Great company, great people. First he was the most reasonable estimate, and gave a fast response (within a day). He also had openings within a reasonable time frame, some companies were up to a month out. Second Kelly is super nice. I appreciated that he called before his appointment, asked if our appointment still worked, and even adjusted it by a half hour to make it more convenient for me. When he arrived he measured and gave an upfront flat price, which came in just below his initial estimate. The kicker is that the carpets turned out great, clean, smelled good, even got out the soot stains by the woodstove. It was so good (and at a reasonable price) both my landlord and real-estate agent asked for his contact info. Will definitely be calling him back to clean the carpets at my new house. I was looking for a carpet cleaner and neighbors on both sides of me used Kelly from ABC Jet Steam. He was excellent! I would highly recommend him. One thing I SO appreciated was he actually answered the phone when I called him! In addition, he called me the morning of our appointment and let me know he was leaving and what time he would arrive. He was very thorough. We had cats for a number of years and had carpet stains. He vacuumed the whole house, then pre-treated it, and then cleaned it. I was moving out of a large rental house and needed to have the carpets cleaned as part of my obligations. I contacted ABC and got a prompt response and was able to make an appointment on short notice. Kel and Deb showed up on time, provided a quick, reasonable estimate and then went ahead with the work on my approval. I was taking care of 10 different things that day so I wasn't able to be there for much of the time they were working. They needed no hand holding and took care of the work quickly and carefully. We just had the carpets in our West Seattle home cleaned by Kel and Deb Brown, the owner/operators of ABC Jet Steam. We are very happy with the out come. Price wise they were in the same ball park of the big organizations like Stanley Steamer and Coit.....BUT....these folks use environmentally sensitive products made by Bio-Kleen! Our carpets were pretty darn dirty and required the enzyme pre-treat, but the out come was wonderful....and NO odor what-so-ever from the cleaning. They were professional in every way....giving an accurate estimate of cost and time involved, a reminder call ahead of time, and arrived when the said they would.
