    I worked with Payton on designing my laundry room and kitchen cabinets, and she truly delivered exactly what I had envisioned. The cabinets are not only beautiful but also timeless, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. When an item arrived scratched, I reached out to Payton, and she quickly submitted a work order. The replacement piece was delivered to my front porch within two weeks. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience and thrilled with my custom cabinets.

    We are extremely satisfied with Superior Cabinets. Two neighbors recommended this company to us, and we have been so grateful ever since. We are so in love with our cabinets! Our first experience was with Payton, who took care of every single detail for us in a very professional, personal and caring way. A hard combination to have when there is a global pandemic going on, items hard to get and enthusiastic home owners that are a little impatient :) But Payton was excellent the entire time. Even at the bitter end, when we had issues after they were installed, Payton was right there to make sure we were 100% satisfied. The durability and the look of our alder cabinets are top notch!! You won't regret working with this excellent company!

    We used Superior Custom Cabinets for our total kitchen remodel. They were fantastic! Andrew did a great job of seeing our vision and making it come to life. He was very professional, helpful and quick to respond. As with any remodel, little issues come up (ie I hated the original color of the shelves I chose!), and they made everything right with no questions asked. The quality is superb and we couldn't be happier. Soft close cabinets, lots of color selections, and lots of cool built in features that you can customize to your liking. Waiting to order our fireplace mantle to complete the look. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality cabinets. I've attached before and after pictures so you can see the transformation.

    Oh boy. Not sure where to start with this one. My boyfriend had just purchased a condo and needed to remodel the kitchen. We stopped into Superior Cabinets and met one of the salesman who was very nice and helpful. We decided to move forward with Superior Cabinets and set up an appointment with Brad to come out and measure our kitchen. Later on in the month, my boyfriend got a random phone call from Brad claiming he was at the condo ready for the measurement appointment. First off, he came at a time and date that was not what we have scheduled. My boyfriend was kind enough to leave work in the middle of the day and met up with Brad. Turns out he got his appointments all mixed up and missed another client's schedule. Strike one We moved forward and decided to officially go with Superior Cabinets (I admit, the layout for the kitchen was nice). Fast forward 3-4 weeks, the cabinets are ready for delivery. My boyfriend had to go out of the country for work and was not able to be at the condo when the cabinets were delivered. Before he left, he called Superior Cabinets twice to inform them to call me to let me know the approximate time they would be coming for delivery. I waited all day and did not hear from them. I called them and one of the workers told me "oh yeah we called your boyfriend but he didn't pick up. But we told him the cabinets were coming between 11 am - 1 pm". He had already called them ahead of time to let them know to call me!! Strike 2 The cabinets finally have arrived and it didn't get any better from there. First off, it was raining that day and they brought the cabinets in with no cover or box. They came in wet and guess who had to dry them off? Me! The delivery guy even said "Oh you might want to wipe them down because the water could ruin the paint". Shouldn't they have wiped them down for me? For the most part, the cabinets were in good condition, but for the ones that were not acceptable, I am a bit shocked that they even allowed the cabinets to leave the warehouse looking the way they did. Some had cracks on the side, busted railings, cabinet sizes were off and the "orange peel" surface (not smooth, but bumpy). Even my contractor who installed it for me was shocked. One thing I do give Superior Cabinets was they were very cooperative and eventually fixed everything we have requested (which took about another month or so). In the end, we are enjoying the cabinets now and they look good. Brad did a wonderful job with his design, but with the hassle of everything else, I am not sure if I would use them again :/

We decided to visit the Tacoma store and were greeted by Dyson and Doris and the difference in service was remarkable. They spent about an hour with us, offering helpful suggestions and answering all our questions. Dyson also updated our 3-D rendering for our layout. Throughout the entire process - multiple emails and several follow up visits - Dyson was consistently professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Doris was also involved as well, though to a lesser extent, and our impression of her was just as positive. Her service was excellent. Thank you Dyson and Doris

    Headline: AVOID - They delivered unordered items and caused a construction disaster…read more The root of this entire mess started because Krafter's Land Cabinetry delivered a 24-inch unit that I NEVER ordered. While they claim they sent the correct 12-inch unit, they simultaneously sent an extra 24-inch unit by mistake. This logistical error created massive confusion on-site, leading to the wrong unit being installed in my master bathroom. I have a 24-inch cabinet bolted to my wall right now as physical proof of their delivery error (see photo with measuring tape), yet the salesperson, Nana, refuses to take any responsibility. Her only response is that they "provided what was on the order," completely ignoring the fact that their extra, unordered delivery caused the disaster. I want to be clear about the actions I am taking: 1. L&I Complaint: Already filed against the Contractor for the incorrect installation, and they have been cited. 2. BBB Complaint: Now being filed against Krafter's Land Cabinetry for their logistical failure, delivering unordered products, and refusal to provide a professional resolution. It is incredibly unprofessional to ignore a clear delivery mistake and stop communicating with a customer. Do not trust this company--they will deliver the wrong items and then blame you for the outcome. Update: Management admitted in writing that this was their "Warehouse Error" (see screenshot). Despite this admission, they refuse to provide materials to fix the disaster they caused. Disgraceful service.
