I then attempted to schedule ONLY the basic cleaning (a separate estimate), because the project manager had not indicated that I was not allowed to do so, and I continued to receive automated reminders via text and email to schedule it. Then, Evan followed up with a passive-aggressive email, also complete with a smiley face emoji, continuing the interaction unnecessarily. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I have a metal roof and gutters with gutter guards. They company that used to do an excellent job on my roof (I'll call them "JB") is a janitorial firm that appears to no longer do roofs. I called AA based on reviews and explained that my roof was quite dirty with pollen and was clear with them it was metal. They said they would come and blow the roof off and see what else could be done. They did NOT come right out and say they could not clean up pollen. They quoted me a price lower than the previous company had been charging, so I scheduled the work about three weeks out. The tech came out late in the afternoon, spent a LOT of time looking around and talking to the office and then told me that they could only blow debris off. To do a wash would take two people a full day and cost around $2,000. Sorry, that's NOT going to happen! I said go ahead and blow the roof off, there was plenty of Douglas fir cones and other debris that needed to come off anyway. The work was fine for what it was, though there's still a mess of pollen up there. I would have preferred that they just say "we don't clean metal roofs because you won't be happy with the results."

We are all human and we can make mistakes. 4 months after installation, my roof is leaking. Its located in the same spot where it was fixed so a coincidence. A bad nail can do it and it was a light drip leak . I was only able to catch it because I placed 1 security camera on the ground outside for rodents and noticed a wall leak. I reached out on December 18 right before the holidays and got it fixed/patched up on Jan 15. I want to add Martin, the roofer, is an awesome worker. He came to the job engaged and with a positive attitude. Extremely knowledgable and went right to work. No messing around. He embodies what I envision North Creek Roofing company to be. I have never encountered the level of hard selling I experienced with this visit from any other contractor. It was hard to believe much of what the estimator was saying amidst the constant pressure to get me to sign a contract. Speaking of signing a contract, they offered a significant discount for those who sign up on the spot. In one respect, I understand their desire to get a quick deal, since their estimate was much higher than all of the others and would not survive any form of reasoned analysis.
