The owner, Scott, got back to me immediately with an opening and was here Friday morning. Responsiveness and coordination aside - he's also such a nice guy - he left no trace of my roommates: two children, a golden retriever and a long hair cat. I sent pictures ahead of service. He explained why the rings formed - botched attempt at spot cleaning dirty fabric - and how he would *try and resolve it. His rates are right on par with all the vendors I spoke to. Scott didn't feel right only doing my sofa at base fee. "I wasn't getting enough bang for my buck." He did an 8 x 10 area carpet without touching the rate. Just walked out the door and didn't leave the place wreaking of cleaner. Plenty of companies I've used in the past are Green cleaners. Despite dropping the chemicals, you still get some odor.
