Intown installed quartz countertops in our kitchen. They were professional and friendly every step of the way, from stopping in at their Kent location to look at the slabs all the way through the installation. The templating process was a breeze and Wesley Jr. was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He caught and corrected a few things right away, like that our choice of sink wouldn't fit in the cabinet. The measurements were perfect and everything fit better than the old countertops come install day. There's a seam somewhere in the countertops but we can't even find it - the layout was that thoughtful! The actual installation was as smooth as we could have hoped for and took a few hours. The process is smelly because of the glue, which we were warned about before the installation started so it's all good. Once it was done the smell went away quite quickly. Overall we're extremely pleased with the process and outcome. The countertops are gorgeous and everything was on-time, professional, and without any extra headache or drama. We highly recommend Intown.

It's been a little over 2 weeks since I had my beautiful countertops installed so I felt it was time to write a review :) I have had such a positive experience from start to finish while working with Intown! Sales employee Jonathan was super responsive and very patient with all questions I had . Once I was ready to move forward, I visited the showroom and was able to see all options available. I decided on Quartz Calacatta Veyron. We then scheduled 2 appointments - 1 for measurements and 1 for install. It was all happening very quickly! Wesley arrived to complete the measurements and was done in about 30 minutes. He gave good recommendations on size and how everything would line up with my appliances. A week later, my countertops were set to be installed! Marley and his team showed up and got straight to work! They were quick, efficient, and gave me final instructions to ensure a perfect install. Overall, I am very impressed with this company! They provide an all inclusive service which makes everything so easy. I am in love with my kitchen now and highly recommend this business!

They literally have the best selection of stones around and are super honest and upfront with the prices. The turn around is fantastic especially when you are on a time crunch like we were! Great experience!

These guys were more than awesome. I was referred to Intown Granite by my parents who had completed their custom new build two years ago and had all their countertops done by them. Went in on a Tuesday, an hour and a half before close, and was able to select the exact granite slab I wanted for an incredibly reasonable price (Intown Granite charges by the square foot instead of by the slab, meaning you as the customer are not having to buy two slabs for a job that's only a slab and change). But what really shocked me was how damn FAST they were able to get me in. I put down the 60% deposit on Tuesday night with Ivo, they came to my new home on Wednesday for measurements, and by Monday (2/28), my countertops were installed. Everyone I've been in contact with is incredibly kind, responsive, and goes out of their way to assist you -- even when you're as inexperienced with home remodel as myself. When I finally convert a bedroom into a bathroom in the next phase of my home remodel, I'm absolutely coming back to them for my vanity counter.

We used them for our new countertops in our kitchen. They were so helpful and so quick to help us. We ended up getting new cabinets too so they had to wait on us. Instead of us having to wait on them. We also used them again to have our downstairs bathroom match our kitchen. They were most friendly and the best price too!! If you are looking for new counters this is the place!!

Awesome experience! We received several quotes from countertop companies and not only did Intown fit our budget much better than other companies, the customer service was fantastic. Jonathan was very responsive and answered any questions I had quickly! The turn around time from template to install was less than two weeks. I would HIGHLY recommend reaching out to them if you are considering new countertops!

Because mis-matched granite was installed in my kitchen I can't express my dissatisfaction strong enough. The backsplash does not match the counter in another area. The seam directly thru the center of the kitchen sink is rough and poorly joined. I spent my good money with in-town replacing all counter tops bathrooms and kitchen including the purchase of all sinks thru them at my home in Maple Valley. I have tried to reach the boss (Evel) for the past several weeks, left many messages, and no response. I am hoping this review gets their attention and they reach out and fix this right.

Our new sparkling white quartz countertops!!! Obsessed!!!

This company had no idea how to do a project with special considerations…read more I helped a friend with contracting their kitchen upgrade using other vendors they could manage. Pretty simple counter top and backsplash replacement and cabinet painting around some kitchen sink and electrical device replacements that I provided. They sent in some sub contractors to deal with removal and backsplash. They screwed that up and broke the glass cooktop because they used the wrong tools to separate and remove the unit. Then I ordered a new one from my vendor. They failed to make the new opening correct though to allow for the pop up vent and cooktop to fit. Office staff through this whole process was clueless and left the client waiting..... for call backs and solutions for more than a month without being able to cook?!! They even cut off the power to the wall I ovens which were not even part of the project?! This owner had to camp cook in their kitchen for more than a month. Meanwhile the sub screwed up the backsplash that didn't allow for new devices and cover plates to fit in the openings. This was a mess. I finally had to go through the corporate chain up into Ontario Canada with people who didn't know and care to find a solution to very simple projects. They didn't seem to have a way to peel off their experienced crew from new scheduled jobs to solve a job they screwed up multiple ways the first time and kept this nice lady just waiting around until I had to get firm with them. They should be ashamed at their awful customer service!!

When we initially ordered it was going to be around four weeks, which would have been the end of December, 2025. We added another bank of cabinets before the templates were scheduled. They delayed him a few days. That, in turn, moved the install out to January 7th, '26. Apparently, they were moving their facility during the holidays. We understood that situation. On January 6th Janelle called to tell us the countertops did not make the truck. She said they were sending their fabrication to Idaho, because their shop was not yet operational. The countertops didn't arrive until the following week. They came on January 13th to install. Every piece except one corner was cut wrong, and not just a little (see pictures). The installer tried to cut the coffee bar piece, which looked like it would work. Upon further inspection it did not. On January 23rd they finally brought the newly cut countertops to install. The installer, Fabio, was fantastic. He did a great job on all of the installation. He was even able to fix the bad cut on the coffee bar. His seems were flawless. I was actually kind of sad that the corner that the previous installers did hadn't been taken, as the seem is not as accurate as Fabio's were. The countertops look very nice. I'm not sure if they did a better job than any other installers for the money, which was over $10,000. I would've, however, given them 5 stars if I wasn't so upset about how long it took, and what seemed like an unwillingness to move the project up after the first or second delay.

After a few hours of setting up fancy measuring equipment they had measurement to cut off of. When the employees came to install, the measurements were incorrect so they left. The installer did quick measurements with a tape measure. Days later they were back with the counters. The textures of the counters were swapped. The island was supposed to be the rougher finish and the counters smooth. The colors were also swapped. We had them install with the incorrect surface and color just to get it over with. The installer then had to grind the counters on the island to get the stove to fit. Fast forward to 2026 and our kitchen sink is falling. The reason 2x4s were screwed in to the cabinets to hold up the sink just on the sides instead of using the proper sink mounting clips. I hired Imperial Remodels to build a single-car garage on my property, replacing an existing concrete pad. The project was contracted to start on March 1, 2024, and finish by April 1, 2024, for $21,000. I paid a $10,000 cash deposit on March 13, 2024, but the contractor did not provide a receipt for the cash deposit. After signing the contract and accepting my deposit, the contractor told me someone would begin removing the concrete pad within about a week. Shortly after, someone arrived with an excavator, destroyed, and removed the concrete pad. They left behind an uneven dirt surface, which has created a serious safety hazard for me. Due to mobility issues, I now struggle to safely get in and out of my car. Despite repeated attempts to contact the contractor to discuss next steps and complete the work, he has ignored all my calls and messages. On one occasion, he agreed to visit my property to discuss the project but canceled the meeting and never followed up. My daughter attempted to help me by posting a review on their business page to warn others. In response, the business owner finally reached out, acknowledged their wrongdoing, and agreed to reimburse me the full deposit plus interest. However, they got Yelp to remove my daughter's post and are unreachable again. They have still not provided any reimbursement for the lost money or the destruction of my property. I was primarily in contact with Mike Isak (206-909-8125), but his colleague, Karina Momotyuk, was also involved. Another phone number associated with them is (253-409-6956). As a result, I am out my $10,000 deposit, unable to safely park my car, and left with no resolution.
