They did an INCREDIBLE job and the carpet in our condo looks brand new. Nate did a great job and I completely recommend him over a carpet cleaning chain. I had another company (let's use the initials: SS) out 2 years ago and they were unable to get some stains out that some renters of mine had left behind. Of note, this is for a 5th floor condo-so a portable unit has to be used. In the cleaning process, that company dumped the dirty water down my toilet and plugged it up! They did send someone to unplug it the next day, but geez-who needs that? I decided to use a local small business this time...and guess what? Nate got the OLD stains out! He was timely, professional, respectful, hard working and honest. Maybe I spent a little bit more (not certain though-as quotes seem so hard to pin down). We have two small pups that like to sit on the sofa with me. Even though I keep the dogs clean ,they still bring in dirt and grime. I keep a protective blanket on the sofa but it does not cover every inch. The sofa is only two years old but showed the grime where the blanket did not cover.
