These days it can be tough to get honest advice. We had a terrible dead rat odor coming from our wall, and we found Matt via a Yelp search. He was able to fit us in the next day, at which point (surprisingly) the odor was already fading. He diagnosed a likely entry point, patched it, and helped us decide that given the quick fading it probably wasn't worth ripping the walls open trying to find it. I heard some noise in the attic so I sent out Yelp requests for bids. Matt was one of the few that responded within 30 mins. I read the reviews and saw they were all perfect 5 stars and now see why. He was friendly, knowledgeable and notified me of the problem quickly. Birds had pecked through the wire mess and got into the attic. He sealed them off, looked for any other entry points and fenced those off as well. He placed rodent traps around the house and attic as a precaution.
