Did a roof blow off, gutter and downspouts cleaned, windows cleaned on the outside and then, without asking, raked up my entire front yard and gardens of dead redwood branches and dumped it in my recycle bin. While the most value option I found for window cleaning, you get what you pay for. The windows were washed with a brush with hose attached. No squeegee or detail work was done. While much cleaner than when started many windows had marks on them. I had some hard water stains and there wasn't even an attempt to try to fix that. Tracks were brushed but not fully cleaned as the higher work was done from the ground via pole. I had low expectations due to the price, but it would have been better to have more detailed information on the cleaning process before hand. I may have gone with a more expensive option had I known what I know now. read more

Another window cleaner did not show up as scheduled. I was kind of desperate because i needed my windows cleaned immediately. I got quotes from multiple companies and the cost they were charging to clean a total of 9 windows and ranged from $550 to $950 dollars. That, in my opinion is price gouging. This company responded immediately and was able to come out the next day to do the cleaning. They were very professional; right on time; and did an excellent job. And, while still expensive, they were much less expensive than the various other companies. I will definitely be using them again to clean my roofs/gutters and to pressure wash my front yard. Poor quality of work, damaged paint on the deck and unprofessional attitude I hired Svet to clean our windows (including all skylights) and pressure wash our deck. Svet was prompt to come to our place and provide an estimate. He was professional, prompt and not at all pushy. On the day of the cleaning, he cleaned all the windows. Window cleaning was good, no major concerns. However he proposed to skip the skylights given it was raining that day making it difficult to walk on the wooden shingles which is totally understandable. He said he'd come another day and removed a small amount from the invoice (nowhere close to what i will need to pay to get someone to clean our skylights). Then I had to chase him to get back to clean the skylights for weeks. Finally he came over and the skylights were not cleaned properly. He blamed his sloppy work on this being an issue on the inside. And then he was unprofessional where he felt he did not owe coming back to finish this job given the small amount he did not charge (which again would not cover someone else coming over just for the skylights). Of course i don't want him to walk on the roof when raining but he should have either told me before starting the job that he won't be able clean the skylights given the rain so we could have rescheduled or promptly returned to complete the service. Pressure washing the deck was also pretty horrible. He started to chip off the paint on the railing while pressure washing it with a high pressure setting. Luckily i noticed him and he again blamed his sloppy work on quality of the paint. I asked him to stop it but after i went back inside, he continued with a lower pressure setting and gave me a thumbs up- i trusted that he has figured it out with the pressure setting. But then he damaged in more places which i noticed after he left. Overall my skylights are not clean and i have damaged paint on my deck - for both i now need to hire someone else to fix. read more

I'm not even sure of the qualify of the work because I was extorted into paying the bill before I had the opportunity to visit the property and review the work. The owner called me on Sunday, the day after the work was complete, demanding payment. I told him I wouldn't be able to review the week for a week. They then badgered my via text through the week, and threatened to levy a $100 late fee (this was not in the contract) after a week of non payment. Compare this with most vendors who allow 30 days for payment. Rude, aggressive, and unethical. Wouldn't ever think of hiring these people again read more
