The pet stains had been bugging me, so I finally texted him last week, and he got me in within days! John was so thorough and really took his time. My carpets look sooo much better now! He took the few spots that were in the master bedroom. AND....the bedrooms were dry 3-4 hours, and the living room should be dry in 4-4.5 hours! My carpets have never been that dry, that fast. Guy was good at everything, including texting to let me know he was 10 minutes from arrival. I don't think you can go wrong with Guy! If there were 10 stars, he would have gotten them. Communication was excellent and the pricing while on the higher end was clear and transparent. I was extremely happy with how sparkly the bathrooms were and how well the shower door tracks were cleaned. I also appreciate the close attention to smudges on the walls and staining on an old sink in the laundry room. The overall work was good but if I had to nitpick they could've done a more thorough job on the harder to see areas such as the kitchen baseboards and the window tracks (closed position) and the dusting of the blinds. Upon giving feedback, the impressively hands-on owner, offered to send a cleaning professional over to rectify the overlooked areas and offered his sincere apologies. Sadly, in the rush of moving out didn't get photos of what they did well. Would still hire them again but would just pay closer attention to the completed job.
