5 stars, and honestly they're so well deserved…read more This is my second time booking with them, and Guy has come through for me both times. The first time, I was super pregnant with my first baby and had a couch from my old apartment that had all kinds of smells trapped in it. By the time he was done, they were completely gone. Fast forward to now -- pregnant with my second, and we fostered a puppy for a few months on top of having a toddler running around. Between the accidents, the spills, and just the general chaos, my heightened pregnancy sense of smell had me noticing every single thing. After Guy was done, the house smelled brand new. I couldn't believe the difference. He was quick, thorough, and so easy to work with. Reasonably priced, and on top of communication from the very beginning. I also really appreciated how sweet he was with my 3-year-old -- talking to him and answering his curious questions while he as working on the stairs. So kind, so professional, just an all around great experience. Guy Sr., if you ever see this -- you raised an exceptional young man. We'll absolutely be back. Thank you again!!

Even for a smaller job like mine (2 sall bedrooms and a staircase), John went far above and beyond…read morethe call of duty. He gave me an incredibly reasonable quote based on photos sent to him. Via text we set up an appointment, and he was not only on time but also courteous. He texted me his timing twice before he arrived to make sure I knew what his arrival would be. He assessed the job thoroughly, even getting on the ground to feel and smell certain areas that were slightly more heavily stained. He then pre-treated difficult areas and proceeded to power wash the job as promised in the time as estimated. He was punctual, courteous, and polite throughout the process. I couldn't have asked for a better worker. Three days later the stains are still visibly absent. The carpet is now completely dried and I couldn't have been happier with the entire process. I would not hesitate to call this company again for any job, big or small. They will definitely beat anyone's price and I think their abundance of five-star reviews proves they know what they are doing and deliver on promises.
