Writing up another review for this great company after just having them clean out my gutters and apply a de-mossing compound to the roof. I had this company do the same work about two years ago and they did such a great job then I knew I would be calling them again to do the job when I needed it! Well I am behind posting this but I still remember the great service and quick turnaround from requesting a bid to actual service. The gentleman who arrived came and was very professional and courteous. He not only cleaned and completed the moss off but removed a clog in one of the gutters. He took the time to let us know what had caused the clog and how to correct it. Wish they had done our original installation. My gutters were so full that they were growing small trees. When I saw that a short section in the back was starting to sag, I knew that something needed to be done. Via Yelp, I requested bids from four companies. Legacy replied first and, within an hour, I had an estimate in my email. (As for the other companies, only one actually replied, telling me that it would be about a week before they could provide an estimate.) Within a day, I booked an appointment and, two days later, Everette was here cleaning off the roof and emptying out the gutters. He was pleasant, personable, and did his work quickly and well; 90 minutes later, he was rolling up his hose and heading off. WOW! These guys were incredible! Our roof was in rough shape as it's partially covered by several pine and maple trees. Moss everywhere, clogged gutters... quite embarrassing. Everette and his partner left no shingle un-cleared. The roof looks amazing now but I'm perhaps even more impressed by what an incredible job they did cleaning up after themselves. My yard looks even better than when they arrived! I'm so grateful I found them through Yelp! I will for sure hire them again for my roofing needs. I was impressed with how Legacy Gutter Cleaning did everything. When it came to communicating with them, they always responded quickly (usually within a day or 2, with 3 days being the longest I ever had to wait). All my questions were answered by the owners of the company. And they seemed pretty open and transparent about the process and any potential issues. Appointment email reminders were sent out early, and the invoice sent a day after the service was completed. The field technicians that came out were on time and professional. We had Cameron & Justin come out the first time. I had some questions after the first service was done, and Legacy quickly sent out another team with (a different) Cameron and Julian to address any issues I had. In the past, I've had a different roof cleaning company service the roof with a pressure washer that resulted in debris all around the house and skylight, and on my neighbor's walls.... just a mess. Legacy's team made it look like they hadn't even been there, except for the clean roof and gutters. Legacy Gutter & Roof Cleaning IS extremely knowledgeable and the 2 fellows that cleaned the roof were professional and courteous. listen up, if you are reading this: THIS COMPANY WORKS WITH YOU AND KNOWS HOW TO CLEAN ROOFS. they go above and beyond in regards to scheduling. Legacy Gutter & Roof Cleaners DO NOT use pressure washers to clean the moss!!!! let me repeat that: THEY DO NOT USE PRESSURE WASHERS. pressure washers actually breaks down the life of your roof. Legacy Gutter & Roof Cleaners use a powder they apply to dry out the moss then they BRUSH IT OFF with BROOMS. after the initial cleaning, they just recommend that every 6 months they come out so they can apply the moss dry out powder... if you do this, you will never have to do that deep clean again. Prices are very reasonable and the service is five stars. this company is going in my contacts for property maintenance. ps/ they also DO NOT install clips on your roof which can cause leaks. this is unnecessary- and many cleaners like to PUSH it on you. the 2 fellows wore a type of boot that the soles peel off and new traction soles can be put on if they wear out over time. read more

They showed up to clean my gutters within the time frame given.Prices were reasonable. They did a good job. We had a small snafu with water coming into attic while cleaning was going on, luckily we caught it in time and was able to yell for them to stop. Apparently they had to lift a portion of the gutter to get it clean underneath. It's a good thing we were home or we would have never known. We were able to put towels in there to soak up water and avoid any potential disaster. Only reason why I gave 4 stars. I would use them again but make sure they are more careful in that area. I'm not sure if it was them or the way the gutters were installed prior to purchasing the home. read more

These people should change their business name to "Goat Rodeo". I even gave them a second chance and they blew it. You may as well be talking to a brick wall. Everyone I've interacted with has been so unprofessional. In my email scheduling the work with one of the owners, I specifically called out that they needed to contact the tenants and schedule a date with them. What happen instead? Some dude just randomly showed up knocking on my tenants front door. I spoke to him on the phone and he told me that, "No, We make the appointment time and YOU tell your tenants when that is." I got on the phone with one of the owners, He says his partner said he contacted the tenants. This is after they cancelled one appointment cause of "Car Trouble". It doesn't matter, the tenant didn't know the appointment existed anyhow. I had them scheduled for a total of 4 properties. When I checked with the other tenants, they had contacted exactly 0 of them. I told them to cancel all future appointments. 0 Stars if I could. read more

Legacy was the first contractor to respond and Keith was always quick to respond to my questions during the bidding process. After accepting their bid, they were able to schedule a time the same day or the day after which was very fast. They text you when they arrive and leave the property. We used Legacy for the first time yesterday to do our gutter and roof cleaning along with moss treatment. They were courteous on the phone and gave me an immediate quote which turned into scheduling our job the next day. Our roof is very pitched and since our home is adjacent to the Capital forest we have lots of fir needles and other tree debris. First time getting our gutters cleaned and we needed to have moss treatment as well to prepare for re-roofing. Really great email and text communication from Legacy along the way. They showed up on time and Russell was super nice and professional in person.
