Apex was quick to respond with a competitive quote. They offered to send someone out to assess a downspout issue for free. Chris came out and was very helpful. He took down our Xmas lights first (for an additional cost), so they won't get damaged during the cleaning. He also went out of his way to clean a few grimy spots near the top of the house since he was pressure washing the outside of the gutters. I would recommend and use Apex again. read more

If I could give this company a 6th star, I would. Salim has been very communicative from the beginning and provided me a very competitive price. He kept me updated on his schedule throughout the process and checked in regularly. Although he didn't perform the work himself, his technician Chris was on time and worked extremely hard on my roof and awning. He carefully used a hand brush to remove the moss from my roof and pressure washed my awning until it was sparkling clean. It started with a simple gutter cleaning that unfortunately turned into a realization that a tree branch had punctured the roof (in a previous wind storm). Apex R&G was very quick to provide an estimate and multiple dates to complete the work. The work was excellent and done in a timely and efficient manner; Salim was very diligent about keeping me apprised of the work and documented the job with plenty of before-and-after photos of the work. Salim just left. After his hard work, I knew that I had to place my own tasks on hold so I could write a stellar review about this company. Normally annual maintenance issues aren't forgotten but a year was skipped and I blame the pandemic. Wanting to get back to the routine of taking care of house tasks, I sent an email inquiry about pricing for gutter cleaning and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call not even half a day later. Salim was not far from the house when he checked the address so he could get a visual of the roof. I was quoted a very fair price and he said he had time the same afternoon (same day as this review). I agreed and he arrived within the hour. Two hours later, he had sent an invoice to my email and went over the attached photographs with me. Even though it was not within our earlier conversation, he was kind enough to trim some of the branches away from the gutters themselves. I included two photos (before/after) but on the invoice, he shared over 20 of the house roof, the moss treatment, and so on. I echo the sentiments of previous reviews. Great communication the whole process. Scheduled pretty quickly to remove all driveway/walkway moss and also on the roof.  Unfortunately the scheduling did change and we were not home when services were done, but they arrived right on time and sent pictures of before and after showing all that was done.  I didn't know our driveway was that color underneath all the moss!  Great experience through it all- and now we feel we are more ready for the slippery season!  Would definitely recommend to anyone! read more
