Matt is really great. He came out and looked around our property and was honest about what services we'd need and what he recommends. I'm not fond of any sort of rodents, bugs, spiders, etc. 1 is too many- ya know?! He let us know that he's spray the spider and bug (home treatment- meaning they leave or die) thank you! But told us we didn't need the extra services I was inquiring about. That we only needed the bug/spider one and if we need another in the future he'd let us know. Given where we live definitely need. We signed up for the monthly service which is such a steal. No contracts and can change the plan at anytime. He is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I'd use him over any of the other places. The response time was very quick and I learned a lot from them. However, the company was supposed to do follow-ups and did not. Also, I did not think the amount charged was worth the services rendered. OMNI came out once to set traps and fixed a couple screens in the crawl space and built the crawl space door (which was extremely overpriced) and then never came back. They were supposed to come back and check the attic and where they were getting in there but did not, nor did they find the place they were getting into the attic when they did come out. I had an appointment today with Omni at 6:00 to get a wasps nest eradicated. I took time off from work to meet them at the home, which is a half hour from my home. Not only did they not show, they also did not return my calls. Total crap customer service. Yesterday afternoon I called to say I could be at the job site early, using my work phone. This company then left me a text that he could not fulfill the appointment, but that text was left at my work phone which does not accept texts. I have a woodpecker from hell. I have 2 balloons, fake flames different shiny objects and hole blockers up from another company. I pay $300 2 and 3 times a year trying to keep it from pecking holes in my house. Matt said he had a different approach. I decided to try. He has some really strange hanging objects that look a little like the things that hang down in Chinese restaurants. On a sunny day they produce a kaleidoscope . They work great on sunny days but the woodpecker came back a couple of times on cloudy days. I messaged Matt. He did come back and make sure the thingies were still in place and did not charge me for that. So that impressed me. So, I have a special situation but his willingness to come and look again speaks well of this business. read more

He did not find any and explained that he could still spray our bed if we wanted. He spent time showing us where to look and how to look for future potential bugs. Call Matt! We had a basketball-sized yellow jacket nest appear in our backyard, literally overnight. And of course, the first time we noticed was on the morning of July 4th. Called Matt. He was at our house within 30 minutes. He put on his bee suit, went out there with a bucket, gave them a few puffs of whatever-it-is they use (pet friendly), knocked down the nest, put it in the bucket, cleaned away all the residual, put the lid on the bucket and was done. He said he took the queen and the nest and that there would be some confused yellow jackets for the next couple of hours buzzing about (he says they were out grocery shopping while he removed the nest). Eventually got a response to my email inquiry that they would not be making it that day due to inclement weather; they did not even bother to respond to my inquiry about rescheduling. I completely understand needing to cancel and reschedule due to weather, but was really disappointed that they didn't bother to let me know they wouldn't be coming and that they don't seem at all interested in rescheduling. We had a smell of rodent leaking thru the vents. Sent out an S.O.S. thru Yelp and Matt is the only one who responded both quickly and with a quote late on a Friday night. Fast forward two days, smell had dissipated but Matt went down there anyway. Couldn't find anything dead, but evidence of activity. Meanwhile, he noticed a leak and a strange mismanagement of loads in the framework of the house. This review is overdue because Matt has now been helping us for a year with some very unwelcome rodents. We started having some serious issues with rats in our crawlspace and then trying to get into our walls, as well as eating the vegetables and tomatoes we were growing. It was horrible. We found Matt's company after reading reviews on Yelp and really liking what we read about him and how he does business. He crawled around under our house and up in the attic, looking everywhere, then told us that because of where we live (trees, vegetable garden, etc.) that we have a "busy" group of rats, but that he would take care of it and continue until the party was over. I thought that this was funny, but he was serious. He kept coming back every week or two to check the traps and the poison he had set out, as well as fixing areas where they were getting in the crawlspace and walls. It was very reassuring watching Matt trying different things and repeatedly crawling around under the house in nasty weather, and then, things got a lot better. I had set up a couple of security cameras under our deck so I could monitor the activity of the rats, and it was such a relief when I finally saw no more rats running past and looking into the cameras. Matt's persistence and professionalism was amazing. We've continued to have him come out on a maintenance basis, which has really helped with being able to eat our vegetables that we grow, as opposed to having to share them with rats.
