Now we are trying to serve paperwork to them at the address the JUDGE told us to, and they say JBRS is not a registered with the Secretary of State, for WA. They don't even have their own Contractors license number correct on the contract we signed. You call all the phone numbers affiliated with the L & I, UBI #604-750-064 and not one of the phone numbers are right. We have called 33 phone #'s and spoke to 33 People (some multiple times). And still to no avail. There is nothing good to come when working with Jacuzzi bath. The service was arranged and scheduled from their Pacific WA branch.

They sent me to pick and mark a slab at a time at Seattle when it wasn't normally done. To make matters worse, the woman with authority in Seattle, white lady with curly hair, is a nightmare. She accused me of lying when I showed up, rather than checking around with her coworkers. When it was verified I was supposed to come, she was still condescending and never apologized. Their team I was supposed to pick with didn't speak English so asking questions was difficult because I was told I could designate where the slab is cut, which is customary, and I could mark my own center line with tape. I was not ever able to do so. He said no I had to be present at installation. In the store, they said because the installer wasn't there, I personally had to meet the installer for custom cutting. The woman accused me of lying when I told her my contractor was meeting the installer. I had to call my contractor. She accused him of lying even because of the sales error. she did not ever attempt customer service or to resolve their own issues. they did not let me mark a center line with tape for some reason. I had to send a video and hope i get what i want. Complete waste of picking a custom slab for custom cutting because they refused to understand i was marking my marks to direct the contractor more specifically than a general photo. I had scheduled to have them come a morning i would be at the dentist because the sales told me weeks prior you select slab the day before. I would have sat with no sink for over a week to reschedule over this. The woman in Seattle tried to turn me away for no reason and made every step an argument. I had to call my contractor to resolve it. She never apologized for the sales scheduling error and blamed me personally for following their directions, she was condescending, she accused me of lying, she blatantly lied several times and refused to complete the job until i called my contractor. she tried at every step to make a very simple task very difficult and she tried to punish me for the sales person error by being utterly horrible. zero customer service, only condescending authoritarian attitude. there is no coordination, they lie, you have to show them their own emails for corrections, they make everything difficult, and they have horrible attitudes. if you want to buy from any showroom around seattle, visit the warehouse store first before you decide. its cheaper because it isn't worth the hassle. cut rate shop run by crooks. they will throw off your entire timeline by miscommunication and disorganization and then sneer in your face and call you a liar. never even attempt to correct their own errors. absolute dirt bag woman at the front counter in seattle, disorganized stock, poor sales. just don't do it.

We decided to use Quartzite and understood there would be a number of challenges ahead, including very tight budget and time constraints. We had several contractors working simultaneously, and inevitably hit budget overruns and time delays. We interviewed and worked with several other major countertop vendors, and not only did their customer service leave much to be desired, but our selected vendor fell through at the last minute because they oversold their material. When we reached out to Evergreen, from the start everything was different. We were dealing directly with the owner, who supported us through the whole process, from slab selection to fitting, installation and everything in between. The quote was highly competitive and market-aware, payment was very straight forward and, though we had minor unforeseen issues, they were completely and masterfully handled. Even after the installation was done, we needed help with an issue that was totally outside his responsibility. In the end, we came out ahead of our remodel schedule, within budget, and with a fantastic kitchen. Truly, cannot recommend it further!

I wanted to find a great tiler…read morebecause I had a lot of tile work that needed to be done on our remodel and some of the tile had uneven edges and the kitchen tile had different shapes, so I needed someone who knew how to tile more than just basic tile. I asked an employee of the tile store if she knew of a great tile person and she immediately recommended Ivan. In fact, she told me that he was about to start a project on her house, so she really meant it. I called Ivan and he responded quickly. I immediately sensed that he knew what he was talking about and took great pride in his work which was important to me. Ivan and Sergei, who is also absolutely experienced and incredible, could not have done a better job! The tile was layed out perfectly, the grout lines are perfect and they cut the tiles so the pattern looks amazing throughout. Check out the photo I attached of the corner wall in my kitchen. The large fireplace really needed people with extensive expertise because it turned out that unbeknownst to me, those tiles also were not exactly even. Before this project, I hadn't realized that a lot of tiles aren't the same exact size even if you think they are, so you need someone who really knows how to handle that. Ivan and Sergei spent a lot of time with a laser light pointer to make sure everything lined up perfectly and the end result is fantastic! The fireplace with the little tiles was also challenging because the little tiles kept coming off the mesh backing they came on. Ivan figured out how to make them stick on their backing prior to applying them and the end result is perfect. They also did our bathroom for us including a glass shower nook and that too, came out perfect. In addition to all that, everyone at I & E is extremely professional, timely, great at communicating and friendly. They take great pride in their work and it shows. I'm very grateful for the amazing job they did. You won't be sorry if you hire them!

I called Ivan, and he said he only has a 1 year warranty. We removed the shower pan tile and found he did not do proper water proofing and it leaked through the corner of the shower. Now I cannot ahold of him. How can you trust this company when there is no store to find them at and they don't return your calls. I'm now stuck with a demolished, leaking shower. Stay away from this company!

Worst customer service I've experienced in quite a long time…read more Do not give this company a deposit. I paid upfront for a countertop modification, and cancelled the order in plenty of time (the week before) and got a verbal and written notification from the sales team that the order was cancelled and the refund would be processed. Five weeks later they still haven't refunded a deposit. Even worse is the stonewalling. The sales rep I worked with has stopped responding entirely. No return calls, no replies to email. When I call the main office, I'm told each time that someone will "email a confirmation within 10 minutes" or "we'll call back once it's confirmed." That email has never come and I've never received a phone call back. This has happened repeatedly. A refund on a cancelled, confirmed order is not complicated. Holding a customer's money for five weeks while dodging their calls is a choice. Based on their responsiveness when they wanted the sale versus their silence now that they owe me money, I can't recommend trusting this company. Worse yet, imagine you do need to get a hold of someone for a warranty issue after they have done the install?
