It is harder and harder in King County to find good people who do good work at a good rate, and damn near impossible to get that on a reasonable timeline. Most people I called were talking about scheduling out 4 months, and I just finished getting a building remodeled and that kind of wait would've been tough. Kevie came out to do a quote in less than a week, and had everything installed and done less than a week after quoting me a very fair price. The whole system is beautiful, hooked up exactly as I'd hoped, and the under side of these gutters are dry as a desert. It feels too good to be true to get such good work at a good, honest price, on such a good timeline, but the truth is, his crew works hard to get to everyone and get it done. I just have too many good things to say to fit here. Just to note, I'm in Renton, and being from here, it feels great to work with a local dude and support someone who clearly takes pride in their work. I did my research on Yelp before calling a couple of companies for quotes for new seamless gutters. When I called Kevie (pronounced: Key-vee), I got his voicemail and left my details. He returned my call that evening and said he'd come by the next day. Early the next morning, my dog alerted me to check outside, and sure enough Kevie was about to get in his van to leave. I ran outside to greet him and he said he was all done and that he had already walked around the house and got measurements. He didn't waste anytime and I got the quote later that afternoon. The price was what I was hoping it would be - extremely reasonable and almost too good to be true. I agreed and we scheduled it for a week out. When his 2 man crew showed up they were courteous and very accommodating as I have a torch down roof that needed some creative modifications to relocate the downspouts. They understood and went to work; it took half a day and when they were done, I was blown away. They redirected the water flow towards the downspouts better than I expected and it's going to alleviate a lot of future headaches with the improved system. I didn't ever think gutters could be sexy but dam these look good and better than I expected - no clean up afterwards too. This is my first Yep review... and since I found Kevie on Yelp... Although a bit hard to get a hold of directly, (left some voicemails and played a bit of phone tag) Kevie was responsive overall and was able to schedule me for a gutter replacement. Price was excellent for removal and disposal of the old gutters and install of new matching gutters on the second floor. The crew that came by were punctual and got the job done in a couple hours. Jack Neary was responsive and on top of the work from beginning to end. He responded promptly to my request for a quote, came to my home the next day and scheduled the work to start a few days later. When he was on site, he made sure to fix issues that he hadn't been able to see when he first visited. Our brand new home's gutters were installed by the contractor, not a gutter expert, and so they didn't fit quite as tightly as they should - not hanging straight, not braced correctly and balcony gutters not draining properly. Now that Jack is finished, the house looks that much better from the street (even if only to those of us who noticed that the vertical drain pipe was at an awkward angle) and gives me a peace of mind that only comes from knowing that my gutter installation issues are a thing of the past. I don't usually provide a review on Yelp but i just had to do this one for Loyalty Gutter Services. I left a message and Jack called me back at the end of the day. He setup an appointment for the following week to come out and replace a gutter that was damaged by the wind storm. I sent him a few pictures of the job. He immediately called back and said lets go for Saturday, two days away. Wow, what great service. Perfect price, too. When I meet him at the house, he even offered to broom down the roof, treat entirely with moss killer and come back and broom it off. Again, great price, perfect service. When we had the freaky weird storm that blew through here in December 2015, it knocked down part of the gutter and rain pipe...I called three places and it was only Kevie who returned my call promptly and was so nice! The quote was for $275-ish, including tax and a turn around time of the following week... Imagine my surprise when, on a typical rainy Monday, Kevie's workers showed up a little after the quoted time of 10am. They did a great professional job replacing all gutters and downspouts on my house and garage when I first rehabbed my place. Real Blessing working with this company. Had them replace old gutters they came early Wednesday morning were done by 3pm. Excellent job! We had received 3 bids from other gutter companies and were floored by how expensive they were - so expensive we figured we'd just repair our gutters and replace later. I'd seen good reviews for Kevie so I held out until he could provide us a bid. He came in with a much more reasonable cost that provided MORE (by doing our whole shed and not just replacing two sides like the old gutters were done), so we ended up being able to replace all our old gutters. I had a gutter that was leaking in front of my home and splashing into my windows. It was frustrating. My contractor tried to caulk it, but that did not fix the problem. I contacted a few gutter places, because in Seattle you need to call multiple places before you can finally get someone out for a relatively small job. (I'm waiting till construction slows overall and construction services improve overall. The smart places are emphasizing service now.) Kevie lives in my area and checked out the job. These guys stand behind their work! A couple of years ago, I had them repair and adjust a gutter that was leaking and not draining as it should. This year, the same gutter started to leak again, so I called them up to get an estimate to fix it. Cliff, the estimator, came over and quoted a reasonable price, so I agreed to have him do the job on the spot. Later he told me that since the previous repair wasn't done properly, he wouldn't charge me for it! That kind of honesty and integrity is not easy to find these days. Friendly, experienced, kind people with a good heart and solid business practice, with reasonable rates. They were accommodating and understanding about my schedule, and they did an excellent job! They didn't try to sell me services I didn't need like many do - stating that I didn't need a moss rinse this year, and Loyalty even cleaned up the garden paths and driveway with the leaf blower. One big thing for me is that they went beyond the call of duty and tied up my fire ladder for free (they noticed it hanging halfway down the house and offered to do it, out of the blue). I called and spoke to Kevie on a Thursday, he said he'd make time to see my property the following Monday to give me an estimate. He called me that Saturday from my house. I wasn't home but gave him the ok to look at the job and provide an estimate. My wife was home and said he was gone in 10 minutes. I realized I'd missed his call and he left a vague message to call him back. I returned his call and left a message. Several hours later I called him again. He didn't pick up but he did call me back. He proceeded to tell me I needed an entire overhaul of my gutters. He said he would email me a bid for new gutters as well as a scenario where he could repair the current gutters. I guess he didn't want the job as I have yet to hear from him. Very dissappointing considering the rave reviews I've read about his company on yelp. read more

I have to qualify this review because I didn't receive gutter service, but I needed advice on gutter sealant (small leak in a corner joint) and of all the gutter companies I contacted, Kevie was the only one who went above-and-beyond to help me. I had a very small repair job for a section of about 25' of gutter that came disconnected during a storm and started banging on the house. Because they are seamless, about 55' of gutter needed to be replaced from corner to corner. I called around to get quotes and many of the gutter companies wouldn't even consider doing it even though I said I didn't care when it got done as long as it got done by fall. I figured a company could do it whenever they finished a job early and had a couple hours to end out the day. The few quotes I got were ridiculous (like $500-$800) because I had to pay them enough to "make it worth it." Then comes Loyalty Gutter Services and Kevie to the rescue...Like a gutter superman -- and he's built like superman or a power lifter too. lol He is the most professional, but still laid back and chill dude. He said, "Yeah we do those kinds of jobs all the time, and we'll just put you on the schedule. I'll call you on Monday to tell you want day and what time." He quoted me about $400 including tax on the phone. He shows up at the appointed time with crew of 3, looks at the job and says, "Let's call it $350 even. This won't take long at all." So WHO does that? What tradesman LOWERS his bid after seeing the job?! Kevie at Loyalty Gutter Services, that's who; because he's a fair and honest business man in a business filled with shysters. What's more, leadership comes from the top and he's got a great crew who follows his example of professionalism and efficiency. They were so polite. I would pass crew members coming around a narrow path on the side of the house and *every* time, there was an "Excuse me," or "Pardon me," or "You first." I'm pretty handy around the house so I like to watch tradesman do their thing so I can learn and ask questions. They worked together well as a team (haven't we all had people working on our homes that didn't quite get along and argued about stuff on the job?). It was like a well oiled machine. At the very end, they were attaching the *existing* downspout to their new gutter. It was *slightly* crooked at the top...*maybe* an inch on the whole 20+ foot run up the side of the house. Most people wouldn't have noticed it. I only did because I was watching him put it up. He looked at it, and without me saying a thing, and did an extra 3-4 ladder up and downs to readjust it and get it looking just right. It is clear he takes great pride in his work. Then, as he came back down, he noticed that the existing joint in the downspout 1/2 way down the house (nothing they installed) was off such that he'd have to move the joint about 1/4-1/8th to the left...so he made moves to start doing that. I could hear him saying to his partner, "Nah...I don't like that." It was just a tiny bit off that I'm positive wouldn't be noticed by any layperson. It's a gutter and downspout -- how much do you *really* look at those if they're in place and working? I told him not to change it. The simple fact that he wanted to when it was well within the standard of acceptable tells me about him, his boss and the company he works for. They had already gone above and beyond, and I was OK with it. Even then, the last thing that he said was, "Are you sure? It's no problem...I really take pride in my work, and I want you to be happy..." Kudos to them. They cleaned up very well -- I even saw them trying to pick up the shavings of metal gutter that came from drilling the hole for the downspout! The shavings "rained" from 2 stories up and fell into my lawn and the rock/dirt pathway. They knew I had kids so I'm guessing they were doing it to try to keep the little bare feet from getting metal slivers, I dunno, I just think it was very cool that they tried. The best thing about this is that after talking to them about gutter cleaning. I had another company a couple years ago do it, and there were all kinds of gutter debris remnants on the perimeter of the house since they just took blowers/pressure washers and blew them all out making a mess out of my yard with dirt and crap all over the plants my wife painstakingly planted and cares for in order to make our house a home. They said they bring buckets up, put everything in the buckets and cart it down -- no mess around the perimeter of the house. I now have a trustworthy gutter cleaning company. So, give Kevie a call if you need gutter service. He deserves all of your business. He won't rip you off, will do what he says he'll do when he says he'll do it, he and his crew will be super nice to you why they complete their work, and they'll clean up well when complete. As a recent WA transplant, my knowledge of anything rain related is still limited. So when water was coming from the center of the gutters, I contacted Kevie and Loyalty Gutter Services. They came out and gave me a reasonable estimate, and when they came out to do the work, they did the work fast and got the tennis ball that was blocking the gutters out. Kevie recommended a few things to do to prevent any future problems and because they were late showing up, the gutter cleaning was free.
