Salim really saved me when I had a roof tarp that had come loose and needed to be removed ASAP. I called in the afternoon and he came out that evening which I really appreciated. The cost was reasonable, and he gave me the pricing info up front. His communication was excellent and timely, and I appreciated his kind demeanor and business integrity. Great communication the whole process. Scheduled pretty quickly to remove all driveway/walkway moss and also on the roof.  Unfortunately the scheduling did change and we were not home when services were done, but they arrived right on time and sent pictures of before and after showing all that was done.  I didn't know our driveway was that color underneath all the moss!  Great experience through it all- and now we feel we are more ready for the slippery season!  Would definitely recommend to anyone! read more

Apex Roof and Gutter cleaned our roof and gutters yesterday and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. Salim is a contentious professional and carefully cleaned our roof with excellent results. He is polite, friendly and very enjoyable to work with. We had used other companies in the past, but we'll be using his services exclusively in the future. Highly recommend this company! read more

Great Service! Salim called me back the same day I called him about scheduling an appointment to get my roof cleaned. He took his time to explain the whole process and answer my questions. His prices are more than fair, and the work is of high quality. He has made a customer for life. read more

Salim was super responsive when I reached out for a quote. He patiently answered all my questions and had availability that wasn't too far out. He did a very thorough job cleaning my roof, going above and beyond. After he was finished, he shared before/after pictures and explained the various treatments he used, even showing me the cans and explaining the difference. Don't hesitate to reach out and support this local small business! read more

Salim got me onto his schedule quickly, as I had a downspout out, during this heavy rain period. He repaired that one plus 3 others and made a trip to Home Depot for needed parts, all for the reasonable prive he quoted over the phone. While cleaning out gutters, he pounded back in several nails that had come loose and stuck so far out I could see them from the ground. Learning that he could clean out the roof moss and treat the roof, I added that on, also for a reasonable rate. He took before and after photos of his work and added them to my invoice. Salim was personable, capable, and very thorough, accomplishing a lot in a short period of time. I intend to hire him again to clean moss from the driveway and an outside chimney. I can see why everyone gives him 5 stars! read more

Salim is honest, upfront and a hard worker. He along with his associate spent almost a day and a half on the roof, cleaning gutters and explaining me how the process works. He ensured my Qs were answered and I was satisfied. I would hire him again and would also get other services done from him. read more

Very impressed with communication, responsiveness, and the work on our gutters. Our downspouts were incredibly clogged and Salim did a great job clearing them out, as well as getting any debris off our roof prior. He took pictures of all his work to review with us after he finished. I didn't expect to get pictures of everything, so that was a very nice touch and shows how confident he is in his workmanship. We will be using him and his company going forward. He was also very fairly priced! read more

I requested roof cleaning service and got a very quick response from Salim and team. Although I had a lot of questions, they were very patient and made sure I got all my answers. They also provided high resolution photos of the roof after the cleaning which I really do appreciate. In all, they were very professional and I would definitely look for them in the future when I need exterior cleaning. read more

My roof was looking bad from pine needles, moss, and portions were green with algae. I contacted Salim and he was very responsive to all my questions (via email) and he gave me a reasonably price bid and a start date. The next week I had to reschedule because snow was covering my roof, and he was fine with that and easy to work with. On the morning of the job he texted me to let me know he was on his way and he arrived at the scheduled time. We reviewed the condition of the roof together and he let me know what he was going to do and made sure that the surrounding area was clear. He took about 2 - 3 hours to clean the roof and to thoroughly clean up the debris that had dropped to the ground. The roof now looks great. He scrubbed off the moss and algae and applied a treatment to further kill/prevent it. I'm very happy with the job he did. He was professional, friendly, hard working and had good communication. I will continue to use Apex for my roof cleaning in the future. read more

This was a great, convenient service at a fair price. I love that it was easy to schedule quickly. Thank you!

Salim is a trustworthy guy who works hard and will do the job with integrity! We were looking for someone to come by and pressure wash several large and stair heavy outdoor areas before a party, so we put several requests out on Yelp and Salim was the first to answer. Right off the bat, he was friendly, professional, and clear. We went over the details and he was able to schedule us no problem. The day of, Salim arrived and he was even more friendly and professional in person! He explained what he would do, kept us posted throughout, and spent the whole day working hard. There was one moment when a part of his tool broke, and instead of cancelling and rescheduling us (which has happened to us before!), he briefly left to get a new part and returned right back to work! Overall he did a great job and left us with a detailed invoice that included pictures of everything he did. We were very happy with the results! The next day, we realized we should have asked him to get a specific spot on the deck. I sent him a message to see if he'd be able to drop by, and he was able to come last minute after the end of his day to treat the spot! We really appreciated him going above and beyond for us. We will definitely be reaching out to Salim again next time we need some work done! read more

We needed our gutters cleaned and windows washed, and upon searching on Yelp found that Apex Roof & Gutter provides both services. I reached out for a quote and Salim responded in about an hour with a quote and to schedule service. He was very communicative on the day of the service and did a TERRIFIC job. Not only did he clean the gutters, but he blew off the roof and applied moss treatment. After he finished, he provided before and after pictures (see below), and I was so happy I inquired about him blowing and applying moss treatment to our shed, and he came back and did it for no additional charge! I was very impressed by his work ethic and wish more businesses conducted themselves as professionally as Salim. Will definitely use again! Thanks Salim! read more

We needed a roof and gutters cleaned and after contacting multiple companies, we found that Apex Roof and Gutter provided the best quote. Salim was very responsive even though we were communicating during the Christmas holidays. Salim arrived on time, was prompt, transparent and courteous about doing the job. He takes time to take before and after photos so that you can see what exactly was done as opposed to many other companies that you need to take their word for it, unless you want to get on your roof yourself to see. Salim explained well what other issues he saw while on the roof and recommended some possible future steps to take. read more

Salim is awesome. First off this is his own company, he runs the show and does the work all by himself. He cares about his company and the work he does. When I called around asking for prices his are reasonable for cleaning moss off your roof (this is the only service I had done). This was the first time I had it done. He finished it nicely and in a timely manner. I had to cancel on our first appt and he wasn't upset about it. We set up another time that worked for the both of us quickly, I didn't have to wait weeks. I also asked him to use baking soda instead since is more eco friendly and he had never used it before, but was willing to try. It worked lovely and I am so glad he was able to work with me. He also included my skylight in the price and told me if there was anything potentially wrong with my roof. I also asked him to go back up and clean a few things off the edges and he did so quickly and nicely. He also gives before and after photos. If you want someone that will get the job done correctly, in a timely manner and someone who is honest, Apex Roof and Gutter is the way to go. I have already given my neighbors his name. Thank you Salim. read more
