I requested "move out cleaning" and it was hard to tell if anyone came at all. The toilet was dirty, the bathtub had soap scum I could wipe off easily and doesn't seem like they tried, and the floors were still covered in dust and dirt. I sent pictures but because I no longer lived in the residence and sent them a few days later I was told there wasn't anything they could do and they still charged for the full price and would not negotiate a discount. I first used Seattle Sparkle Clean back in November 2021 when moving out of a home I had sold in Maple Valley. They were fantastic, very friendly and left everything looking truly sparkling. It was a move-out deep clean and the new owners were very happy with the state. Because of a back injury, it's been difficult to clean everything myself, so I've since signed up for a monthly service that started with a deep clean (so it was nice prior to my daughter coming home for the summer from university), and now has been a clean monthly. They not only leave my home smelling nice, everything looking nice, clean and even organized but when my work schedule changed, they were able to accommodate coming on a different day & time. We got a deep clean for our furnished home. I would not choose them again in the future. We had to spend an extra hour straightening the place ourselves after the cleaners left because they did not provide all the services we originally purchased. The furniture was not put back in its original place after being moved for cleaning. The deep clean service advertised cabinet cleaning but the cabinets were not cleaned from the inside. Dirty cabinets don't exactly qualify as deep cleaning. Usually the competing cleaning agencies leave your place in order so that you feel welcomed into a clean tidy home, but they didn't even straighten the sheets in our bedroom. When we informed them about our dissatisfaction, it was extremely challenging to get them to see how what they advertised and what they delivered did not match up. We're a senior couple living in a condo in Seattle, and both of us had scheduled elective surgeries during the summer. In addition we were expecting family members to come visit. Knowing that we definitely would need help with housecleaning, I started to research online and also spoke to a couple of ladies who already were working for my condo neighbors. The process took a while because most individuals or companies I contacted either were not licensed and bonded, or they did not reply, or they're understaffed or we're not located within their area of service. Seattle Sparkle Clean was the only company whose owner replied my message promptly and "with enthusiasm" and I told her I was desperate to hire someone almost immediately. She was so friendly and accommodating and told me not to worry, and she promised to send her staff as soon as she could work around their work schedules. The first couple came within a few days and cleaned the apartment and they did a beautiful job. However we had some trouble communicating with them due to language differences. When the owner called and asked for comments, she immediately acknowledged that and suggested to send two other staff the next time. Mariana and her mother came a couple of weeks later, and they did an awesome job. They were very friendly and understood what my needs were right away.
