Used pristine when my roommates and I moved out of our duplex, having the carpets professionally done was required. Pristine showed up right on time and did a killer job on our carpets, they came out looking spotless and all the drink and food stains came out, leaving us pristine carpets that allowed us to get our full security deposit back. The carpets turned out many times cleaner than when we originally moved in... wish we called them earlier. Good rates and friendly cleaners, no complaints whatsoever! EDIT: I only wrote this review so they would give me a discount on my cleaning. It was very average. They tried to bullshit us into saying we had pet stains when we had never had animals in the house. Oh well, had to clean the carpets because of our lease agreement. read more

Having worked with a carpet cleaning company before, I am always really skeptical about having someone over to my home to do it. Since the company I worked with no longer exists I had to find someone new. After seeing all the reviews on Yelp, I had very high expectations and Pristine met the mark. Travis was on time and very friendly. I tried to move as much as I could but somethings were too heavy to move alone. He was happy to help and didn't make me feel bad about it. The service was thoroughly done and I am happy with the work. He even threw in cleaning an area rug I forgot to mention on the phone for free! I will be using Pristine from now on for all of my carpet cleaning needs. read more

Great service and really great deals. When I needed 2 large rooms done they said they could do a minimum charge but it would actually include a third room as well. Can't beat that!! When the carpet cleaner came he was super polite! He cleaned them for over an hour and they looked GREAT!! They are my new go to company to call for carpet cleaning. The work and the prices are 5 stars for sure! read more

Ive called so many times to book an appointment no one ever picks up and mail box is full????

These guys are absolutely fabulous! I have been searching for a very long time for a satisfactory carpet cleaner in Seattle and am always disappointed. Pristine carpet cleaning immensely exceeded my expectations. We had them clean our carpets, a chair and a few area rugs and we were so pleased with everything they did. They are clean, careful and very knowledgeable about everything to do with carpets. They did not oversoak the carpets, as some cleaners have done in the past and they are spotless and fresh smelling, and Pristine does not use harmful chemicals, so we were comfortable having them cleaned with two small children in the house. No trace of chemical smell whatsoever. They are also not out to make a quick buck--they recommended what we should do as far as cleaning our area rugs and what would not be worth doing, given the state of our rugs. Since their first visit, we've had them back to do 3 more area rugs and are always amazed at the results. We had one area rug that arrived from the retailer really smelling pretty awful, but it was a hard rug to find and we got a pretty good deal, so we tried airing it out, cleaning it ourselves, and then had TWO different carpet cleaning companies clean it, but it still didn't smell very clean. After such amazing results from Pristine carpet cleaners, we decided to ask them if they could do anything about the smell. We got the rug back and it FINALLY smelled completely clean. We were so pleased. And, they are super nice, to boot. Highly recommended! read more

Travis is a really good carpet cleaner. He was a cool guy who is personable and isn't looking to rush the work or time he puts into the carpets. Compared to other cleaners, he's always on time and leaves with my carpets never looking better. Whatever he uses to get stains out, it actually works! If you want your carpets to look good call them! read more

This was the best experience I have had with a carpet cleaning company. When I initially called I was able to set up an appointment quickly and easily over the phone. They were at my house on time and the expectations set were all met or exceeded. I have pets and children and I thought there were areas in my house that were beyond reprieve. Travis was able to get out all of the stains and my carpets look brand new again. Thanks for the great experience guys. I will definitely be using them again and referring them to my friends and family. read more

Fresh and clean carpets! I called and had an appointment set up right away with Eddie. He was polite and professional, and prompt with any questions I had. He did an amazing job. My carpets are looking like they are brand new again after all this yard work I've tracked into the house. I'll be using Eddie and Pristine Carpet Cleaning next time! Maybe sooner than later if my 2 year old toddler doesn't make more messes than I do first. ;) read more

The owner answered the phone when I called which I appreciate. He called me on the day of the appointment to confirm and was punctual. He was very nice and had a non-threatening demeanor (something that is important to me because he has to come into my home!). I felt comfortable having him in my home. His professionalism made me comfortable while I took care of my small children. The carpet and couches look great! The price was really good compared to other carpet cleaning companies. I would totally recommend Pristine carpet cleaning! I will definitely be using them in the future! read more

Great carpet cleaning that comes with a great price. Jason was awesome and cleaned my carpets with a lot of care. Even though it took a little while it was so worth it because of the quality job that was done. I was so impressed by the way he cleaned my carpets they actually looked brand new. I will be using them again down the road for sure! read more

Had an amazing experience here recently and just had to share. They were very accommodating to my schedule and my needs (I had a dinner party coming up and needed multiple rooms cleaned and dry on short notice), and the customer service was excellent!! Travis was super easy to work with and very communicative throughout the whole process. I'll definitely be coming back next time I need my floors cleaned! read more

This wasn't about the service but the communication. I called three times the number on yelp and all go to voice mail box which is full, on Thursday morning and afternoon. I am very impressed by all the good reviews and would like to have a try but unable to reach them, which pushed me to other companies. read more

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and the quality of work that was performed by Pristine. We had a small area of carpet that had been pulled away from the wall from a leak and Jason came in and happily put it back for us before they started cleaning. It was unexpected and above and beyond what we hired them for. They cleaned the stains and odors from our carpets and area rugs and we're our the door within 30 minutes. Extremely friendly and professional. We'd recommend them to anyone! read more

Was in a pinch to get my carpets cleaned prior to turning over the keys to our property manager. I called Pristine Carpet Cleaning and they responded within a few days and the cost was competitive. They did a marvelous job and were very professional. Yes, I will definitely use them and recommend them in the future. read more

I was amazed at the professionalism and would recommend Pristine Carpet Cleaning. My dog Buster had a number of "accidents" in the same area of the carpet and they were able to remove all the stains. It was like having a new carpet and Buster has not approached the spot. I will use this company again. They were also on time and worked very quickly. read more

These guys take their time and pay attention to details. They make sure your carpet is spotless after the cleaning. I would say that they were more expensive then others I have called, but it was okay because my carpet looked perfect after. I'd rather pay a little more to get the job done right. They treat their customers really well. read more

I had recently house trained my dog, and afterwards, I could still see stains from her accidents. I asked around, and a friend recommended these guys, and I'm glad! The carpet is clean, smells nice, and they were prompt and inexpensive. I'm sure I will use them again. read more

I needed a very quick carpet cleaning completed before moving into a temporary rental situation. Left a voicemail and received a call back within minutes. Pristine carpet cleaning was very responsive and fit me into their schedule so that the cleaning wouldn't hold up my move in. They even showed up a little earlier than their specified arrival time. Carpets dried quick and turned out great. read more

They went out of their way to get to my job. We just moved to our new home and the furniture has yet to arrive. I called them last minute to see if they could clean the carpets before my furniture came and they were able to work me in. They were up front and honest with what they could do, told me a price and did not pressure me to do anything else. They were very nice and I would use them again. read more

The people that were supposed to clean my carpets cancelled at the last minute. My landlord was coming the next day to inspect, so I could get my deposit back.I called Pristine and they were able to squeeze me in the next afternoon. read more

I was considering renting a rug doctor and doing my carpets myself to save money. Im happy I went with Pristine instead. The cost was more, but I liked the results. It feels clean afterwards. It does not have any residue sealing. It seems to stay nicer longer. Our little dog got into mud and he really messed up the carpet, so we had to have them come out sooner than we would usually have to have. The carpet was just beautiful after they left. The carpet cleaner who came this time really seemed experienced and really knew what he was doing and was very efficient. I just really like the way he handled everything. read more

I needed to get the carpets cleaned on an apartment I was moving out of and a friend recommended Pristine. The service was fast and very good for a good price. The workers were friendly when we met them and it was all over a great experience! I would definitely recommend this service if you're messy like me and need the carpets cleaned :) read more

I am writing this review based on my recent booking with Pristine Carpet Cleaning. Excellent customer service. I placed my booking a week ago, and they were very on time today. Excellent service, my home had poor carpet stains because my youngest son always forget to take off his shoes before he comes in. Good job in making my carpet clean. Excellent customer service, and also good pricing as well. Highly recommended! read more

Travis was great. Very informative and knowledgeable. Friendly and professional. He was extremely thorough. I moved the small items out of the room; however, as he cleaned he moved the large items to ensure he got it all! His cleaning method is awesome. My carpets dried in a few hours and the carpets felt brand new. So soft and fluffy again. I have two dogs and the odors are gone! I typically get my carpets professionally cleaned every 3-4 months. With other cleaners it takes a full day to dry, the carpets end up smelling musty, the dog odor remains, and the carpets feel filmy and crunchy. I am completely sold on Travis' methods and will be calling to get my upholstery and bedrooms cleaned soon. Amazing job highly recommend. read more

Most of the stains were removed. I was impressed. A few stains they were unable to remove and they discussed that with me from the beginning. They were able to lighten them. It took longer than I expected for all of the areas to dry completely. (more than 12 hours)  Details on drying times were not discussed so I didn't know what to expect. We were told to try not to walk on the carpet until it was dry. With the length of time it took to that made it very difficult since those are our bedrooms. Overall, I was still pleased and would still use their carpet cleaning services again. read more

I had scheduled my carpet to be cleaned with a business that I had used before and have always been satisfied with, however, on the day of the appt. he failed to show up. I called his number and only got an answering machine. I waited a couple of hours for a response and then started calling carpet cleaners on Yelp. The furniture was moved and everything was ready to go so I wanted someone to come as soon as possible so we wouldn't be in a state of limbo for any longer than necessary. I called several providers; they were sympathetic, but booked up. Then I called Pristine Carpet Cleaning and he just happened to have an opening for that afternoon. He arrived right when he said he would and did a terrific job. He was slightly more expensive than my other guy, but he showed up and that is what counts! My other guy called around 2:30 in the afternoon to say that he had put my appt. down the following week for some reason and he would come do the carpets, but I had already called Travis. I am glad I did because I found a good provider that I will use in the future. read more

Great company, shows up on time, reasonable pricing, they get out every stain leaving the carpets looking fresh and new! Don't make this a do it yourself job, renting out a steam cleaner is a waste of time and a pain, spend the money on someone who does it right if you want your security deposit back. read more

Even though Pristine Carpet Cleaning was unable to clean our upholstery I am very pleased with their service. When they arrived they checked the manufacturer's cleaning instructions which stated that the furniture should only be dry cleaned. All Star only steam cleans.
