Price was excellent and although this store did not have sufficient stock, they brought in the balance the next day and we had on-time delivery to our home. This time I visited with my contractor to select new large format polished tile for our new shower remodel. Finding the tile was difficult only because of the large variety of choices! I had some issues with finding the flooring tile for the shower; however, Jaimee walked the two of us through the options and showed us the massive wall of selections that would provide us with the match or contrast options and the many shape options, too. It was as if she not only knew everything about my concerns (which she did), but she provided suggestions and answered all my questions showing her knowledge and experience and did it all with professionalism and courtesy - attributes not always found in retail establishments these days. From the beginning, Eric and Cole were very responsive & helpful in assisting us with material and color selections and suggested products with superior quality & durability while staying within our budget. After months of shopping around, we decided to have David's team install LVP, carpet and handle all our millwork and casings which included complicated compound angles on our staircase. Their workmanship and attention to detail was very professional and more than met our picky expectations. The old-school honesty and integrity of everyone on David's team was truly refreshing. Eric managed our project and kept it on-time and on-budget. His attention to communication was impressive & timely even at 10pm at night and on weekends. We requested a few change orders along the way and they were charged at straight time and materials without the extra mark-ups most contractors tack on. Adrian was our onsite supervisor and was there every minute of every day. The flooring lead, Sergey and the carpet lead, Hector kept me informed and made suggestions that improved our end result. Additionally, they were the most responsive and prompt with quotes, estimates, and pricing. This job involved removing some laminate flooring, lining and cutting parts of the floor precisely, and ensuring the transition is smooth. I worked with Tomas a handful of years ago when he did our granite counters and island for a…read morekitchen. The quality of his workmanship wasn't so much the issue- but his attention to detail during the templating process. We chose two granite slabs for a large project which involved a 9 foot island and smaller project for another home. One of the slabs had a river of quartz running through the middle and was templated to be the center focal point of the island. When installation day came, we were surprised to find that the island had no quartz running through the center. We couldn't figure out what went wrong. When the second granite countertop was delivered to our daughter's home for install- there it was. The quartz was placed in front of the kitchen sink. This mistake really showed a lack of caring for customer wishes and a template appointment that was a waste of time. Pretty disappointing. Seams weren't that inconspicuous- I've since had other stone projects with smaller seams.

A lot of places only had small natural stone samples which made it very hard to visualize. They also have staged a few areas that mimic various areas in a house that use tile. It's taken me too long to write this review! So far, I've used Decor Carpet One in Tukwila for two…read morejobs: (1) tiling my bathroom floor with ceramic tile, and (2) replacing my carpeted stairs and upstairs with hardwood flooring. The first job was straighforward job, and the work was perfect and completed in just two days! The second one ended up being much more challenging than expected, due to the weirdness of my house. The first attempt had some issues: the bullnoses looked very different from the rest of the flooring (not an uncommon issue, I've since discovered), and there were issues with stringer spacing and sizing. I wasn't happy with how it looked. Mike was AMAZING. He had the supplier cherry-pick alternate bullnoses with grain that would make them look more similar to the rest of the hardwood flooring, and had his men replace all but one of them, without charging me for the additional labor. He also had them fix all the stringer and trim issues---which were non-trivial, to say the least. The job ended up being MUCH more labor than either of us had expected, and he never charged me for any of that---only for the extra materials. Mike was very responsive to calls and texts, even while on vacation (!). My bathroom floor and my upstairs hall and stairs look gorgeous. I couldn't be happier with them. Thank you Mike, and thank you, Bill---I know my house was frustrating, and so was I, so I appreciate you dealing with that and doing such a great job. Terrific work!

We had another company install a few years ago and this was a much better install. The stairs came out much better, they installed our baseboards as well. Highly recommend!
