Glen and his crew installed my gutters just under 2 years ago and I thought did a nice job. Quickly, cleanly, and courteously. A couple of weeks ago (which was the end of June), i discovered about a 10 ft section of gutter hanging off my roof! Shocked, I contacted Glen who came to my house as soon as he was able (he was out of town for a few days at that time). He determined that this somewhat longer stretch of gutter had expanded/contracted during our very hot summer in 2015 and as a result caused several screws to break off. Apparently this is highly irregular but can happen with longer expanses of gutter (but usually much longer than the one I had). He immediately set up a time for crew members to come and replace the whole gutter section, this time including an expansion joint. The job was completed yesterday to my satisfaction and more. And of course at no charge. Proflow Gutters does excellent work, in a timely manner with courtesy and left this customer a Happy Camper! I've had many contracors work on my house in the last 7 years and many I would not give a favorable review. However, I would definitely recommend ProFlow Gutters to others without reservation. read more

In trying to arrange repairs on a gutter, I received multiple calls and text messages from Glen. He originally provided me a rough quote over the phone, and I told him I would get back to him. I called him back several days later and told him I would like to proceed and asked if he could still provide me a written quote. He asked for me to text him all the needed information and that he would swing by and double check the scope of work. Went I hadn't heard from him I called back and he said he would proceed with getting us scheduled for the following week in between larger jobs. Then I receive another voice message stating he was going to swing by and check out the job. Believing he had all the needed information that I had previously provided I did not return his call. The following day he called again, asking me for information about the job and then when I stated I had provided the information multiple times, he quickly hung up. Having provided the information in both verbal and written form multiple times in email, text and over the phone and he still appeared to be disorganized. This is not a company that will get my business. read more

I contacted Glen from Pro Flow gutters for an estimate. Our gutters were really old and a mess. We set up and time and Glen came over to give me an estimate, he walked around the house both front and back and gave me an estimate. I mention that because I got a second bid on the job and the guy didn't even go in the back to see what was going on. Both estimates were about the same, except Glen told me that he would add an additional down spout and that made sense. The job was completed in the time that Glen, they installed the new gutters in the pouring down rain. I love the gutters they look so much better and Glen was very professional. read more

Great experience working with Glen and Pro-Flow. I was rushing to find someone to replace my gutters before winter this year. I found a few places here on Yelp and elsewhere. Some places charge ridiculous amounts. Some don't even bother returning your emails. Glen was on-the-ball. Quick replies. Professional. On-the-level and not a pushy salesman. And his prices were the best of the bunch. I'm a busy individual, and the house I needed gutters on is a rental unit, so it's not convenient for me to be around. All my interactions with Glen were over email and phone, and yet he made it work, and made me feel comfortable about it all. He called or texted me to keep me updated on status the whole way through. Also let me know about some trouble spots and gave me the option to decide on how to deal with it. He even added an extra length of gutter on a side that never had any (but needed it) - it wasn't on the original bid, but since it was such a short length he did it at no extra cost. That's really great customer service! I visually inspected the work later and it all seems very nice. I am pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Glen. read more

I had a gutter falling off the back of my house...just tired, old, and worn. These guys were easy to schedule, friendly, and showed up when they said they would to do the work. The pricing was reasonable for the work, the team was great, and I've never seen a work crew hustle to get the job done quickly and effectively like these guys. The new gutter was installed, they checked (and re-fastened) all my existing gutters, they fixed an errant downspout from one roof section to another, and were out of here in under an hour. I would hire them again for gutter work on houses I own. read more

My initial contact with Pro Flow was with Glen who was able to provide me an estimate utilizing the public records sketch with the understanding that it may differ some when completed, but it didnt. This save both of us time which is alway needed. The installation appoitment was set and I met Branden at my house the day to the install. Branden is professional and courteous, in fact I recieved complements regarding Branden from my neighbors who also commented on his professionalism. Branded and his crew ran into a snag during a portion the installation where the cable wires were in the way. I was able to make arrangments for the cable company to drop the cable line lower but it was for the next business day. Branden said, no problem, he would come and install the last piece the next business day. I offered to pay for another trip fee, understanding his time, but he declined and the next business day completed the installed. Thank you Glen and Branden. read more

Glen gave us reasonable quote, the job was well done, fast but no rush, in an attentive manner, all our asks and concerns were addressed. It's been a year and guards worked as advertised. I chose Pro-Flow because they have amazing reviews. Glen was able to come out within a few days, without me needing to take work off. He gave me a quote, which was more than reasonable. They had no openings for nearly 2 months, which was not a problem. They came out when they said they would and finished the job quickly. I even had a request on changing where downspout let out that I hadn't explained to Glen. They had no problem with it and did a great job.
