He was thorough, professional, responsive and kept in constant communication throughout the whole process. He even called me to come in and place my order before the prices went up due to tariffs which saved us lots of money. The products are high quality and look beautiful. Of course there were snags along the way. A cabinet was damaged during installation and David made everything right. There was miscommunication with the countertop installers but again he sent them out again to correct the problem. David, with A1 Cabinets & Granite, was awesome to work with! I'd been contemplating a kitchen remodel for years and I was soo thrilled to have come upon A1! David was really easy to work with from the get go; he's very patient. I provided David with the measurements of my kitchen and he had a design within 48 hrs. Over the next couple of months I asked him to make adjustments, which ended up with several revisions on my part. He was always very professional and prompt, and he always answers his phone. Communication was really easy and effortless. The ordering process was really easy. We went into the store to make the final purchase/payment and minor adjustments to the layout. Just a few days later we had our cabinets delivered by A1. The delivery crew was very careful in placing each cabinet in our front room, where we had space to store the cabinets before they were installed. All the cabinets come fully built and all you need to do is install. We have been enjoying our kitchen for the past several months and could not me more thrilled!! All the cabinets are of high quality and the drawers/glides are really smooth and easy to use; all wood. Our kitchen photos in this post are the white cabinets with the blue backspash (and black stool in the photos, fridge at the end of the kitchen). This kitchen remodel has really changed our lives in that we have AMPLE room to cook and lots of people hang out at the 15" overhang at the end of the kitchen. I used A1 Cabinets for a recent remodel. We were referred to Kelvin by a friend. I can't say enough good things about Kelvin. He is so knowledgeable and helped us design our new kitchen. He was so pleasant to work with we decided to do our bathrooms, laundry room, and some other areas in our house. As many know during these times, finding good people who follow through is difficult right now bc of the shortage of workers and how busy all contractors are. I am surprise this business doesn't get that many reviews. I have done my kitchen and bathroom many times and this business seems to be the best. I met David and he is extremely helpful. He remembered my questions and what I was looking for exactly on the second visit. The delivery was very professional and on-time. The team doing quartz cutting also did a great job. They came early and left super late. I think they took like 12 hours totally and my kitchen came out perfectly even it was dark around 4pm already. I am very happy with the cabinets that I bought from A1 Cabinets and Granite. Before I bought them, they came to my house and measured all of the dimensions of my kitchen and bathrooms and then transferred the data into a computer assisted design system. They then laid out the design so we could see it and make changes to it, for example, for different sized appliances etc. They also customized a space to fit my many over sized cutting boards, which is extremely useful. When the cabinets where delivered everything fit perfectly, as it was designed on the computer to fit perfectly. I bought an oversized sink through them as well; I needed a deep and wide sink and A1 found the exact sink that I needed. The quality of the materials is high and hinges are durable. I have soft close hardware on all cabinet doors and drawers and quartz countertops. The kitchen has several other custom features that are not obvious from the pictures; I credit A1 with designing a very functional cook's kitchen that feels customized for me. In addition to the kitchen, I bought cabinets for two bathrooms as well; like the kitchen cabinets, they were home runs. On a final note, the staff is not only highly skilled and experienced, they are also very friendly and patient.
