We had our windows and gutters cleaned yesterday and I wish I could give Jesse 6 stars! He was on time, professional, courteous...and did an AMAZING job! Our windows are so clean you almost can't see the glass, gutters are clear (and he blew off our deck afterwards), our filthy screens are now clean - and all for a very reasonable price. I would recommend him in a second - and we will definitely use his services again! read more

Booked an appointment, Jesse seemed happy to do the work. Fast forward to day of service...no show, no call. Had to call him myself then hear some story about a lost phone and lost contacts. Still wondering how he lost his phone but still picked up when I called. Was hoping for that 5-star service and professionalism the reviews were talking about. read more

Jesse is a fair and hardworking professional. He completed services requested very well and at a reasonable price, even admitting when work did not need to be done, that I had requested in error. read more

Crystal Clear has now serviced my gutters and roof 2 times now and has done a great job! Jesse is reliable, friendly, just a great service all around. The prices are reasonable. I'd recommend this company to everyone. Having bad experience from AA for over 5 years I should have switched long time ago. read more

The service was excellent. Jesse did a wonderful job on our windows and pressure washing. Everything looked brand new.

Jesse owner of Crystal Clear is very engaging and friendly. His work is outstanding and professional. He has all the professional implements that is required for a professional job. Gave his company name to two different people. read more

Jesse washed my windows including a two story high entry window with a very deep 3' ledge that likes to collect dust and bugs. Jesse wiped the ledge clean which I appreciated very much. His prices were competitive and he does a very good job. He is a very nice person. I highly recommend Jesse! Another review mentioned he does gutters so it looks like I have a new gutter guy! Thanks Jesse. read more

Nothing but praise for Jesse and his business, from booking to completion of service! Excellent job on windows that had been neglected for way too long. He even offered to clean the interior large picture window for no additional cost. Very reasonably priced and a pleasant experience all around. I will definitely use this service again, and will likely add interior windows next time. read more

Jesse cleaned our windows today and they look great! He also took down all screens, cleaned them and put them back. No other company has done that. Jesse is great! Very professional, responsive and so friendly. I will definitely call him again. read more

Great service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend. He cleaned some windows in and out, and a couple gutters.

Jesse, owner and operator of Crystal Clear Windows and Gutters, is exceptionally professional, thorough, and ensured every window sparkled. He even cleaned the screens and his price was very reasonable. Jesse may be young, but his work ethic is outstanding, and we will highly recommend him to anyone. In fact, while Jesse was at our home, two neighbors requested quotes for their homes. One of which wanted her gutters cleaned, but after inspecting, Jesse advised her, I cannot take your money for gutter cleaning, as your gutters do not require cleaning. Jesse is an honest young man with a promising future in business. read more

With a fast response to my request for estimate, Jesse came out the next day and gave us a very reasonable estimate for cleaning the windows on our two story residential home (3 sliding glass doors, a bay window, two large picture windows on the top floor, and various smaller bedroom/bath size windows). We got an appointment within a week's time. Jesse was prompt and very quick with the work, even with all the foliage in his way! He's very conscientious, too, inviting us to call if any streaks appeared once the sun came out. :) We couldn't be happier with the result, and CCW&G will definitely get future business from us. read more

Jesse did a great job cleaning my gutters today. He was on time and very friendly. He gave me the best price and I got several bids. In the past, I have had other service providers want cash only, but with Crystal Clear, I was able to pay by credit card using his electronic payment system that sent me a receipt. This felt more professional and legit. He also took pictures of my roof and showed me all the moss I have on my roof. He then offered to come back and do a treatment if I wanted. I didn't feel any pressure and appreciated his honesty and good work ethic. I will definitely hire him again for future gutter and roof cleaning. read more

Fast response, clear instructions, arrived on time, quality service and willing to share knowledge. Also helped me confirmed a slope issue in the gutter so I could get it fixed read more

I have had the same person cleaning the roof/gutters/skylights/windows twice a year for at least 10 years. The work got a bit more "casual" over time and I started looking for someone new. I did a fair bit of backgrounding and checking on the people I considered and would suggest that everyone do the same. One well-rated company on yelp! is actually operating without a current license or liability insurance. Not the case with Jesse Reed who is the owner/operator of Crystal Clear Windows and Gutters. I checked everything out and also called my own homeowners insurance to make sure. And BTW, when you search, be sure to get Jesse's company as there are some with similar names. That said, Jesse is just as personable and reliable as others have said. He gave me the cost for each of the pieces of the job so that if I want to skip something, I know how much of a difference that would be. The other person who was here left drips of dirty water inside the skylights, water drips on window sills too high to me to see, unwashed margins on some things, blew off the roof then the patio and walkways and then blew that stuff into the lawn, planting beds and gravel. So...another job for me. Not Jesse! He got up on ladders and cleaned all the windows (even the one up in a vaulted ceiling) and skylights by hand. He cleaned my antique crystal chandelier too! Even on a ladder I couldn't reach the top but he did! It's never looked more gorgeous. He bagged and took away everything he took off the roof and out of the gutters because my yard waste tote was full. In other words, he did everything he agreed to do and more! The person who used to do this work was finished in 3 hours, every time. Jesse took a full 7 hours and was busy the whole time. He didn't even take a lunch break. I can't say enough about Jesse and the work he does. My windows, skylights, mirrors and chandelier sparkle and I know my roof is well-cared for as are the gutters. So wonderful to find one of the "good guys" and I hope he has all the work he can handle. Thank you Jesse! I'll see you in the spring! Mary read more

TEN STAR SERVICE and I'm not kidding! We got the full meal deal. Roof washed and treated for moss, soft-wash on the siding of our two-story house, windows washed inside and out, and pressure-washing of our driveway, sidewalk and back yard patio. Jesse is meticulous, professional, personable and he is unbelievably respectful of the environment he is working in, from avoiding "landscaping trample," to protecting window sills from water and debris. He responds immediately, works hard, shows up at the agreed time and charges a very fair price. Everything was done just so spot-on that I cannot adequately express how pleased we are with this service. Thank you Jesse! read more

Very responsive. Was able to set up an appointment right away. They were flexible in moving the date to accommodate my tenant's availability. Arrived on time and did a thorough and professional job without charging extra for screens. Thank you so much!!! read more

Jesse was right on time, and worked quickly, professionally, and thoroughly. Afterwards, we discussed roof care in general, and he had some great suggestions for my particular case. And the final bill was within a couple dollars of his estimate, which he'd been able to do remotely. I was really happy overall, and I'll definitely be calling him again next year when the time comes. read more

Jesse was very prompt with replies during the scheduling of the gutter cleaning service as well as his arrival to my home to complete the job. He was very friendly and completed the work in a timely manner while also explaining in detail what was done during the service. read more

Jesse arrived on time, with a smile. He worked around everything else that was happening at my house that could have gotten in his way. He was friendly, but not intrusive and worked efficiently. My windows literally sparkle! He cleaned in and out, as well as the screen. He even cleaned the very dirty, buggy window in the garage, which I wasn't going to have him clean. I highly recommend Crystal Clear and Jesse! read more

I highly recommend this company. Jesse is the owner. He was incredibly responsive, an extremely hard worker, very thorough and friendly. His price was very fair and he charged exactly what he quoted. I've never had such clean windows, and I've had them cleaned by other companies before. I can't speak highly enough about this company. You do not need to look further for a company. read more
