The Team from AAS has been very prompt and exceeded my expectations. If there's anyone I'd truly recommend is for All About Service. My roof and spouts were cleaned and cleared. Well see what happens when the rain resumes for the true test. Thank you for your quality service! read more

They did a good job ! They arrive on time and left our roof clean and the yard free of waste from the roof .

We've used these folks for several jobs over the last couple of years, they're the real deal. Professional, high quality work at a fair, reasonable price. No nonsense. Professional equipment. We've had our windows cleaned by 3 or 4 companies over the 8+ years we've lived here and up till now have been underwhelmed either by the price, the work, or both. Several of them used long poles for the upper, outer windows with mixed results. Not this outfit, they use ladders and do as thorough and detailed a job as they do down below and inside. It's like watching those professional outfits doing high rise office buildings. Our windows now sparkle, they've never looked so good. Only nitpick? Punctuality. If you get a 2 hour arrival time window count on more. We both work from home so we make it work. read more

I inquired about holiday lights installation the beginning of November. They sent someone out to do a price estimate within a week. The estimate came back, and initially it seemed a little high. But once I realized the price included the purchase of the lights, it seemed like a great deal! This is such a great service. They custom cut the lights to fit your house, install them (with a timer!) and then take them down at the end of the holiday season. They even supply you with a tote for storing the lights. We got our lights installed the week before Thanksgiving- and had them taken down about a week and a half after New Years. The guy who came to install and uninstall was very friendly. He knocked on the door once he installed the lights so I could come look and make sure it was what I wanted. I also appreciated that he took the time to show me how to work the timer for the lights. Definitely worth the price, and the convenience of having it done professionally and correctly! My husband was definitely happy to avoid getting on a ladder! All About Service does a beautiful job and they are very responsive! Highly recommend them and this service!! read more

This company did an excellent job. There was a little confusion about the date but it all worked out. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future. read more

All About Service was great to work with. Hired them to clean my gutters and to remove the moss on my roof. All together from my first initial estimate to the cleaning, they were very professional, prompt, thorough, and did excellent work. I should mention in terms of cost, they were the most reasonable too after getting quotes from 3 other places. The competition was easily 1.5-2 times more expensive than what All About Service was quoting. In terms of the cleaning, the gutters were cleaned out by hand and the moss was brushed off by broom, which is good since power washing can damage the roof. From there, they air blew the roof, power washed my windows, and cleaned around my house afterwards. All said and done, the job was done well and I would definitely hire All About Service again in the future. Keep up the good work guys! read more

All about service was fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. Our company utilized their services to pressure was the exterior of our building that is under the I-5 Bridge and probably has never been washed, and they put in the extra time and effort. They also washed our awnings, pressure washed our sidewalk and washed the interior and exterior windows. We will definitely use their company again, and are happy to be used as a reference in the future. Thanks All About Service! Pacific Maritime Title. read more

I'm very impressed with Mario and the workers from All About Service who came and cleaned my roof and windows! Starting with Mario's estimate and ending with the work completed today, everything was very well organized and everyone showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would do! I'm very happy with the results. A totally hassle-free experience! Great communication -- I always knew exactly what was going on. The ease of the process meant a lot to me because I tend put off these sorts of projects, fearing the experience will be super frustrating in one way or another, but this was so easy, not frustrating at all, and I really appreciate that. Plus, my house looks great! read more

Mario and his team did an excellent job with our roof/gutter cleaning and Xmas light installation. He responded quickly to our initial inquiry and we received a very fair quote. Their work was thorough and they left our home looking better than when they started (they went above and beyond the initial scope). We will continue to use their services and would highly recommend them to our friends. read more

All About Service - Window Washing Near Me - Lynnwood, Washington

This is a real review on my house service in April and May. Weird estimates practice, deliver as little work as possible, and charge as much as possible. I told Mario to do same roof and gutter cleaning as last year. The estimate says the roof cleaning can only remove 70% of the moss, and when job is done, they didn't do same thing as last year, use water to flush the gutter and the down spout of the gutter. For pressure wash, they estimated a lot for just back yard patio, and estimated even more for front yard. And on my fire place, still have moss. I had been customer for All About Service for a couple of years, and the service I get is getting worse and worse. The price through is getting higher and higher. Plus, they give you a window of arrival time, but for my service, the worker showed up 1 hour even after the estimated window. When I called the company, the person answered the phone was just saying: I don't know why the worker didn't tell her they will be late, and where are they. They always say oh, you didn't say you want that to be done. and even told me water flush gutter and down pour pipe is not good for your gutter. Well, I am not gutter expert, but they didn't do what they did last year, seems less service, and more charges. Will not use them again. read more

Mario and staff were on TIME -)) The windows look great and the staff was outstanding - clean - polite - professional. I will be a client for life and it was very reasonable - VERY VERY IMPRESSED!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! MARIO AND STAFF!! read more

Good, clean and meticulous work on holiday lights. Mario and team are good at what they do. I was provided an estimate which was fair, he answered all my questions patiently. They were right on time and did a fantastic job. I'm planning to use their service in future and refer our friends to them. There is a reason why they have such high ratings on yelp. Cheers! read more

The customer service representative was so rude. I was hung up when I requested my invoice to be delivered by mail, instead of email. I have been a long time customer but was very disappointed by how I was treated. read more

Highly recommend! They're great over email and the phone. They came out on the weekend for a quote and was able to get our house pressure washed and gutters cleaned. Also, happy that they wore a mask when talking with us outside! Appreciate the customer service and our house looks great now. read more

Was introduced to this company and Mario through a friend who had them put up Xmas lights on their house. I decided to reach out and got a prompt reply and appointment for a free quote. I also wanted Xmas lights and the visit was really quick, the quote fare, and I loved that they would box up and store the lights at the end of the year for the next season! The install took place while I was at work and when I returned the lights looked great and were hooked up to a sensor that would turn them on and off as it became night and day. I have since used them to clean our windows (inside and out) and clear our gutters. Other than the clean windows, I had no idea they were in the house and treated it like their own. The gutter cleaning was equally professional. I will continue to use All about Service in the future because they are awesome! read more

In an effort to deal productively with the current stay at home necessities, I booked a number of outside services at my home including roof and gutter cleaning, window washing and pressure washing. All About Service did an amazing job from start to finish. Beginning with the estimates right through to online invoicing and payment the experience was seamless. They were always on time and most importantly, did a fantastic job. Roof cleaning always makes a mess but the left the yard as clean as when they arrived. They will definitely be my service of choice going forward. read more

We were very impressed with the honesty and sincerity that the All About Service team showed in helping us planning our gutter replacement and roof cleaning project. We worked with Gilberto and Mario. Gilberto worked on the gutter replacement during the scheduled time and despite the cold and the rain managed to get everything done in time. Mario also followed up about the service and answered all of our questions to plan the best way to replace the downspouts. Would highly recommend the service. We hope to keep working with them for maintenance and cleaning of the roof on a regular basis going forward read more

Received about four estimates for replacing some gutters. Mario and his company were about the same as the other lowest bid, but he was able to make it out in a few days as the other company couldn't come out for two months! No brainer for me. Mario was very polite and professional. My carport had some slope issues and he came up with a great and very affordable solution. Would definitely use him again!!! read more

Mario arrived on time look at my home and give me quote . I will definitely use his company again and would highly recommend them. Planning on using his company to install Christmas lights this year. Thank you! read more

The All About Service crew repaired and replaced old damaged gutters. There were quick to provide an estimate, patient while I compared estimates. Once booked, they were quick, tidy, did a great job. They found the downspouts and drains into the foundation were clogged. They unclogged them, for a reasonable additional charge and left the property in great shape to be sold. read more

My gutter system developed a couple of issues that needs taken care of: clogged downspouts, missing gutter, a downspout relocation due to failed underground drain pipe. When I reached out for a quote for all these issues, Mario responded professionally on each and every concern, even did a video chat with me to talk about these issues. He was very informative and helped me navigate through a couple of options. The quote was detailed and fair. The work was performed to our satisfaction on the scheduled date within five hours. Highly recommended. read more

Mario showed up on time for the estimate and they were able to get the gutters & skylights done in 24 hrs. Everything on ground was clean afterwards. Mario and his crew always do a great job. Our Christmas lights look beautiful!

We hired All About Service to clean & repair our gutters. They did a fantastic job! Their quote was less than other companies for the same job and the guys they sent out were super professional & ontime throughout the process. We really appreciated that they left no mess, as our gutters had been thoroughly blocked with gunk (we found none of that left behind on the ground). We've had a few good rains at this point and can confirm that the issue we brought them out for was fixed (gutters cleaned well, unclogged and repaired where they were pulling away from house). read more

I have a house that was a rental that I renovated, and had everything else done, including cleaning, but most cleaning services won't do windows. So I contacted All About Window Cleaning, and within a few days they had a crew out and cleaned all of the windows and the screens, including half a dozen on the second floor that are not easy to get to. Now, these windows were BAD, being very dirty and even having stuff like dried paint flecks and hardened drywall mud on the inside, and various disgusting things (like bird droppings) dried onto the outside. The workers showed up when they said they would, were polite and professional, and most of all did an AMAZING job. The windows were so clean that you couldn't even see them. It was like looking through an open window. In fact, later that day, a bird actually flew right into one of the windows. Fortunately, it was only stunned, but that's how clean the windows were. I also thought the cost was very reasonable. In fact, I thought it was kind of amazing that they could do it for the price they quoted. If you need windows cleaned, don't hesitate to use these guys! read more

We have been using All About Windows since we moved into our new home 3 years ago. Mario's team is awesome! We have them come out 4 times a year: Early Spring, late Spring, and late Summer to clean windows, and then just before Thanksgiving to clean roof and gutters and put up our Holiday lights. They are consistently on time, do an outstanding job, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Really an awesome team! Highly recommended. read more

Wow! Did we find a reliable and thorough gutter service company, my original plan was to just replace our 15 yr old gutters, Mario- lead man- said NO, don't need it, he and asst came out and re-leveled,re-secured, cleaned all the gutters, it was a tenth of the price I could have faced- they were just plain "on it", friendly, super educated in gutter action, very impressed- 5 star and I'm a tough critic read more
