I was shocked when you wanted me to pay over $300 to come out and basically sell me on your services. I had heard you were good so likely I would have signed up for the quarterly. Very disappointing service. Always a new service person who has no knowledge of where bait stations are to be serviced nor what service needs to be done. No reference records provided by company or if there is, the employees are unaware. Constantly request owner's help in locating stations and advising them on what service is needed. Todd came out late in the day and he kindly informed us we had Mason bees which won't harm you and are great pollinators so you don't want to exterminate them. We engaged them a few years ago to deal with a rat problem in the crawlspace and outside. They eliminated the rats quickly. When we recently suspected a reinfestation, they came, laid traps, and confirmed that there was no rat activity. They also made sure we knew about condition issues in the crawlspace and checked to make sure that there were no new entrances. I heard lots of good review and high recommendation . I did the 3 times rodents check with consultation . First 2 service took about 15 minutes each time. The specialist couldn't not smell anything bad in my house but my plumber, dishwasher technician and my family smell death rodents near kitchen badly and the smell stay in nose for few days. After 2 visits with my 2 times complained, finally a different specialist came over and found 5 dead rodents at my crawl space and they clean up. At last they do the job for once in 3 visits. No follow up after 3 visit and I have to email to check what's the follow up continuing service . I will not continue with them. With the price I paid. Contacted the company and was able to schedule using text messaging service and find a date and time that worked well for my schedule. The initial inspection included a look at the crawl space and attic which I found to be very thorough. I initially called due to a wasp nest on my exterior. Dane came out and I had originally found only one and he found multiple others that he sprayed and then later came back to remove the hive. He was very kind and explained everything as well as gave me good advice for other bugs we had. I signed up for their quarterly maintenance plan and would recommend them. *Edited on 06/16/23 to reflect my latest interactions with Issaquah Pest Control* I noticed some ants in the interior of my home and scheduled an appointment with Issaquah Pest Services to have them taken care of. They came out and performed spraying on the exterior and interior of the house. I was told that I should expect all ants to be gone in 3 weeks and that I should call back if that didn't happen. This service was $250 + tax. After 4 weeks, I was still observing substantially increased live ant activity in my house since about 2-3 days after that appointment. I was hopeful this elevated ant activity was a side effect of the treatment and would decrease after 2-3 weeks, but that hasn't happened. I just have more ants in my house now, and in areas of the house that they weren't present in before :) I called back at the 4 week mark, and after some discussion they came back out again to take a look at the ant activity again. They provided me additional advice and feedback on the current activity and performed another treatment, with the same expectation that activity should stop after 3 weeks. Everyone at Issaquah Pest Control was very pleasant to work with, and I fully trust based on their other reviews that their treatments are often effective. It wasn't for me the first time, but hopefully the second time will be the charm. read more

We had just moved in to our new house and discovered there were fleas in the finished basement, as the prior owners were dog owners. We had Issaquah Pest Control come out and treat the area (two visits), and this seems to have controlled the fleas. They also provided us with measures we could take such as vacuuming for a few days after treatment, and emptying the vacuum to an outdoor container. Everyone I've interacted with, from the technician Josh to the office staff such as Isabel, the founder Todd have been super friendly and responsive. I've hired several pest control providers over the years, including the big national brands, and this is far and away the best visit I've had with a technician. Kellen was professional, friendly, and very patient with my many questions about the service. The woman I spoke with over the phone to schedule services was very knowledgeable and kind and patiently answered my many questions. She was very upfront about pricing and the included work. I just had the first of three rodent trapping services and was serviced by Josh who was professional and friendly and seemed to do a thorough job. Would rate it 0 stars if I could. Called Issaquah Pest because we had ants in our shower and shared this fact with them specifically. They said they could help and scheduled someone to arrive the next day. When that individual arrived, they said that because the ants were in the shower they couldn't actually do anything to solve the problem. The guy who showed up only had a spray bottle and did not seem professional. He sprayed a few times around the shower and then outside, but we were extremely disappointed that they would send someone in the first place, when we specifically shared that the ants were in the shower and the guy said that his license would be revoked if he were to spray there. Should have never been sent out to us, and it feels like we were set up. When we brought this up after the service to Issaquah Pest, they were only willing to reduce the price slightly and claimed that because the guy sprayed something that they still had to charge us. Terrible service, terrible customer service. Recommend finding someone else to help solve your pest problems. read more
