I used Crystal Panes for many years for roof cleaning, gutter cleaning and moss treatment. The last few years I had not seen evidence of moss treatment (usually the white powder was visible) even though I was charged $300-400 each time for moss treatment. In addition, the moss was not dying. I brought this to their attention each time, and was assured that they use a spray treatment now due to the pitch of my roof. But each year, more moss grew. They asked to see photos of the stuff on the roof that needed removing so that they could provide the best estimate. 2. They had someone come and physically look at the house before providing an estimate. (Our gutters are up high.) 3. Jay, who completed the service for us, consulted with me along every aspect of the project and showed me pictures. He also identified an elbow of a gutter that he suspected was full of chewed up insulation and asked if I wanted it removed. Our complaint is that it took 2 very young employees under two hours to do the job. It just seems like a LOT of money for the time put in. They did an ok job. The service was booked very quickly. I was gone the day it happened and when I got home, there was still quite a bit of moss on it.
