I had a question about some of the services (roof, gutter, concrete, siding) so Justin made the effort to provide an in-person walkaround and estimate to explain. Justin was very easy to work and communicate with. After meeting him, it was easy to trust that he'd do a great job too. I noticed the extra effort to do a great job. He was communicative about the status of the cleaning and did a walk-around with me. He mentioned that the extra pair of eyes helped him notice any little spots that needed a 2nd rinse.
