She told us that they would send for our first cleaning 2 people who would work to do a 'deep cleaning'. They ended in sending ONE person and were charged the same as the quote. When one person came, I asked if she was the only person coming and she said yes. So I assumed that we would be charged less. So was shocked when she asked for the original quote amount. The house was not cleaned well. Dirt in the corners etc. Supposedly the baseboards were supposed to be cleaned, which they weren't. She didn't have cleaning products, I had to supply my own. She didn't even clean the front of our fridge! Yet, we were charged the amount that was to pay for 2 people. When I reached out to the owner, I never got a response, which pretty much says it all..... Really feel as though we were conned. Have had other services when living in Seattle that were all superior to this company. Their 'deep cleaning' thing is a total sham, and I am annoyed that I fell for it. My first call was picked up by their admin, who asked details about what work I wanted to get done. She said to look out for their e-mail, which I received soon after. In the e-mail, I was informed of the standard charges for general handyman work ($185), per hour rates thereafter, cancellation fees etc. I was informed that they will be able to help me with the projects, and they might be able to fit me in as early as the following week. I needed to provide photos and notes so they could better judge project scope, the service location, credit card details, and complete billing information. I responded after three days with details and photos of the work needed, service and billing address and my credit card. Since then, I've been ghosted. Over a period of one week after I responded to their e-mail, none of my calls to them were answered, and no response to my follow-up e-mails or the voicemail I left them. I finally contacted a few other handymen in the area and one of them got the job done professionally.
