Price was excellent and although this store did not have sufficient stock, they brought in the balance the next day and we had on-time delivery to our home. This time I visited with my contractor to select new large format polished tile for our new shower remodel. Finding the tile was difficult only because of the large variety of choices! I had some issues with finding the flooring tile for the shower; however, Jaimee walked the two of us through the options and showed us the massive wall of selections that would provide us with the match or contrast options and the many shape options, too. It was as if she not only knew everything about my concerns (which she did), but she provided suggestions and answered all my questions showing her knowledge and experience and did it all with professionalism and courtesy - attributes not always found in retail establishments these days. Jaimee - thank you. And Floor & Decor - great facility and great people.

Lol Larry was our point man and he got our project cart started for us and answered any questions we had and made great recommendations too. German was there anytime we asked for something. And the Pro Desk is top notch! David was friendly and well organized going above and beyond for us. Ivan (pro desk manager) was incredible too! OLD SCHOOL INTEGRITY & WORKMANSHIP…read more David's Flooring did a wonderful job on our new house in Issaquah. We are very pleased with the results. From the beginning, Eric and Cole were very responsive & helpful in assisting us with material and color selections and suggested products with superior quality & durability while staying within our budget. After months of shopping around, we decided to have David's team install LVP, carpet and handle all our millwork and casings which included complicated compound angles on our staircase. Their workmanship and attention to detail was very professional and more than met our picky expectations. The old-school honesty and integrity of everyone on David's team was truly refreshing. Eric managed our project and kept it on-time and on-budget. His attention to communication was impressive & timely even at 10pm at night and on weekends. We requested a few change orders along the way and they were charged at straight time and materials without the extra mark-ups most contractors tack on. Adrian was our onsite supervisor and was there every minute of every day. The flooring lead, Sergey and the carpet lead, Hector kept me informed and made suggestions that improved our end result. Over the last 42 years our family has built a number of custom homes and the experience with David's flooring was by far the best and was actually enjoyable. We would/will definitely use Eric and his team again and highly recommend them.

The entire process from start to finish was simple and we found it even better that we went to their store to pick out the materials. Before I found them, I had used several other local and well known companies, but there was always minor problems down the line with materials or the work not holding up. Not only have I never had a problem with any of Bella's work, but Jeff makes the whole process, super easy to schedule and set up, and their installers are always completely on point. They find things that even I had just gotten accustomed to seeing; fixing the most nitpicky or odd bits to make the project quite literally perfect. After two remodeled bathrooms, a kitchen and living room floor installation, and now two bedrooms - I can tell you this is by far the best company in seattle to work with.

The quality of his workmanship wasn't so much the issue- but his attention to detail during the templating process. We chose two granite slabs for a large project which involved a 9 foot island and smaller project for another home. One of the slabs had a river of quartz running through the middle and was templated to be the center focal point of the island. When installation day came, we were surprised to find that the island had no quartz running through the center. We couldn't figure out what went wrong. When the second granite countertop was delivered to our daughter's home for install- there it was. The quartz was placed in front of the kitchen sink. This mistake really showed a lack of caring for customer wishes and a template appointment that was a waste of time. Pretty disappointing. Seams weren't that inconspicuous- I've since had other stone projects with smaller seams.

I paid upfront for a countertop modification, and cancelled the order in plenty of time (the week before) and got a verbal and written notification from the sales team that the order was cancelled and the refund would be processed. Five weeks later they still haven't refunded a deposit. Even worse is the stonewalling. The sales rep I worked with has stopped responding entirely. No return calls, no replies to email. When I call the main office, I'm told each time that someone will "email a confirmation within 10 minutes" or "we'll call back once it's confirmed." That email has never come and I've never received a phone call back. This has happened repeatedly. A refund on a cancelled, confirmed order is not complicated. Holding a customer's money for five weeks while dodging their calls is a choice. Based on their responsiveness when they wanted the sale versus their silence now that they owe me money, I can't recommend trusting this company. Worse yet, imagine you do need to get a hold of someone for a warranty issue after they have done the install?

The first job was straighforward job, and the work was perfect and completed in just two days! The second one ended up being much more challenging than expected, due to the weirdness of my house. The first attempt had some issues: the bullnoses looked very different from the rest of the flooring (not an uncommon issue, I've since discovered), and there were issues with stringer spacing and sizing. I wasn't happy with how it looked. Mike was AMAZING. He had the supplier cherry-pick alternate bullnoses with grain that would make them look more similar to the rest of the hardwood flooring, and had his men replace all but one of them, without charging me for the additional labor. He also had them fix all the stringer and trim issues---which were non-trivial, to say the least. The job ended up being MUCH more labor than either of us had expected, and he never charged me for any of that---only for the extra materials. Mike was very responsive to calls and texts, even while on vacation (!). My bathroom floor and my upstairs hall and stairs look gorgeous. I couldn't be happier with them. Thank you Mike, and thank you, Bill---I know my house was frustrating, and so was I, so I appreciate you dealing with that and doing such a great job. Terrific work!
