We needed some minor gutter repair done so we contacted several companies. I was extremely honest and up front, telling each that it was a minor repair (taking perhaps an hour or less), with detailed description and photos. PFG was very responsive at first (the only reason I went with 2 stars rather than 1), asking questions, promising quotes. After several weeks of exchanges and no quote responses as promised (and queries if I'd gotten responses from the owner) , I received an email saying "we have a minimum charge of (about what it would cost us to replace the whole gutter system)", which I interpreted as blowing me off after our previous engagement. Absolutely their prerogative, but it would have been nice to have gotten that info from the start rather than several weeks/emails in. As a biz guy I got the impression that the person answering my emails was not in sync with the owner, who likely considered my case as a nuisance. We got the issue addressed by another company, for 1/4 of the cost. And future biz. I have to wonder how the folks that seem to blow off customer relations during the boom times are going to adapt to the upcoming leaner times. I'm keeping score of the good and bad contractors (have had many of both). I look at this apparent owner's dismissive attitude in response to a criticism below as a indicator as to which camp he's in. read more

Alex worked on our gutters and Glen did the estimate and Autumn took care of the back end paperwork. The estimate was good; the color matching was great. Glen was friendly and scoped the work to what we needed and did not go over board. Alex did great work and added a few more details to redirect water flow on areas that needed special attention. Both times, instead of him calling me to let me know that the appointments needed to be rescheduled, I had to call him to find out where he was (after I took time off from work to wait for him to show up) and only then did he tell me that he wasn't going to be here and needed to reschedule. read more

Let me start off by saying the technical install was as good as it gets. I have been a construction guy since 1973. After dropping the old gutters of course there was a bunch of sludgy slime on the ground , I walked out on the upper deck ,looked down to see an employee with a backpack blower blowing the black gunk on and UNDER my neighbor's new cedar fence. There was a RAKE leaning on the fence which he could have used in lieu but apparently it was too much effort. I was not going to say anything here and emailed the owner directly about this including a picture of the mess and NEVER got a response. Yes I have the email with the picture . My father taught me when working on someone else's property to ask yourself " if this were my property , would I be happy with the final results?" Apparently " care and respect for others property when they pay you $1,700.00 the minute you are finished" is not a part of this companies policy. I cleaned up the crap and my neighbor's fence and yes I do have pictures to verify what happened so,,,, sad deal ,,, if only I would rather write a positive review in this case NOT,,, Will follow up that June 6th about a month after I did get a call from the owner who was apologetic. Their customer service was very helpful in providing some good upfront idea of what my costs would look like without wasting my time. We even had set an appointment that I needed to cancel. My drain spouts were in need of replacement, as they were rusting away and were not draining water from my roof properly. After searching on Yelp and the internet, lead me to Pro-Flow Gutters. I must say, speaking with Glen, is the most responsive when it came to getting a quote and discussing my drain spouts and gutters via email or phone. During my search, I also found that Pro-Flow Gutters are current with their LBI from the WA L&I page, which is always required when it comes to house work. I sent Glen a few emails about what I wanted done, along with sending him a few pictures and basic measurements of my drain system. After all said and done, the price is very fair for the job that I wanted, and a couple of weeks later, he's at my house replacing everything. The entire job was finished quickly in a couple of hours - there was nothing of the old system left behind. I'm happy that I have new drain spouts for my house, as a couple of days later it was pouring rain! Instead of seeing a pane of water flowing down my roof, I am happy to see and hear water flowing through my downspouts, and gently onto the ground in a controlled manner. This company was very unorganized and very unresponsive. It took a week to get someone to call back for an appointment/quote and then our appointment came and went and no one showed up. Never got a call back or any sort of contact even after the missed appointment. I would highly recommended using another gutter company who actually wants your business. Very unprofessional and unorganized. We are in your service area and you scheduled an appointment with us. Super impressed with the quick response. I contacted Pro-Flow after someone of Facebook recommended them. Glen came out Saturday evening, explained the cost per foot and that they had a minimum price level. Well since we had lost the gutter off the back of the house from the recent wind storm, we wanted to replace it asap. Glen got back to us with a quote for the one piece that needed replacing and also a quote for the whole house. We decided to get the whole house done so it could match. He arrived today around 9 am and had the job completed by 1 pm, they removed and replaced all the gutters, cleaned up afterward's and took away all the old gutters. The office manager for Pro Flow Gutters, Autumn, was extremely responsive to my situation and questions. She spoke to one of the managers, Glen, and immediately gave me an appt for a complicated installation of gutters. The date arrived and the crew showed right on time. Glenn was really great to work with! When he came out to give the quote and I had questions, he took the time to answer and explain things (since I don't know gutter lingo). When he came out to do the gutter replacement, he and his worker went above and beyond expectations. On top of replacing the gutters, they took the time to clean out the drain pipes that were in the ground as it had been cluttered with debris from years and years of leaves falling in.
