I've had my roof cleaned before so I knew what to expect. I tried this company out because the one I used before was more expensive. I like that they seemed professional - texted and emailed promptly and let me know if there were any scheduling changes. But as far as cleaning the roof, that's a different story. They used a bleach solution and sprayed the roof but didn't scrap all the remnant moss that's stuck on the roof. The big clumps of moss will be yellow/brown on the roof but it's still there even after the rain. I opted for the white anti-moss powder. I wish they did a better job of scrubbing all that algae and moss away. This means that I will need to get something up there to scrub it. I'm not asking them to scrap it with lots of elbow grease, just enough to get the rest of the junk out. The loosened parts that are big enough will just stay on the roof or get stuck on another part of the shingle, I imagine. It's just an eye sore. Also left a messy foam bleach solution on my driveway. What if I had pets that drank it? Without a doubt, I wouldn't recommend them. read more

Cameron seemed to do a great job on our really dirty driveways and patio, but after a good look when finished there were lots of missed places. I realize it took them much longer than expected to clean, but Cameron saw the driveways and patio at their worst when he bid the job. I am so thrilled with the job that NW Pro Wash did on our vinyl siding, huge driveway, sidewalks, patio and vinyl pergola roof. Their communications from start to follow up to finish is superb. They actually return calls (how refreshing!) These young men have excellent customer service. They are thoughtful, kind, and do really, really excellent work. Once completed, they had me walk every bit of the areas they cleaned to make sure I was satisfied. It was difficult to see any areas that may have been missed since everything was still wet. After everything dried, there was a part in the patio area that didn't seem to be as clean as we'd like. Texted them a message and they called back THAT DAY to make an appointment to come out and re-clean it. NO EXCUSES; NO DELAYS. They gave me a day and time that was convenient for us and called before they came to make sure we were expecting them.
