Found this business via Yelp and Angies List when searching for gutter repair services to fix my gutter that had separated from my home. Roberto responded quickly and offered up Monkey's Services to assist. I was excited because of all the positive reviews that I had read. I was quoted a fair price of $220.00 (plus tax) and inquired about when the project could get started but did not hear back until the following day at 4:11pm. A full day 24 hours after we spoke. At that point I had booked a different vendor for a few dollars more. Roberto was king but I removed two starts due to the lack of communication. read more

Update #2: Unfortunately, the recent windstorms caused one of my roof vents to break, so I learned first-hand how quickly an open hole (even a small one) in your roof will cause water damage to your ceiling. The answer is *very* quickly. So now, what I speculated about in my original review--that there's no way that vent pipe could have been "found broken"--I now know to be fact, which means these guys outright lied to me. Now I own a drone so I can do my own pictures and inspection before anyone sets foot on my roof. Would not do business with these guys again. read more

Roberto and his team are wonderful. Fairly priced, and impeccable attention to detail on my gutters and driveway. Living in an older house, some of the paint got chipped (at no fault of theirs) while doing the pressure wash. Roberto came back to color match then again to touch up the paint personally, even fixing a few other areas around the house he noticed that needed it...free of charge. I'll be calling them in the future for anything I need done and will be their customer as long as I live in the area. It just doesn't get any better than Roberto! read more

They don't speak English much but I think the communication with translator also works. The only thing I think can improve is moss removal easily get neighbors house dirty, when doing the cleaning work can be more careful to that. Roberto and team came through today to clean my gutters and downspouts. They were efficient and thorough. They cleaned up everything that blew out of the gutters and checked that gutters and downspouts are draining as expected as well as sprayed down the windows to clean off any debris. They even blew the leaves off my patio and small lawn. You can tell they care about their customers and the quality of their work. Something hard to find these days. It was easy to get a quote from Roberto and he was the most competitive of everyone I contacted. I'm also happy to see they do other work besides gutters and downspouts as we will likely need some other work done in the next year. Very good experience with a roof cleaning/de-mossing from Monkey's Services. Response time was quick and professional. They did have some some maintenance issue with their truck and had to reschedule, but they communicated it very well and I can't really fault them for unforeseen events. I wasn't home when they came, but they took before and after pics. Overall, they did a very thorough and clean job that I was quite happy with. The most impressive thing to me, though, was how well they cleaned up afterwards. This probably should be expected, but I've had too many companies just leave their debris all over. Roberto and team did a great job for my gutters, I got the deal setup very quick and the team came before the appointment, which is what I wanted to ask but really depend on their schedule as my gutters were clogged and failed to handle the heavy rain recently.
