My roof was looking bad from pine needles, moss, and portions were green with algae. I contacted Salim and he was very responsive to all my questions (via email) and he gave me a reasonably price bid and a start date. The next week I had to reschedule because snow was covering my roof, and he was fine with that and easy to work with. On the morning of the job he texted me to let me know he was on his way and he arrived at the scheduled time. We reviewed the condition of the roof together and he let me know what he was going to do and made sure that the surrounding area was clear. He took about 2 - 3 hours to clean the roof and to thoroughly clean up the debris that had dropped to the ground. The roof now looks great. He scrubbed off the moss and algae and applied a treatment to further kill/prevent it. I'm very happy with the job he did. He was professional, friendly, hard working and had good communication. We were looking for someone to come by and pressure wash several large and stair heavy outdoor areas before a party, so we put several requests out on Yelp and Salim was the first to answer. Right off the bat, he was friendly, professional, and clear. We went over the details and he was able to schedule us no problem. The day of, Salim arrived and he was even more friendly and professional in person! He explained what he would do, kept us posted throughout, and spent the whole day working hard. There was one moment when a part of his tool broke, and instead of cancelling and rescheduling us (which has happened to us before!), he briefly left to get a new part and returned right back to work! Overall he did a great job and left us with a detailed invoice that included pictures of everything he did. We were very happy with the results! The next day, we realized we should have asked him to get a specific spot on the deck. Salim is awesome. First off this is his own company, he runs the show and does the work all by himself. He cares about his company and the work he does. When I called around asking for prices his are reasonable for cleaning moss off your roof (this is the only service I had done). This was the first time I had it done. He finished it nicely and in a timely manner. I had to cancel on our first appt and he wasn't upset about it. We set up another time that worked for the both of us quickly, I didn't have to wait weeks. I also asked him to use baking soda instead since is more eco friendly and he had never used it before, but was willing to try. It worked lovely and I am so glad he was able to work with me. He also included my skylight in the price and told me if there was anything potentially wrong with my roof. I also asked him to go back up and clean a few things off the edges and he did so quickly and nicely. He also gives before and after photos.
