I contacted them that evening and Matt responded almost immediately and scheduled a date and time. The tech, a young man name Jeremiah, texted me an hour before arrival. Came to our home, I showed him where the issue was. He went in, destroyed the nest and took it out, and then treated with Deltadust, a formulation of deltamethrin. Finished the job in a half hour. It takes a lot for me to actually write a bad review. But I feel my kindness and understanding was taken for granted so here we go. I was a repeat customer, for a problem that turns out they may not have eradicated the first time. I think these guys are good and do good work... IF they're able to solve it in that first visit. In two separate paid visits now, the "follow-up" appointments to check their work that THEY INITIATE get canceled. This last time, they rescheduled SIX TIMES, all last minute, after the time they were supposed to have shown up, or without any warning at all other than a "reschedule text" later. Do NOT pay your invoice after that first visit until you actually KNOW the problem has been solved, because the "free" follow-up appointments have been canceled last minute way too many times. And this was with written acknowledgement that the job had not been completed. I will share their "understanding" and empathetic "we're standing you up again" template here. Considering they started repeating excuses, I'm surprised they didn't accidentally send me the template itself: "Good morning, [customer]. We sincerely apologize for the [short notice, confusion, inconvenience]. Unfortunately, the technician assigned to your service has informed us that he is [sick, injured, forgot ladder, custom]. We appreciate your understanding, as this situation is beyond our control. Would you be available to reschedule your appointment on [Mon-Fri] (##/##) between ##:## and ##:## [am/pm]. Please let us know if this works for you, or kindly share your availability. Thank you for your patience and understanding." Honoring their appointments is NOT outside of their control. It's baffling a service provider would write this -- I will help translate: "We make one attempt at a job and then invoice you, stand you up multiple times for our advertised and self-initiated follow-up appointments, and then straightfaced gaslight you over text. Thank you for your understanding. We count on you being flexible, infinitely tolerant, reasonable and professional when workmanship issues arise, so that we don't have to be." read more

I hired this company for their expertise on bed bug heat treatment. I waited 2 to 3 weeks for the appointment. They were late for the appointment so I called them. They fessed up that they had to cancel because of a problem with the heaters. I complained a lot and they came. I found out that the heaters was near Olympia and he was up north. I'm guessing he didn't want to drive 1 and half hours down south and come back up. It was really poor planning putting another heat treatment appointment back to back. Not planning the trip in between. An "individual fail" is a company fail. Poor planning everywhere and poor communication by management. To make matters worse, the technician didn't have all the tools for my apartment. They knew I lived in a tall apartment. Not a house. And didn't plan on heat insulators for the fire sprinklers. You are telling me they didn't know that this would come up?? I am the one who pointed out to the technician about the sprinklers. I had told them that I lived on the 6th level of the apartment. You mean to tell me that they didn't know apartment buildings have sprinklers? Poor planning everywhere. They offered to spray my apartment and promised 100% effectiveness in two appointments. After one week, I started getting bites again. They were coming back 3 weeks later. I CANCELLED THE NEXT APPOINTMENT BECAUSE THERE WAS *NO WORD IF THEY BOUGHT THE HEAT INSULATORS*. The office staff kept promising that they will communicate it to management. 9 days have passed since the 1st appointment and still no word. They said it could take 2 weeks for the heat insulators to be received. All they said is if they aren't able to get them in time, they will spray again and have another appointment. No. Each time they come, I have to prepare my apartment so chemicals aren't sprayed where its not supposed to be. These are toxic. Then I have to clean the floors and some fabrics that the chemicals went to so I don't touch it. These chemicals are neurotoxins. There is no way I am touching them. Then another appointment for heating will need me to remove any flammables or electronics with batteries or they will be damaged by the heat. I canceled the 2nd treatment for three weeks later because they couldn't tell me if they had ordered the heat insulators. I knew that if the insulators didn't come in time, then I would have to upend my life again another 3 weeks. After 9 days, there was no word from management. Their unpreparedness and failure in the first appointment and unreliability and poor communication 9 days later tells me that this company is either poorly managed or maliciously managed. Looking at previews reviews. It is a continuing problem for them. Poor communication and unpreparedness. DO NOT HIRE THEM. I am so disappointed. I had to prepare my place for a heat treatment that didn't happen. read more

Scam company. Paid $600 dollars during the holidays to get rats out of the house, 3-4 rats were caught during all of their visits to our house. Was lied to or misled about the sort of foundation I have and promised that they could get rid of our rats. The previous pest control company / man who had been out to house had told me that "I'd love to take your money but it would be a ripoff because of your foundation." The young kid who serviced our house told me that rats cannot get through a slab foundation. A simple google search tells you that is not true. Maybe I am naive for trusting one of these companies but when you are desperate to keep varmints out you'll listen to just about anything. So yeah, we paid like $680 dollars for them to do very very very very little. Everything they've did, I can do as well. All the visit and half a grand + got me was some 19 year old kid coming around my house with a staple gun and steel wool. Save yourself some money if it's between this company and DIY, go to home depot and fill the holes yourself. To add insult to injury when we complained about this, we were told the owner would be coming out. Instead the young adult was sent again. This felt like a sure sign of disrespect. In my family I was raised as a man to face people & settle my differences. The young worker told me that the Big Boss Guy had gotten sick on a single's cruise & couldn't come. Nice! So while my family was having a rat filled holiday this guy was enjoying my $600 he scammed me out of. Hope you enjoyed your cruise bud. read more

OMNI Pest Control did a great job of repairing the hole in our siding, where a woodpecker made a hole large enough for a smaller bird to consider it her new home. Matt from Omni was quick to respond to my initial query, and offered several appointment options. Zackery, the tech, was nice enough to give us a heads up that he was heading our way the morning of the appointment. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do, worked efficiently, and was very receptive to any questions we had. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very nice. With the hole completely sealed (thankfully no nest was evident), and with the attachment of a reflective, spinning bird deterrent on the corner of the house, we are very confident our bird issue is resolved. There was a single instance of the bird trying to get back in about an hour after Zackery left, but that was it. It's been three days, and we no longer hear the bird. OMNI Pest control did a great job eliminating an ant infestation from our home. We purchased this old home recently and discovered ants right away. Bait traps didn't seem to get rid of them. Called OMNI and they sprayed inside and outside and at first it didn't work but after revisiting our house multiple times, the ants became less and less and now they are completely gone. I assume the ants had been there for decades which is why it took so long to get rid of them but this company was always responsive and willing to come back to spray more so I really appreciate the service and now we officially live in an ant free home read more

OMNI Pest Control saved my life! Since I am deathly allergic to wasps, I immediately called 5 pest control companies when I saw a swarm of wasps outside my open bedroom window. But being a Saturday, no one would come out until Monday... except OMNI. The technician arrived within 2 hours and with a protective suit on, he found the wasp nest and sprayed all. Update: Matt finally called me and we're able to resolve the invoice verses quote issues in a professional discussion. I think we both regret that it got as out of hand as it did, and we are both happy to put it behind us! Deceptive business practices! I called for scheduling and price for pest services and was quoted a "discounted" price and schedule for the services. Some of it was warranty and some was discounted, as it would all be done during the same service call. I summarized the price and service scope of work with there represenative twice to make sure our understanding was clear of price and scope of work. Their tech arrived and completed all spraying services in less than 20 minutes. They sent me an Invoice later that day for nearly 3 times the quoted price!! I notified them of tge error an even requested a call back from someone in their firm who could correct the invoice to the quoted price. However, even after committing in writing that someone of authority would me call me back to discuss what took place, they refused to allow me to speak to someone if authority. Instead, they would not support the representative who quoted me the price, and had her call me back with a bad case of amnesia over our original conversation and agreed upon price. I once again wrote them asking for someone of authority to call me, but instead they chose to play games with their numbers to try and justify their crazy high invoice! Their bait and switch pricing, with sales tax calculates to roughly $1500 per hour!! Their flat refusal to have someone of authority in their company discuss their deceptive business practices, is unbelievable.l! This company is looking to pray on Senior citizens, they will not honor their verbal quotes, an have no interest in talking to their customers. I have notified the attorney generals office and am filing notice with the better business buro. Hopefully they are able to get someone to talk with them. Their customer service is pretty bad - looking for rodent eviction, they did not return my calls as I had questions about the service. I did end up scheduling for a Friday. They send me a message after the appointment window started saying they had an unforeseen emergency and needed to reschedule. No call again. By then I had wasted 2 days on them and could not find anyone else right away due to the weekend. I went on vacation for a few weeks and came back finding a family of Starlings nesting under my roof, Omni was able to quickly come in to help block the cavity entrance. Henry wasn't able to fully block the hole the first time, because we identified young birds in the nest. I booked an appointment for 11 and no one showed up or called to tell me they would be late. I called and left a voicemail, but Omni replied to me via text saying they would check with the crew and get back to me. They didn't, so I tried texting them back. At that point they said someone could come by between 1-4 today. I have limited days off and can't wait around all day for someone who is already an hour late with no communication. They had no problem charging my credit card promptly but the communication since has been extremely poor. The latest text from them says "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, Bethany. Unfortunately, there are circumstances beyond our control, and we're unable to commit to an exact time frame as our technician's availability depends on the requirements of each property." Nowhere on the booking site did it say that these times are estimates. If Omni can't commit to specific times, they shouldn't offer them. They should also have the courtesy to call if they're running that late. I would not recommend this company. read more

I called Matt this morning about a potential wasp nest in our yard and he said he'd squeeze me in THAT day! I couldn't be there and he said he'd take a look and communicate with me over the phone. He came promptly as promised this afternoon and told us we had honey bees and great golden digger wasps just pollinating and no hive and that they weren't harmless. He came out of his way in between appointments to help me because I had concerns having a toddler around a potential danger zone. He was friendly and professional and easy to work with and didn't even charge us for coming all the way over to check on it. I told him that I had gotten a slightly lower quote, but the service couldn't come out for another week or so and he said he would match the price as well. TLDR: Easy to work with and responds promptly to messages. TIP: if you have narrow space on the sides of your home, ask your neighbors in advance if it will be alright for OMNI Pests to access their yards to get a better angle for safe ladder access if your home is two stories. I didn't realize and texted my neighbors the day of. It shouldn't be a problem but it's a kind thing to do in case. Arrived in an unmarked white truck. PSA: During my research for pest control I found that Northern Flickers are a native species and are protected. They cannot be trapped or killed, only deterred. Hence why I chose OMNI Pests to help out to save myself time and for my own safety because two stories is a long way up! We have a pesky Northern Flicker that has been chipping away at the wood under the eaves of my two story home. Matt came by and helped by putting bird spikes and a reflector around the areas the bird had been hanging around to deter it from returning. I originally had an 11am appointment but the previous job had ran long so according to them after I had sent a message when it past 11am. We rescheduled to 3pm. He also had to go to the hardware store halfway through the job to get additional spikes because he didn't have enough on hand--I wasn't in a rush or anything so I was fine with the time frame. He was kind enough to take a photo of the damage, upon request, for me to see while he was up there--indeed the bird had been stripping bits of wood in attempt to nest. I think the only reason why there wasn't a nest is because every time I heard the darn thing knocking on my walls, I'd run out and scare it away.
