Legacy did an amazing job on my neglected roof. The sun doesn't shine too much on the home so the moss thrives on this roof. I was thoroughly impressed with the job that Legacy did. I will definitely use them again in the future! read more

Keith and the whole Legacy Gutter Cleaning company are so professional and did a wonderful job with our gutter cleaning, roof moss removal, and moss treatment! They responded quickly, gave me a reasonable and accurate quote for the job, and were very easy to schedule with. Communication was great, everyone was on time, professional, and it was a great experience! I will definitely be using their services again! read more

Writing up another review for this great company after just having them clean out my gutters and apply a de-mossing compound to the roof. I had this company do the same work about two years ago and they did such a great job then I knew I would be calling them again to do the job when I needed it! I only wish I would have called them sooner as the gutters were really clogged but they still did a great job cleaning them out, and I had that verified with before an after pictures! I will 100% be calling these guys out again to clean my gutters again but next time I will be calling them sooner! Thank you to Keith and his team for the great customer service, quick work and excellent communication! read more

We couldnt be more pleased working with this company. They knocked it out of the park for our recent roof and gutter cleaning project. Keith and Rusell were prompt and extremely responsive, communicating with us every single step of the way. Julian and Cameron showed up at the appointed time and finished their task without any issues. In fact they left our house cleaner than it was before. Timely, efficient, professional and reasonably priced, they tick all the boxes. read more

When I moved into our home, we had moss issues and full gutters. Legacy Gutter Cleaning has been taking good care of our roof and gutters ever since, without issue. I have a very pitched, sketchy roof, and they make it look easy! read more

Have used Legacy twice now. Once for gutter cleaning and then a second time for gutter + moss removal. They're always so easy and pleasant to communicate with. Always show up on time and cleanup well after; they left my yard in better shape than when they arrived honestly :) If you're looking to keep things local this is a company you cannot go wrong with! read more

I had the best experience with Legacy Gutter Cleaning! From first email to estimate to the job being done too about 36hrs. They were quick to respond to my email, and kept me up to date over text about all their next moves. They send me photos when they were done which is great cause I can't get on the roof to check. I'm so impressed by the quality of work and the ease at communicating with them/booking them/and paying at the end. I've already recommended them to all my friends. read more

Well I am behind posting this but I still remember the great service and quick turnaround from requesting a bid to actual service. The gentleman who arrived came and was very professional and courteous. He not only cleaned and completed the moss off but removed a clog in one of the gutters. He took the time to let us know what had caused the clog and how to correct it. Wish they had done our original installation. Great company and will use them for moss off and any issues or replacement in the future. read more

Did an excellent job at a great price. They were prompt and thorough. When I needed to contact them regarding scheduling they were very accommodating and quick to reply. read more

My gutters were so full that they were growing small trees. When I saw that a short section in the back was starting to sag, I knew that something needed to be done. Via Yelp, I requested bids from four companies. Legacy replied first and, within an hour, I had an estimate in my email. (As for the other companies, only one actually replied, telling me that it would be about a week before they could provide an estimate.) Within a day, I booked an appointment and, two days later, Everette was here cleaning off the roof and emptying out the gutters. He was pleasant, personable, and did his work quickly and well; 90 minutes later, he was rolling up his hose and heading off. Good work at a fair price and the chance to support a young, family-owned company - I'm happy and I expect that, if you hire Legacy for your gutters, you will be as well. read more

Really great experience working with Legacy to clean gutters in my Olympia home. They were very easy to schedule with, and the owners were in contact shortly after filling out the online form on the site. Their pricing structure is clear, fair, and unambiguous. It was very easy - I didn't need to be home, and they took before and after photos and emailed them to me after the appointment. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Wow! Wow! Wow! I have used other companies in the past but...from my initial quote request to project execution Legacy Gutter Cleaning is very professional and polite, very neat and a job well done with no surprises. Thank you very much team Legacy Gutter Cleaning! read more

Added detail to my last review. This should be zero stars btw They are lying when they say that the two different costs were because of different work Why would I post a bad review then? I'm busy getting ready for thanksgiving events right now but I will post photos soon on two different quotes showing same work as well as how they left things the first time They did the work for me They wouldn't explain to me why they changed the price and now they are out right lying saying it's because of different work To the owner. I did get someone off face book to take care of my gutters and I am not only es-tactically happy with their performance but their price You had the chance to have a happy customer who was giving you a second chance and you failed read more

First time using them & they were great! Customer service is A+ Called to get quote for gutter cleaning. Price was comparable to other companies. Really happy with the job performed. Will definitely be using them again! The guy that cleaned our gutters was really nice and informative! He showed us before & after pictures. read more

Very responsive and easy to work with! Will definitely be calling them back next time I need moss treatment or my gutters cleaned!

The work and cleaning was exceptional as was all of the scheduling and quoting. I contacted them and then had a quote and appointment dates within an hour, all done online. They made it so easy and were so punctual and kind! It was even better that they smiled and waved at my mesmerized toddler the entire time they worked, it made his day and ours! Really can't recommend them enough! read more

Legacy is a great company to work with. They were on time and did a thorough job of removing moss and cleaning the gutters of my home which had not been done in at least 5 years. The final cost matched their estimate with no surprise extra charges. They actually left the area around my house far cleaner than it was when they arrived! I highly recommend them. Update: Legacy was so great on the roof cleaning that I had them out again for their Soft Wash cleaning of my house siding and deck. It turned out amazing and I very glad I made the decision to use them again! read more

We had the guys from Legacy come out to do a moss removal / treatment on our roof and a gutter cleaning. The price was competitive, scheduling was easy, the communication from the team was impeccable, and the work they did was top notch. We will definitely be going with Legacy the next time we need our roof and gutters cleaned. Thanks guys! read more

Excellent experience overall. I sent a request for quotes through Yelp and Keith responded quickly. All his communications were prompt,'clear, professional and courteous. I felt comfortable and scheduled a service. Day of cleaning...Everette & Ryan notified us of their arrival time and arrived as scheduled. They were friendly, courteous and did an amazing job cleaning out our clogged gutters and deck cover. This was a 5 star experience from beginning to end! read more

WOW! These guys were incredible! Our roof was in rough shape as it's partially covered by several pine and maple trees. Moss everywhere, clogged gutters... quite embarrassing. Everette and his partner left no shingle un-cleared. The roof looks amazing now but I'm perhaps even more impressed by what an incredible job they did cleaning up after themselves. My yard looks even better than when they arrived! I'm so grateful I found them through Yelp! I will for sure hire them again for my roofing needs. They also walked me around the property and showed me areas that need repair - but with no sales-y type pressure. read more

I have used legacy a couple times and I am very impressed with their quality of work, communication and professionalism.

These folks showed up early, got the job done, and talked to me about what they found. They made recommendations for future service next year, but they never tried to upsell me. I was very pleased. read more

Very satisfied with the gutter cleaning done. Cameron and Justin did a very good job and were very pleasant. Definitely will use and recommend them again. read more

I was impressed with how Legacy Gutter Cleaning did everything. When it came to communicating with them, they always responded quickly (usually within a day or 2, with 3 days being the longest I ever had to wait). All my questions were answered by the owners of the company. And they seemed pretty open and transparent about the process and any potential issues. Appointment email reminders were sent out early, and the invoice sent a day after the service was completed. The field technicians that came out were on time and professional. We had Cameron & Justin come out the first time. I had some questions after the first service was done, and Legacy quickly sent out another team with (a different) Cameron and Julian to address any issues I had. In the past, I've had a different roof cleaning company service the roof with a pressure washer that resulted in debris all around the house and skylight, and on my neighbor's walls.... just a mess. Legacy's team made it look like they hadn't even been there, except for the clean roof and gutters. They took the time to even wash the neighbor's wall of any dirt or moss that might have come from my roof. I wish all companies conducted their business like Legacy Gutter Cleaning. read more

So incredibly satisfied with the roof/gutter cleaning I received. Very respectful and meticulous work. Provided pre and post cleaning photos. Highly recommend read more

Very prompt and complete service to perform moss removal I didn't have the gutters cleaned out as I have leaf guard , they however washed the outside of the gutters and cleaned up after the job very good I was very happy with the work and the owner made sure I was happy with complete pictures of the job performed . Will call them again when I need the roof cleaned again . read more

this is THE BEST roof cleaner BY FAR! i researched many companies asking lots of questions along the way- having people come out and give me bids and their ideas on how it should be cleaned etc etc... Legacy Gutter & Roof Cleaning IS extremely knowledgeable and the 2 fellows that cleaned the roof were professional and courteous. listen up, if you are reading this: THIS COMPANY WORKS WITH YOU AND KNOWS HOW TO CLEAN ROOFS. they go above and beyond in regards to scheduling. Legacy Gutter & Roof Cleaners DO NOT use pressure washers to clean the moss!!!! let me repeat that: THEY DO NOT USE PRESSURE WASHERS. pressure washers actually breaks down the life of your roof. Legacy Gutter & Roof Cleaners use a powder they apply to dry out the moss then they BRUSH IT OFF with BROOMS. after the initial cleaning, they just recommend that every 6 months they come out so they can apply the moss dry out powder... if you do this, you will never have to do that deep clean again. Prices are very reasonable and the service is five stars. this company is going in my contacts for property maintenance. ps/ they also DO NOT install clips on your roof which can cause leaks. this is unnecessary- and many cleaners like to PUSH it on you. the 2 fellows wore a type of boot that the soles peel off and new traction soles can be put on if they wear out over time. read more

They showed up to clean my gutters within the time frame given.Prices were reasonable. They did a good job. We had a small snafu with water coming into attic while cleaning was going on, luckily we caught it in time and was able to yell for them to stop. Apparently they had to lift a portion of the gutter to get it clean underneath. It's a good thing we were home or we would have never known. We were able to put towels in there to soak up water and avoid any potential disaster. Only reason why I gave 4 stars. I would use them again but make sure they are more careful in that area. I'm not sure if it was them or the way the gutters were installed prior to purchasing the home. read more

I am a repeat customer of Legacy Gutter Cleaning, and I cannot say enough good things about this company. I first had the Legacy team clean my gutters, my roof, and do moss removal treatment a few months back. They did such a nice job and Russell was so great to work with that I knew I'd work with them again. Just today I had their team out again (Julian and Cameron), this time to do a large pressure washing job, and they did just amazing. Communication with these guys is so friendly and easy, and they really do make you feel like family. I could not more highly recommend this family-run business. read more

These people should change their business name to "Goat Rodeo". I even gave them a second chance and they blew it. You may as well be talking to a brick wall. Everyone I've interacted with has been so unprofessional. In my email scheduling the work with one of the owners, I specifically called out that they needed to contact the tenants and schedule a date with them. What happen instead? Some dude just randomly showed up knocking on my tenants front door. I spoke to him on the phone and he told me that, "No, We make the appointment time and YOU tell your tenants when that is." I got on the phone with one of the owners, He says his partner said he contacted the tenants. This is after they cancelled one appointment cause of "Car Trouble". It doesn't matter, the tenant didn't know the appointment existed anyhow. I had them scheduled for a total of 4 properties. When I checked with the other tenants, they had contacted exactly 0 of them. I told them to cancel all future appointments. 0 Stars if I could. read more

We have a rental property in Federal Way and when the roof/gutter cleaning company that had serviced it for years told us they could no longer do so, we were so glad we found Legacy. These guys are professional, quick to respond, extremely communicative, reasonably priced, and best of all, they even sent us before and after pictures of the work they did on our roof! We have an almost 3-story house and I don't think I've ever seen pictures of the top of our roof before! With so many competing businesses out there, these guys deserve your business. They have certainly earned ours! read more

We hired Lagacy to clean our roof and gutters. They did an excellent job. Communication was easy and precise, all thru text. Thank you Legacy Gutter Cleaning! read more

I agree with everything already said - they were prompt to respond to my request for an estimate, gave me one (very reasonable) over the phone, got scheduled, and they called me a couple days before they were scheduled to see if I wanted/could take an earlier appt since they had a cancelation. They came when they said they would, did a thorough job, and my gutters are now not sprouting little trees, and draining water where they should be. Also, they notified me for all stages so I knew what and when to expect. Finally, they were very cordial and courteous - from the person who called me to the person who did the work. read more

I could not be happier with Legacy. Keith, the owner was kind, professional and took the time to answer my questions before I booked an appointment with him. The team arrived on time, which is important to me. They communicated via text while en-route (5 stars for good commo). Once the team arrived (there were 4, we have a big house), they got to work right away and were also courteous and professional. I felt they took pride in the service they provided. They took pictures of before and after the service so I could see the work that was done. Finally, they ensured I was happy with their work before they left. I do need to mention that their pricing was very reasonable. I had another company give me an estimate for almost $150 more which was ludicrous. We are staying with Legacy-could not be happier. read more

I am from out of state with a rental property in the area and was looking for a contractor to clean and treat the moss on my property. Legacy was the first contractor to respond and Keith was always quick to respond to my questions during the bidding process. I chose Legacy because they were fast communicators and their bid price was fair after assessing several companies. Legacy had the best value in terms of price and service. After accepting their bid, they were able to schedule a time the same day or the day after which was very fast. They text you when they arrive and leave the property. No phone calls were needed which is perfect for an out of state investor who is constantly in meetings. In the end they send an invoice with before and after photos. Payment was seamless and I was able to pay online with a credit card. I am really glad I chose Legacy and they kept a lot of my anxiety at ease! I plan to use them again in the future! read more

We used Legacy for the first time yesterday to do our gutter and roof cleaning along with moss treatment. They were courteous on the phone and gave me an immediate quote which turned into scheduling our job the next day. Our roof is very pitched and since our home is adjacent to the Capital forest we have lots of fir needles and other tree debris. We were so impressed with Justin and Kevin who works quickly and efficiently and took the time to clean up all debris that was removed from the roof. From the first phone call to the informational texts to Justin and Kevin who did all the work, the experience was first rate. I cannot express enough what a pleasure it is to work with an honest, hard working, organized business. Just a joy! read more

First time getting our gutters cleaned and we needed to have moss treatment as well to prepare for re-roofing. Really great email and text communication from Legacy along the way. They showed up on time and Russell was super nice and professional in person. The entire process took around 2 hours in total and Legacy just sent the invoice through email so that we didn't have to interrupt work calls to when they left. They also sent pictures afterward to show how before and after results from the cleaning. Highly recommend them. read more
