Excellent service, honesty, and professionalism We had a great experience with High Point Gutter, and especially with their service person, Jerrod. Jerrod's work was extremely professional from start to finish. One side of our gutter had some minor damage, and the original contract was to replace that section. After carefully inspecting it, Jerrod told us that a full replacement was not necessary and that he could fix it instead. He contacted the company to update them and ended up saving us about $500. That level of honesty really impressed us. In addition, Jerrod did a very thorough inspection of our roof and checked for any moss-related damage. He helped us apply Moss-B-Ware to protect the roof and noticed that we didn't have enough product to fully cover it. Without hesitation, he used some of his own Moss-B-Ware at no additional charge--both the materials and extra work were completely free. He also took extra time to explain how to properly protect and maintain our roof going forward, which we truly appreciated. He went above and beyond what was expected. Overall, we are VERY happy with Jerrod's service. We will definitely hire High Point Gutter again for our roof next year and in the years to come. Highly recommended! I contacted this company to address a single noisy downspout. I received multiple quotes, and theirs was by far the highest--more than three times what other companies quoted. They actually provided two separate estimates: one for the noisy downspout and another for a basic cleaning. When I asked why the estimate for the downspout was so high, I received a passive-aggressive text from the estimator, Evan K., saying that I was "not the right fit" for the company, complete with a smiley face emoji. I then attempted to schedule only the basic cleaning (the separate estimate), because the project manager had not indicated that I was not allowed to do so, and I continued to receive automated reminders via text and email. Then, Evan K. followed up with a passive-aggressive email, also complete with a smiley face emoji, continuing the interaction unnecessarily. After that, my number appears to have been blocked, and I was no longer able to reach anyone at the company. Regardless of pricing, this level of communication is extremely unprofessional. They replaced our 4 inch gutters with 6 inch and covers. Did it in one day and hauled away all of the old gutters. Price quoted was the price at the end. We have had the gutters for 4 weeks and they worked well during the heavy rainstorms we had. The screens are easy to clear off fir needles. read more

High Point Gutter was on the shortlist of contractors I got quotes from and offered the most competitive price for the value. I needed to get my gutters cleaned out after the heavy rain we had just experienced a few weeks ago but because I had gutter covers, this unfortunately wasn't a cheap process. Most contractors I spoke to wouldn't remove all the gutter covers and would only remove every 10FT and essentially shoot water into the gutters to clean it. High Point was willing to remove/put back on the gutter covers and perform a hand clean of the them instead. Since this was my first time doing it ever on this house, I figured I'd do it right and have them remove every single one just incase there was something I didn't know about. I'm happy to report that I'm pretty content with the work they did yesterday. There were two specific gutters on the house that were choke points and were really leaky during the rainstorm we had a few weeks back and after the service they did yesterday, everything looks good and I no longer hear water leaking out of the gutters and dripping onto the ground. I'm hoping the moss treatment worked out because it rained literally the day after application. I was told that this is actually good since it'll help disseminate the powder throughout the roof. I recently had some tree branches fall during our last storm and damage our gutters. I requested High Point Gutter's to come out and estimate/repair my damages. They were prompt, quick, and very good at communicating what was needed and how long it would take. They sent out two guys, Walter and Nathan. These two replaced the damaged parts, cleaned my gutters, blew my roof off of all the debris and were respectful of my house, property and can't thank them enough for doing such a great job. High Point Gutter is a group hard working professionals. They know how to build a good quality and well functioning gutter system. Our old gutter was not graded properly and leaked here and there, moss was growing at the elbows. David came over to our house four times, and worked out a good gutter system correcting the problems we had from the old gutter. I was hesitant to have anyone clean my roof because of a negative experience with another company. We have wood shingles and the roof living in the N.W. can get very slick when it rains. This other company was suppose to clean the gutter and the roof. When they were done they said they could only clean the gutters because the roof was too slick. My experience with this company was totally different. They had no problem cleaning the roof even though it was just as slick, cleaned the gutters way better, and even cleaned up afterwards. Taylor was always patiently responsive to my many many questions. At one point, we needed some construction and roofing work to continue with the gutters. Taylor found us to an excellent contractor for the construction and also spent hours trying to find a roofer willing to work on the roof issue, which had its own special problems. I honestly believe that any other gutter company would have let us know what needed to be fixed and told us to contact them again when the fixes were done and the gutter project could continue. This review is for the maintenance program only, and in particular, for office manager Aby Leibold. I would like to start by saying High Point did a fabulous job installing new gutters for us and in particular, the guys who came out to do the work were fast/efficient and communicated to us any issues that came up during installation. They left no mess behind. While they were onsite, we asked them to quote us for regular maintenance since the company we currently use raised their prices. High Point's maintenance quote came in a bit lower, but when I followed up with the main office at HP a few months later to schedule, Aby gave me a quote that was nearly 3x higher. The quote also charged the same exact amount for both properties we own, (a small one-story and a larger two-story). We currently pay significantly less for maintenance on the one-story, which makes total sense to me. When I asked Aby about this she said it was complicated, but was unable to coherently explain the factors that went into determining the quote. When I found the original quote I had from High Point and sent it to Aby, she tried to say that it must have been a same-day discount (like they were going to clean the gutters they'd installed that day). Sadly, I received only ridiculous excuses from Aby, with no offer to come down on the price or explanation as to why it was 3x higher. She said she would look into it and never got back to me. I just received spam from them a month later, which was a nice touch. I would never utilize High Point for regular maintenance, only due to this experience with their office manager. I'd rather pay more and stay with my current maintenance company! read more

I called High Point for an estimate on gutter replacement. I could not be happier with their services. They first came out to do a minor repair last year to hold us through until we could have the gutters replaced while we painted the house this year. The repair worked great and got us through the winter. I'd asked them if they could work around the painting we had scheduled this summer. They were always responsive and actually reached out to me to follow up on when the painting would occur so they could remove beforehand. The day of installation, the two installers arrived on time and were very helpful in pointing out things and answering questions. After the install, I emailed with a couple of questions. Aby responded within an hour with an email and a call and addressed both questions. I'm really astounded and impressed by how well this company does in terms of customer service. High Point installed gutters for us several months ago. Something is wrong. We are unsure if they are defective or the seams are not sealed properly. We gave them the chance to make it right. They were scheduled to be here today between 2-4PM but never showed. No notice. We called and no answer. Due to the leaking seams of the upper gutters, the stream is hitting and pinging loudly on the lower gutter (over the porch). It is louder in person and keeps us awake. We let them know when the gutters were first installed that there was a problem. They said the noise was probably just that the water was moving quicker than our old gutters. We explained that it was a pinging in the front as well as the back of the house, and that the back downspout was making unusual noises. It is not the quality we expected from reading other reviews. We are disappointed that they did not show for their appointment today. Unsure how to get this fixed. *Updated. Austin came out January 15, 2021 to fix the issue. His communication was excellent. He took time to ask about the noise and consider what was happening. He spent time looking at the system. He noticed some flashing was loose and said that it could be contributing to the noise. He secured it. Seams of gutter corners are sealed, so they should no longer leak. He mentioned ropes going down the drainpipes. It may have been done previously by his coworker to guide the flow and decrease noise; however, it could prevent debris from clearing. Appreciate his attention to detail and hard work. I had Taylor and High Point Gutter replace my 30 y.o. gutters a year ago. Taylor was able to provide a complete gutter replacement with Gutter covers for less than LeafFilter for just covers on my old gutters! The initial install did not go well. To his credit, Taylor took personal oversight over the corrections and did whatever it took to make the gutters perfect. With all the challenges keeping crews going during the pandemic, Taylor and High Point really came through and I'm confident I have new gutters that will last as long as we own the house...and High Point will clearly proven they will honor any warranty work required. Needed gutters cleaned. Crew rolled in, knocked it out in about an hour. Now, gutters are clean. Would have appreciated a bit more time spent on explaining which part of the gutter needs fixing or special attention, as I know there are at least 2 such places. Other than that though, job well done.
