I can't say enough good words about Seattle Sparkle Clean. I am a single mom of 2 kiddos and a business owner, so I don't have enough time for a cleaning. I decided to hire a cleaning company for my home and my beauty salon. Jane, the owner gave me a quote and I looked for her reviews and decided to give a try. First of all, I saw their car at 7:50 am but they ring the door bell at 7:59 which was so professional. Oh my gosh, two ladies worked in my place very hard, they turned my neglected home into a sparkling place! I think they didn't even stop for a minute, moved everything to clean and wipe, changed their gloves after taking the trash away and when they saw me watching their cleaning they were smiling. My home was very well cleaned, I am 100% happy with the results. In a few days I had another team at my beauty salon. We scheduled at 7:30 am, so I could show them around and leave. They shoed up exactly in time, were very sweet and respectful. I got a phone call from Jane 30 min before they finish so I could lock the place. Results were just the same. My space was sparkling, the smell was so great, these folks did a wonderful job. So, now I am having two ladies for my home on biweekly basis and every week for my beauty salon. We found Seattle Sparkle Clean on Yelp and were so excited to have our first cleaning done by their crew. Girls arrived 10 min before the appointment and began to unload their stuff and knocked on our door exactly in time, which was very professional. They introduced themselves and my husband showed them where to start. They were very prompt at their work and when they finished our basement we couldn't be more than happier. Then they began to clean our kitchen and other girls went upstairs. We decided to go for a walk as they seemed to be very trustworthy and were absolutely fine to leave them alone. In a few hours Jane called us and said the team is finishing up in about 30 min and if we want to catch them, we headed home. I was truly taken aback by Seattle Sparkle Clean's approach. Not only did they forget to clean the fridge, but they also left my freezer drawer broken. The aftermath? A horrendous smell emanating from the freezer. And, as a slap in the face, they still charged me for the fridge cleaning service fee with no offer of compensation for the damages.
