Angela's is the best! We had our condo cleaned for the first time (in forever) today and we couldn't be more happy! I have never seen our place this clean before! Our cleaner, Ash was perfectly on time and figured out how to navigate our building. (We live in Downtown Seattle and it can get confusing sometimes.) Ash did a great job, especially given the amount of dog hair he took care of from our Australian Shepherd. Also- I couldn't be more impressed with the excellent customer service. I LOVE that we could just book a cleaning online. Angela would always get back to us in ten minutes or less via e-mail. They make it SO easy! We've used Angela's cleaning for about 10 years. In that time we've had 2 or three different cleaners. All did a great job with bathrooms, floors, vacuuming. They can also accommodate special little tasks not normally included like cleaning refrigerator shelves or changing bed sheets. The maids are all pleasant and punctual, and the office staff is responsive. Easy to adjust your schedule if you need to change dates or skip a cleaning. Price has increased over the years, it's not cheap, but I don't know how others compare these days. Have not had a reason to check. Highly recommend. read more

These people are miracle workers. I called them when we were at our wits end for some of our least favorite chores. They responded promptly and put us on their wait list. Fortunately it wasn't a long wait. My bathtub went from "completely disgusting" to "clean as the day I moved in." Every surface in my kitchen was cleaned. Microwave was spotless. Years of dust were gone. Things that I thought were impossible to clean, they managed to pull off. I was overjoyed. It was such a big job that they managed to fit us in the next day to finish it. We've had a great experience both with our primary cleaner and with the other cleaners who we've worked with when our primary cleaner hasn't been available. Their pricing is great, they are easy to communicate with, and they've been incredibly accommodating working around my variable schedule. They've been responsive and responsible since being able to reopen after the pandemic shut them down for awhile. She was able to schedule the same employee that had cleaned my home 3 years prior. To me, employee retention is a great sign! We have tried a number of different cleaning services in Seattle, and Angela's Green Cleaning is by far the best! To start, Anglea was very personable and extremely helpful to me as a new prospective client, arranging an appointment for us on relatively short notice. She was flexible and so accommodating to make it work for us. I also explained to her some of the problems we'd had with previous services (e.g broken items, sloppy work). She was very thoughtful in her questions to help to gather essential information to provide the cleaner. Ash, our cleaner was fantastic! He arrived on time, was courteous and professional by taking his wet shoes off on our doormat and he asked thorough questions about our preferences, priorities and any areas of concern, such as items to avoid or be extra careful in handling. He made this a very, professional and comfortable process. On top of that, he did a top notch job cleaning! I let him know our top priorities, and once he had completed those under time, he asked whether I wanted to use the full 4 hours booked, or save the $. When I opted to use the full time, he completed every other task and still came in under time! The quality was excellent and the price is very reasonable.
