Updating my review after Pascal came back out to correct some of the items I had concerns about. Overall, the process went somewhat smoothly but there was a bit of miscommunication between the guys who came and did the work and the people in the office. I had all new gutters installed and they needed to come back out a couple of times to replace very long downspouts with shorter ones and Take multiple downspouts out of existing drainage pipes that I didn't approve for the downspouts to go into. With better communication leading up to the scheduled work and with me once the job was completed I would've given 5 stars. read more

Called Pascal this morning to see when he would have time to clean the gutters. He quoted $250 over the phone (ymmv for your property) and would be available after 1-2PM. I said okay, let me call you back since I wanted to get some more quotes cause why not. Anyways his was the lowest after checking with some 4-5 companies so I came back to Pascal and got him to come over. Walked around the house and explained my concerns and Pascal got to work. He was super thorough, helped clear out my butterfly drain which was really clogged, and remove pine needles from my leaf relief gutter guard. All that was expected from what I discussed with him. What I didn't expect was for Pascal to do even more and clear another drain that I didn't mention, blow off all debris on the walls, and even go around the house and blow places like my front door and driveway. It was really nice. I spent some time outside when I was working watching this guy work and he's meticulous. My compost bin is quite filled from him just going around picking up all the little pine needles everywhere. So not only did he do what I asked him to do, I felt like he went even more beyond what I was expecting and I'm not gonna climb up onto my roof to check, but I'm positive it's completely clean. Honestly I was just expecting him to get rid of the gutter pine needles that amassed up top and clear the butterfly drain and he just did so much more. Rip off alert. I called this company to get a bid on repairing the connections on two downspout connections where they enter the ground. It involved getting two connectors, less than $10.00 each, at Home Depot and installing. The workman, Pascaul, wanted upwards of $400.00 to do the job. I got the parts and fixed myself for less than $25.00. Beware of this company!!! read more
