Price was excellent and although this store did not have sufficient stock, they brought in the balance the next day and we had on-time delivery to our home. This time I visited with my contractor to select new large format polished tile for our new shower remodel. Finding the tile was difficult only because of the large variety of choices! I had some issues with finding the flooring tile for the shower; however, Jaimee walked the two of us through the options and showed us the massive wall of selections that would provide us with the match or contrast options and the many shape options, too. It was as if she not only knew everything about my concerns (which she did), but she provided suggestions and answered all my questions showing her knowledge and experience and did it all with professionalism and courtesy - attributes not always found in retail establishments these days. From the beginning, Eric and Cole were very responsive & helpful in assisting us with material and color selections and suggested products with superior quality & durability while staying within our budget. After months of shopping around, we decided to have David's team install LVP, carpet and handle all our millwork and casings which included complicated compound angles on our staircase. Their workmanship and attention to detail was very professional and more than met our picky expectations. The old-school honesty and integrity of everyone on David's team was truly refreshing. Eric managed our project and kept it on-time and on-budget. His attention to communication was impressive & timely even at 10pm at night and on weekends. We requested a few change orders along the way and they were charged at straight time and materials without the extra mark-ups most contractors tack on. Adrian was our onsite supervisor and was there every minute of every day. The flooring lead, Sergey and the carpet lead, Hector kept me informed and made suggestions that improved our end result. Over the last 42 years our family has built a number of custom homes and the experience with David's flooring was by far the best and was actually enjoyable. Additionally, they were the most responsive and prompt with quotes, estimates, and pricing. This job involved removing some laminate flooring, lining and cutting parts of the floor precisely, and ensuring the transition is smooth. They were able to supply my favorite plush carpet and take meticulous care of the hard floor trimming. The workmanship was top notch and glad I trusted David's flooring to make a big wish come true.

I had a few minor blemishes in a couple of the tiles from both companies; Statements was quick to resolve all my issues and replaced the few blemished tiles . Pental on the other hand refused to be flexible in anyway, even though it was an in stock tile and I was only requesting to change out two tiles.

The quality of his workmanship wasn't so much the issue- but his attention to detail during the templating process. We chose two granite slabs for a large project which involved a 9 foot island and smaller project for another home. One of the slabs had a river of quartz running through the middle and was templated to be the center focal point of the island. When installation day came, we were surprised to find that the island had no quartz running through the center. We couldn't figure out what went wrong. When the second granite countertop was delivered to our daughter's home for install- there it was. The quartz was placed in front of the kitchen sink. This mistake really showed a lack of caring for customer wishes and a template appointment that was a waste of time. Pretty disappointing. Seams weren't that inconspicuous- I've since had other stone projects with smaller seams.

Worst customer service I've experienced in quite a long time…read more Do not give this company a deposit. I paid upfront for a countertop modification, and cancelled the order in plenty of time (the week before) and got a verbal and written notification from the sales team that the order was cancelled and the refund would be processed. Five weeks later they still haven't refunded a deposit. Even worse is the stonewalling. The sales rep I worked with has stopped responding entirely. No return calls, no replies to email. When I call the main office, I'm told each time that someone will "email a confirmation within 10 minutes" or "we'll call back once it's confirmed." That email has never come and I've never received a phone call back. This has happened repeatedly. A refund on a cancelled, confirmed order is not complicated. Holding a customer's money for five weeks while dodging their calls is a choice. Based on their responsiveness when they wanted the sale versus their silence now that they owe me money, I can't recommend trusting this company. Worse yet, imagine you do need to get a hold of someone for a warranty issue after they have done the install?

After finding the best contractors based on our needs, we went in to find flooring. We were greeted by Destry who took the time to understand what our short term and long term renovation goals were before walking us through the store and recommending different products we might want to explore. We were given space and time to explore at our leisure, with Destry a few steps away for any questions that arose. Destry was also incredibly patient when we were placing our order and contemplated changing out one of the items. And once the hardwood was installed and we realized we were short one t-mold, Destry was quick to make some calls and get us another one within a day of reaching out. The overall experience was significantly less stressful than other places we had visited where we felt pressured into buying expensive flooring we don't need given this is a temporary flooring solution. We will definitely return when we are ready for our major renovation.

Would not recommend…read more Before placing our order, we specifically asked about the return policy because, as remodeling contractors, we always purchase extra flooring for cuts and waste. Based on the information provided by their employee, we did not feel the need to scrutinize the fine print on the invoice. When we later attempted to return the unused material, we were told there was a 14-day deadline and a minimum quantity requirement--neither of which had been disclosed to us before the purchase. To make matters worse, they also sold us the wrong underlayment for a wood-on-wood installation, forcing us to spend more money to buy the correct product elsewhere. Management had every opportunity to make this right but instead hid behind the fine print and blamed their supplier. No accountability, no customer service, and no attempt to resolve a problem caused by their own staff providing inaccurate information. If you expect a business to stand behind what its employees tell customers, look elsewhere.
