They completed the entire master bath remodel in less than two weeks and the finished product was better than we expected. They worked long hours to complete the job -seems like between the team they never took any breaks. The entire process from start to finish was simple and we found it even better that we went to their store to pick out the materials. Compared to other quotes we received we would of had to supply and find all the materials ourselves. Overall completely positive experience and we plan to hire them again! UPDATE: we hired them again for our guest bathroom. Pictures are attached

We worked with Evergreen Granite this summer and it was truly 5-star. I highly recommend them…read more Some background. We were doing a full renovation of our home, including a full kitchen remodel. We decided to use Quartzite and understood there would be a number of challenges ahead, including very tight budget and time constraints. We had several contractors working simultaneously, and inevitably hit budget overruns and time delays. We interviewed and worked with several other major countertop vendors, and not only did their customer service leave much to be desired, but our selected vendor fell through at the last minute because they oversold their material. When we reached out to Evergreen, from the start everything was different. We were dealing directly with the owner, who supported us through the whole process, from slab selection to fitting, installation and everything in between. The quote was highly competitive and market-aware, payment was very straight forward and, though we had minor unforeseen issues, they were completely and masterfully handled. Even after the installation was done, we needed help with an issue that was totally outside his responsibility. In the end, we came out ahead of our remodel schedule, within budget, and with a fantastic kitchen. Truly, cannot recommend it further!

I hired Prestige Flooring to install LVP flooring and paint my ceiling. The owner, Vlad, responded…read moremuch better than other contractors I got estimates from. He was easy to reach and very direct, which gave me confidence to move forward. Overall, the work was good. The flooring price was fair, but the painting cost felt high. The biggest issue was communication once the project started. I made the prepayment, met to sign the contract, and did my part. But after that, getting a response became extremely difficult. Communication with the point of contact (I won't name) was almost non-existent, which was unacceptable. The workers did their job, but since they do not speak English, any questions or clarifications had to go through the point of contact. This made resolving even small issues frustrating. On top of that, I asked for a little leftover baseboard paint for touch ups. I was told I would get it after the project was done, but it has now been four months and I still have not received anything. Cleanup was also lacking. Like other contractors I have used in the past, they left dust and debris behind, and I had to do a lot of follow up cleaning after they left each day. Prestige Flooring will get the job done, and Vlad himself was responsive at the beginning, which stood out compared to other contractors. But be prepared for poor communication during the project and less than ideal cleanup afterward. Professional service includes timely communication, not making the customer feel like they need to nag or beg for a response. That was the most disappointing part of the experience.

It's taken me too long to write this review! So far, I've used Decor Carpet One in Tukwila for two…read morejobs: (1) tiling my bathroom floor with ceramic tile, and (2) replacing my carpeted stairs and upstairs with hardwood flooring. The first job was straighforward job, and the work was perfect and completed in just two days! The second one ended up being much more challenging than expected, due to the weirdness of my house. The first attempt had some issues: the bullnoses looked very different from the rest of the flooring (not an uncommon issue, I've since discovered), and there were issues with stringer spacing and sizing. I wasn't happy with how it looked. Mike was AMAZING. He had the supplier cherry-pick alternate bullnoses with grain that would make them look more similar to the rest of the hardwood flooring, and had his men replace all but one of them, without charging me for the additional labor. He also had them fix all the stringer and trim issues---which were non-trivial, to say the least. The job ended up being MUCH more labor than either of us had expected, and he never charged me for any of that---only for the extra materials. Mike was very responsive to calls and texts, even while on vacation (!). My bathroom floor and my upstairs hall and stairs look gorgeous. I couldn't be happier with them. Thank you Mike, and thank you, Bill---I know my house was frustrating, and so was I, so I appreciate you dealing with that and doing such a great job. Terrific work!

From the beginning, Eric and Cole were very responsive & helpful in assisting us with material and color selections and suggested products with superior quality & durability while staying within our budget. After months of shopping around, we decided to have David's team install LVP, carpet and handle all our millwork and casings which included complicated compound angles on our staircase. Their workmanship and attention to detail was very professional and more than met our picky expectations. The old-school honesty and integrity of everyone on David's team was truly refreshing. Eric managed our project and kept it on-time and on-budget. His attention to communication was impressive & timely even at 10pm at night and on weekends. We requested a few change orders along the way and they were charged at straight time and materials without the extra mark-ups most contractors tack on. Adrian was our onsite supervisor and was there every minute of every day. The flooring lead, Sergey and the carpet lead, Hector kept me informed and made suggestions that improved our end result. Over the last 42 years our family has built a number of custom homes and the experience with David's flooring was by far the best and was actually enjoyable. We would/will definitely use Eric and his team again and highly recommend them.
