We just had our first service from Crystal Panes Window and Gutter Cleaning. We had consolidated a number of varied outdoor cleaning projects on our house, including deck and sidewalk pressure washing, outdoor window cleaning and solar panel washing. They were efficient, easy to deal with and their pricing was reasonable. The staffer they sent out, Jack, was friendly, efficient and did a great job at all of the different tasks. I was also looking for a company with an established track record, who would likely still be around for future jobs. Crystal Panes has been around since 1985, so they fit the bill, and I recently noticed seeing their trucks around town, which speaks to their success and quality service. Excellent job. Highly recommended! read more

I have used Crystal Panes every year for the past six years, and they always do a great job on my windows. Courteous, prompt and responsive. I highly recommend them. read more

I used Crystal Panes for many years for roof cleaning, gutter cleaning and moss treatment. The last few years I had not seen evidence of moss treatment (usually the white powder was visible) even though I was charged $300-400 each time for moss treatment. In addition, the moss was not dying. I brought this to their attention each time, and was assured that they use a spray treatment now due to the pitch of my roof. But each year, more moss grew. Finally this last year I contacted them to schedule service, now needing moss removal in addition to treatment. They ghosted me. I had been a customer for ~10 years. I found another company that did a much better job. read more

I had my gutters cleaned by Nathan. I asked for photos, which he provided, and he was able to reach even the highest gutters near the roofline. He did a good job and answered all of my questions. I would hire them again. Scheduling was easy and the price was competitive. read more

These folks did great work. Fast and efficient. Even though it was cold and raining, they worked thoroughly. They took pictures of before and after by special request. They even let us know about a couple of places that had rusted on the gutters and were dripping water on the path. This is our second experience with this company and we will be using them again next time. Reasonable prices too. Recommended! read more

I reached out to Eric this morning for an estimate to clean my over flowing gutters. He responded quickly and reasonably and because he was available he took care of the problem immediately. He showed me before and after photos he took, and he charged me less than the estimate....Bring on the next atmospheric river. I'll be asking him to come back and help me with moss control. read more

Prompt scheduling, and beautifully cleaned windows. Will definitely hire them again and will consider using their other services.

The company was responsive to my message for gutter cleaning and repair. Set an appointment, and the employee who did the work was communicative, answered questions and checked in about his progress. Very friendly and informative about solar panel cleaning and the state of my gutters. Highly recommend!! Next time, I will also have them clean my windows! read more

We needed our gutters cleaned and repaired, along with some chewed-up and spit-out insulation brushed off on one part of our roof (thank you, uninvited squirrel guest!) . We got a quote from Crystal Panes and another company. Ultimately, we chose Crystal Panes and here is what I appreciated about them: 1. They asked to see photos of the stuff on the roof that needed removing so that they could provide the best estimate. 2. They had someone come and physically look at the house before providing an estimate. (Our gutters are up high.) 3. Jay, who completed the service for us, consulted with me along every aspect of the project and showed me pictures. He also identified an elbow of a gutter that he suspected was full of chewed up insulation and asked if I wanted it removed. He proposed a fair price for the work and he was correct....that gutter elbow was jammed full of insulation. Jay was respectful and complete in his work. I would highly recommend Crystal Panes for gutting cleaning. read more

I needed the gutters cleaned ASAP. Some services couldn't come for weeks and were expensive. Crystal Panes charged fair rates and was available in a few days. They put me on a waiting list that worked--they came a day earlier! Trevor was extremely professional, did an expert job, and did not leave any mess in our yard. I will be using them from now on. read more

I've been using CPW&GC for years. I recently moved into a new house and called them out to give me an estimate to clean the windows and gutters. Micah came out to review the scope and I received his quote later that day. Their team arrived a few days later and did a great job. The windows look pristine and the gutters look good as new. Highly recommend this business. read more

Second year Sam has come to my home and "unveiled" the many, many windows and skylights in my old 1913 Craftsman. He knows what he's doing, is quick & efficient, and seems like a helluva nice guy. Life can be hard when you get old and have to maintain a home - Sam makes my life easier! read more

Consistently excellent service - office team and owners are great communicators and the best prices in town! Highly recommend.

we are a self managed small condominium, and have been using Crystal Panes over five years. They do all the outside windows on the condominium and have to use ladders for the second and third story. They bring a team they do a really good job and they are so pleasant to work with. I would certainly recommend them. read more

Great window washing service on our 2-story house. Interior and exterior windows washed and cleaned to perfection prior to our house sale. Estimating, scheduling and payment was super easy with their online system, and they were very accommodating when I requested a change of date. Would definitely recommend! read more

I just got a quote from them. they are 2x-4x more than the quote range I received for window washing. I will not be using them. I do not know why overcharge like this. read more

Really good to work with (gutter cleaning). Prompt & prepared. I appreciate having a HUMAN answer the phone.

Can't say enough good stuff about crystal panes- we've worked with them three times now, for gutter cleaning and window washing. They have been prompt, communicative, and very reliable, and their pricing is extremely reasonable. It's so hard to find home contractors that I trust and am happy to work with, so it's been such a relief to find these guys. Would absolutely recommend read more

We have worked with Crystal Panes window cleaning for many, many years. They recently gave us an estimate for our exterior windows and gutter cleaning for $750. The final bill was exactly that. Our complaint is that it took 2 very young employees under two hours to do the job. It just seems like a LOT of money for the time put in. They did an ok job. I spoke with the owner about my concern who was polite and then got back to me later saying that they thought the price fair for the job. Maybe it is. But next time I will get competitive bids. read more

They did an in person estimate - responses quickly by email. Were one of the cheapest quotes I got including cleaning inside and out and screens and tracks. My windows are on multiple floors so the person forgot their towels to protect my carpet and to put one screen back but I could easily handle managing that. Windows are sparkling! Would highly recommend. read more

Great value for money. They were responsive, provided a quote quickly and they arrived on time and did a great job. Nathan was polite, professional and did a great job- he took pride in his work. Will definitely hire Crystal Panes Window Cleaning again and highly recommend. read more

I got great service from Crystal Panes. They went beyond expectations. My windows look amazing and it was a fair price.

I called to see about a gutter cleaning. They got me in right away and the gentleman that showed up was prompt and did a fantastic job. I even gave him a tip because I appreciated his work. Communication was smooth and their billing system is wonderful! As soon as the work wasdone they sent me a email with an invoice to pay the bill. It was then a simple to pay online. I'm sure they offered other ways to pay but I appreciated the online feature. Everything went so smooth I almost couldn't believe it.... From the initial call to the worker being so efficient to the online invoicing and payment. I was very impressed with their system and their work! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and use them the next time our gutters need cleaning! read more

We needed algae removed from our vinyl siding and the exterior of our gutter on our house in Ballard. We also needed our 8 windows and screens cleaned. My wife had me check out Crystal Panes and it turned out they are close by on Queen Anne Hill. The last place that did the job was in Kent. Crystal Panes got right back to us when we first called them, got some out here right away to look at out place and get us a quote. When we got a quote, it was totally reasonable so we hired them. The two gentlemen they sent out were both friendly, knowledgeable and thorough with their cleaning. I appreciated that they didn't rush! When they were finished, our house looked as good as it did when we moved in back in 1997. Our place was only 4 years old then. They did an outstanding job and we wouldn't hesitate to use their services again because they provide great customer service, quality, and excellent value for the money. I highly recommend them! read more

Booked online--fast, good work, and great communication. Appreciate their willingness to adjust quote based on my needs.

Our house is roofed with metal shingles. Weird, right? Tell us about it! We've been looking for years for someone who would even come out to West Seattle to give us an estimate for cleaning them. The list of businesses which said "no" grew and grew and meanwhile, the moss grew, the Douglas fir dripped resin, the dirt piled up. Crystal Panes not only said "yes", they immediately sent someone out for an estimate and then got us on the schedule when we accepted the bid. Juan showed up on time, did a thorough and careful job in a brisk and timely manner, and the roof looks like new! Doggoned happy. read more

Crystal Pane Window and Gutter Cleaning did an excellent job of restoring the appearance of my windows and gutters. My windows and gutters now look brand new, and I'm overjoyed with the results. I will use them again if I require this type of service. read more

Crystal Panes got our house looking incredible before we put it on the market! We hired them to wash all the exterior windows, clean the gutters, and power wash our driveways and sidewalks. They did incredible work--efficient and highly detail-oriented. We asked for estimates from three different businesses and Crystal Panes provided both the best customer service and the lowest quote. Micah, who came to give the estimate, was super friendly and professional. Garth, who came to do all the work, was also incredibly friendly and very efficient. We were impressed with this careful attention to detail when cleaning the windows and pressure washing. Garth also mentioned that he could remove high spider webs for us--we didn't know this was a service they offered, and we were so glad he took care of all the webs for us! We were scheduling them during the few snow days in January. We had to request an appointment change once (because our yard work was behind schedule) and they had to request a change once because the gutters had ice in them. On both occasions, the rescheduling was easy and professional. They clearly care about providing excellent service. Would most definitely use again if were were stay in Seattle! read more

Crystal Panes Window And Gutter Cleaning - Picture shows pressure-washed areas versus non-pressure-washed sidewalk (and sparking clean windows) - Window Washing Near Me - Seattle, Washington

We live on a floating home and have used Crystal Panes multiple times . Why? Their scheduling is quick and efficient, they regularly update you on who is coming , at what time which is an hour window, the cleaner advises you when he is 15 minutes away, They show up on time, and leave you with sparkling windows! Not an easy task on a floating home which ,in our case , includes being on a float that rolls with the waves and wind! But mostly we appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. We feel like we are a part of their Family! Rob T read more

On the same day I requested a quote, Abby responded and sent out Micah who walked around the house and delivered a rough estimate that same day and a formal quote was emailed to me. We could not use Crystal Panes because they do not remove and wash storm windows; we have very large storm windows that cover complicated leaded-grid windows. But, Abby did send a thank you email and mentioned that they hang holiday lights which is good to know. read more

The folks at Crystal Panes did really great work. I found them to be extremely friendly, very detail oriented with both the gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, and moss treatment. It was a wet day, with lots of leaves and muck, and Hank, our technician, did such a nice job for us. They came much earlier than scheduled, on a Saturday over MLK holiday weekend. Highly recommended, thank you! read more

Crystal Panes was great to work with! They were quick to respond, quick to schedule, great at communicating and showed up on time. Reliable, professional and if a mistake is made, they take responsibility and fix it. I have used this company twice and will do so again.

I write reviews when businesses are really good or really bad. These guys raise the standard on "really good"!! They do AMAZING work - I thought my windows were clean until I saw what they were supposed to look like. The price was extremely reasonable - there was no upsell - and the crew was extremely polite and so very hard-working. They now have a customer for life. read more
