The puppy urine on the carpet and living room rug and couch went away. I appreciate Guy jr attending to detail and professionalism. Also during covid having mask on to get the job done. The carpets look more cleaner from when we first moved in this condo. Makes me wonder if the old tenants didn't get someone professional. I struggled with whether I was going to write a review because honestly, the service itself was great however, there were some moments of conversation that I thought were inappropriate to have with a customer. After greeting Guy at the door, I noticed there was a "Hillary for Prison" bumper sticker on his work van that was parked in the driveway. I'm not sure why you'd put such a strong political sticker on a work vehicle that you're driving to new customers' homes, but I found it very unprofessional and off-putting. Guy worked hard and our carpet looked great when he was finished. 5 stars on the work aspect. HOWEVER, the overall experience as a whole was... ODD. The conversation that he initiated was just....very strange. Completely unprovoked, Guy told us that the Earth was flat (it's actually not, but okay...) and that he wasn't going to give his future grandchild vaccinations. My husband and I looked at each other completely dumbfounded. We weren't sure what prompted the comments but it seemed he really wanted to tell us his views on those controversial topics. Why? I'm not sure. And while he was petting our dogs he made the comment that "it's so sad what they do to dogs in Korea." I said, "I know, I don't really want to talk about it." He continued on and said, "Yeah, I've heard they don't even euthanize the dogs before throwing them in the grease." WHAT. OH MY GOD. We're glad for the clean carpet, but I think we'll explore other options in the future. read more
