We bought the house recently and I have no idea when was the last time they had gutter service. I had very little on the roof but I appreciate that he took care of that as well. I plan to contact him in 12 months to get my gutters ready for the raining season. After they started the job, they noticed that some of the fascia boards were rotted, and said that it would cost an extra $260 to fix the fascia boards. I agree to that. Then, the foreman said that there were fewer fascia boards than they thought, and it was only going to be $200. I said "Cool!" Finally, after they were all done they realized there was only one board that needed to be replaced, and they only charged me $50. The thing I loved was they were honest, and lowered it to $50 even though I had agreed to pay the $260. Love these guys!
