them (especially Tennyson). I've referred them to my stepdad in West Seattle, my brother in Edmonds, and my brother down in Renton. After 12 years of trying literally every window cleaning service in Seattle (and believe me, I've tried them ALL), nobody else even comes close. Recently I found out they do gutter and roof cleaning too. Liam, the owner, actually came out himself to fit me into their packed schedule for moss removal, moss treatment, and gutter cleaning. The last roof cleaning company I hired was a joke... they half-assed everything. But Liam's a perfectionist and he did amazing work. They're not the cheapest option in Seattle, but they're totally reasonable. And trust me, I've paid more AND less for window cleaners here with way worse results. He was able to meet me within an hour of me calling (not what I was expecting, but amazing!) and he squeezed me in the day before Thanksgiving so that my place would look gorgeous. Norman and his team were fabulous. I requested an estimate because I never had a pro do my windows before. Norman came out,gave me a great bid and scheduled a cleaning. Today they came out and went to work, cleaning my windows, inside and out, plus my screens. I haven't washed my windows in 6 years so they were horrible.
