Had my roof and gutters cleaned by Issaquah Gutter. Upfront and post service - Issaquah Gutters has excellent customer service. The customer rep Morgan is awesome / responsive, the crew was super nice (Andrew and Clayton) and the owner replied timely to questions / concerns as well. The a roughly 3000 sq home - 2 story, the project probably took the team 1.5 hours to complete. I surveyed the site afterwards and it was in good shape - not a whole lot of leftover debris from the roof. The crew used a water hose for the moss / gutter clean and afterwards applied a liquid solution to prevent moss - I was told the solution should be applied every 6 months (water hose and not pressure wash as pressure wash is too much for the roof). A brush wasn't used like some of the other gutter cleaning companies. The next day - when the sun was out I walked across the street to get a clear view of certain sections of my roof. I noticed "green" / moss still on a certain area so I took pictures and sent them to Jordan. He replied and said that he would have the team come back out and take care of it. Overall - Issaquah gutter has great customer service. Giving them a four star because we had to have the crew come out after the project to get the remainder of the moss on the roof. If it was all completed on day 1 I would have given them 5 stars. I engaged with a few other companies up front and went with Issaquah because they were most responsive and professional. read more

We recently hired Issaquah Pest and Home Services to complete an air duct cleaning. Justin was our assigned technician, and we were thrilled that he was both delightful and hardworking! He went above and beyond to service our vents (even with some surprise obstacles - and perhaps some lapses in training). Since this particular service is new for this company (which we didn't know when scheduling), there are still some "kinks" being worked out. First, our tech was not provided access to information we shared with Customer Service in our scheduling process (i.e. our tech didn't know he was serving a home with ceiling vents, and thus, didn't bring a ladder or proper tools AND we were told by Customer Service that he would service the furnace, which he wasn't trained to do). Also, the company doesn't currently vacuum/wipe down affected surfaces after a duct cleaning service, so customers are left with a mess to clean-up. Growth opportunities acknowledged, overall, we enjoyed our experience with this company and can't say enough good things about Justin as a person. He was really such a joy. Pro Tip: Ensure you confirm your service needs directly to the tech before they arrive at your home, so they are adequately prepared. read more

We hired Plateau Home Sulutions to do a complete renovation of our crawlspace. The house is getting older and there had been some rodent activity so we wanted to start fresh. Nick and Elicio showed up on time and did a fantastic job with the work. They worked quickly with minimal impact on us. They kept the work area clean and were super polite to us. We enjoyed having them around. One specific callout of great service is Nick and Elicio's willingness to go above and beyond the job scope to search for and seal up some recent rodent entry into the crawlspace. We bought a house in Issaquah that unbeknownst to us had a HUGE rodent infestation in the hvac ducting. I thought those systems were sealed so I'm not even sure how they got in there. Anyway running the hvac smelled like a combination of mouse poop and decomposing mice. We have a toddler and weren't actually comfortable running the air at all. Enter Plateau Home Solutions. I called to schedule which was easy and we had someone out in a couple of weeks. They vacuumed our ducts of mouse poop for hours and even vacuumed up a dead mouse! Some contractors had done a number on some carpet in my home. Jordan responded quickly to my quote request. They were able to come out the next day for a good price. The stains were stubborn, and they offered to come back out a second time two days later; the techs did some extra research and worked with heavier duty equipment. I appreciated the diligence. Jordan, Ammon, and Andrew were all professional, courteous, and effective. I'd work with this company again. Late review, but I need to give Plateau Home Solutions well deserved props! They were referred by our pest inspector, Issaquah Pest Control and I'm so glad I found them. I first used them for our move out carpet cleaning in a rental we were leaving back in Feb 2021. Jordan contacted me via text to set up an appt and answered all questions I had. Our tech was Andrew, and he was super nice and did a great job cleaning the carpets, stairs, and the closets. The next time I used them was for our new home last month in April for a gutter cleaning. Nick and Eli came out for an evaluation of our home and noticed that we also had moss growing on our roof and that they could also spray a treatment to get rid of and prevent more of the growth . They were available to come back to do the work within a few days. Eli came back and did the work and was done within 2 hours. He showed me the before and after pics and answered any questions I had about follow up treatments/cleanings. Can't say enough of everyone from the owner, office support and techs - All super nice, knowledgeable and efficient. These guys were easy and quick to book with, showed up on time just a couple days after I contacted them for an estimate, and did a much more thorough and conscientious job cleaning our neglected gutters than I have come to expect from hitting other gutter cleaning services. They weren't able to finish in the half-day they booked, and came back the following week to finish the job for no extra charge. We moved into a new house with clogged gutters and mossy roof. Plateau HS responded fast on Yelp, took photos with a drone and gave a competitive quote. Nick and Al showed up on time, cleaned the gutters, removed much of moss and treated the rest. So far so good. It has rained quite a bit since but no issues with the gutters. Moss is supposed to die off wash away over the next few weeks. They offer a free revisit if it doesn't. Let's see how that goes. read more

I want to give more than 5 stars if there is a way. Kudos to Clayton and Andrew! They just came, and they both exceeded my expectations again. Clayton went up and not only fixed the bracket, he also checked the root cause of the problem as well. He found out that he can replace one of the screw and strengthen it. I really appreciated his help and spent more time strengthening my gutter (instead of just replacing the bracket and done). This gutter issue caused us some trouble - water leaking in my basement. So after their fix, there is no more leaking in my basement. I am glad to know and find a reliable company & service for my gutter issue. read more

I am glad to find Issaquah Gutter Cleaning service. I got a small hole and clogging in my gutter. Issaquah Gutter Service went above and beyond, fixed my hole and cleaned my gutter and applied moss treatment. It took many hours to get all these clean properly. They are using advanced tooling, pressure wash and vacuum. Compared to my previous Gutter cleaning service, they just picked couple spots by hand and I am not sure whether they cleaned everything. With Isaaquah Gutter service, my gutter is in a good hand and maintained as I notice they (Clayton & Andrew) are worked so hard to get this cleaned thoroughly. After the service they recommended me to change the bracket because one of the corner started sagging due to clogging. So I requested if I can get this fix before it can cause any damage. However, Todd went above and beyond to schedule the bracket replacement next week. Now, I can always certain that Issaquah Gutter cleaning always provides the best service to the customer and Next gutter cleaning, I don't have to worry or spending time to evaluate who should I call again. Scheduled Plateau to come out & give us a quote on new insulation & vapor barrier, they arrived ontime, were very professional and efficient, accepted their quote and they scheduled the work. They arrived for work at the appointed time, Nick and Alecio were super nice, worked very hard and completed everything on time, no problems etc! My roof has not been cleaned for years and there are lot of moss on top. He sprayed treatment first and need to wait the green moss to die down for few days ..A week later another technician Andrew came back for the final touch up and thoroughly cleaned the dry moss . They took up my gutter guards and cleaned under them, they flushed them out, the cleaned off the roof! One of them blew off my storm laden driveway while waiting for the other to finish.
