When raccoons made their home in my home, I knew it was time for an eviction. I did a ton of research online but my situation was a bit unique because, while they normally set up in attics, they had found a hole in an enclosure above my front entry, left after a recent roof replacement. This enclosure was only accessible from the roof and I don't do heights. After spending over a week trying to trap the mom, which would leave the difficult problem of how to get the kids out without demolition work, I realized it was time to get some professional help. Matt didn't give up and we found a couple of ways to encourage the raccoons to move on without causing any harm. Probably should have filtered through the reviews and read all the 1-2 star reviews. Not sure how Yelp is showing this company as 5 stars. They were late to our first appointment window (12-2pm) but at least called us (at 2:09pm) to let us know they were running late. Once they showed up we showed them our wasp problem and had to reschedule us because they didn't have a tall enough ladder to address our wasp problem. Come the day of our rescheduled appointment, they were a no show, call or message. I sent a message on Yelp (since this is where we scheduled our first appointment) and received a message from Matt (the owner) the following day saying "I'm sorry, the tall ladder was not available today". I get that you're busy, but at least have the decency to let your customers know you're not going to make it. Seems to be a recurring problem based on the other reviews here. read more

Saw some bugs flying around in my pantry, figured my kids left the sliding door open and they got into our home. Well, 2 turned into 15 inside my pantry and I went into a rabbit hole of googling what they were; apparently 'pantry moths' are a thing! They hitch a ride into your home on food products from infested warehouses or grain storage facilities, chances are there is a infestation when you see them flying around. Cleaned, bleached out and wiped my pantry with white vinegar for 2 weeks, threw out a LOT of dry foods but they just were relentless! Turns out they were breeding in the screw/peg holes of my shelving units! I have over 300 of these screw/peg holes, I accepted defeat and called a few Pest control businesses; majority did not specialize in this. Kept searching and came across OMNI Pests due to the great 5 star reviews of Matt. SOOO happy I did not stop my search, Matt came out last Friday (6/11) sprayed my pantry down with pesticide, even put out some traps for me. Said to give it a full 2 weeks and if I continue to see them, he will come back out again free of charge. I killed 4 more Saturday evening but since then, on day 4 now, I have yet to see one. A large raccoon tore open a hole in the siding of my attic. It was unafraid, and ran over to look at us when we shined a flashlight at it on the roof at night. Omni (Matt Seymour) showed up quickly, ensured there was no raccoon in the attic, thoroughly repaired the damage (adding a steel mesh to keep raccoons and rodents out), plugged all the rodent holes, and set traps, all for a very reasonable price. Even thou the project hasn't been completed yet I know Matt will do an excellent job. We bought an older house in Mill Creek and have had a lot of contractors/handyman help us with projects. Matt is not only professional but it's the first time I felt comfortable right off the bat with the person. Here's why: 1. Answered quote right away and took my call on a Sunday. 2. Laid out his pricing which was very reasonable (some wanted to charge triple and were pushy). He came and looked at the project and stuck to the price. 3. Was punctual to the minute. Almost every person I've dealt with has always been late. 4. Laid out the timeline and let me know the project stages beforehand. 5. Had the wrong material. Went out and got it right away. 6. I left a bag so I could clean up afterwards. Matt cleaned up, moved my furniture back, and took the trash with him. 7. I was concerned about my dark wall getting painted lighter. I told him I would get a darker color. He insisted to get the color I wanted. He would put on another coat if needed. He was more concerned about my satisfaction then having to do more work. 8. And he wouldn't take payment until after the work was finished. The job is finished. I'm more that satisfied with the outcome! My wife is a little more picky than I but Matt offered to fix them. He came back after my light fixtures came in and put them up more secure than my last fixtures we're installed. Though the source of our carpenter ant problem is water logged wood in our roof/ceiling, they were so great at explaining the full situation (not just the symptoms) with a recommendation on how to fully fix the problem. We aren't in a position to replace our ceiling and roof right now, so we signed up for the maintenance plan to keep the ants at bay until we can do the major work to fix the source. We just bought our first home and the recurring feedback from our inspector and various other folk who've been down in our crawlspace was "that's the nastiest crawlspace I've ever been in". I had an appointment today with Omni at 6:00 to get a wasps nest eradicated. I took time off from work to meet them at the home, which is a half hour from my home. Not only did they not show, they also did not return my calls. Total crap customer service. Yesterday afternoon I called to say I could be at the job site early, using my work phone. This company then left me a text that he could not fulfill the appointment, but that text was left at my work phone which does not accept texts. If he had tested me on the phone number I had given them when I jade the appointment I would have gotten it. read more

Matt is really great. He came out and looked around our property and was honest about what services we'd need and what he recommends. I'm not fond of any sort of rodents, bugs, spiders, etc. 1 is too many- ya know?! He let us know that he's spray the spider and bug (home treatment- meaning they leave or die) thank you! But told us we didn't need the extra services I was inquiring about. That we only needed the bug/spider one and if we need another in the future he'd let us know. Given where we live definitely need. We signed up for the monthly service which is such a steal. No contracts and can change the plan at anytime. He is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I'd use him over any of the other places. The response time was very quick and I learned a lot from them. However, the company was supposed to do follow-ups and did not. Also, I did not think the amount charged was worth the services rendered. OMNI came out once to set traps and fixed a couple screens in the crawl space and built the crawl space door (which was extremely overpriced) and then never came back. They were supposed to come back and check the attic and where they were getting in there but did not, nor did they find the place they were getting into the attic when they did come out.
