Fairly average and mediocre quality. Eva, Christine, and a hit n miss crew of installers. I only met Eva once for measurements. She was 30 minutes late for our appointment. My agent and I both had to drive in 50 minutes of traffic. We got to the house on time but had to wait for her. She was pretty cold and spoke just a few words during the meeting. There were some frustrating incidents and arguments during the cabinet installation that could have been completely avoid. Overall I was barely satisfied. I had to push very hard to get some of the quality issues fixed and it involved multiple trips. I will do much more research next time before I pay someone to do any work in my house again. read more

We purchased two pantry cabinets for a large cost. The craftsmanship was very poor and the quality even worse. Instead of using screws they used small carpenter staples. There was however one nail we found in the material that was not nailed into anything. Just the nail through the would. There were large chunks of material that had broken off, stressed material where paint was cracked as well as the material. There was paint transfer on the cabinets and the bottom of the cabinets were crushed because of the way the cabinets were being moved around on the dock for loading into our truck. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They resolutions we had suggested was to refund a portion of our money to offset use fixing the issues to know it was done correctly and with the correct tools and materials. The company only wanted us to reload them into our vehicle and return them for a refund. This may have been an option but we are under a time line that was not allowing us to go search for more pantry cabinets and wait for them to be assembled and delivered/picked up. read more

This was the best kitchen remodel experience we could have hoped for. We replaced our kitchen countertop and got a tile backsplash. CiCi was extremely responsive and when I visited the showroom to look at the samples, I was scheduled and no one else was in the showroom and we were both wearing masks. Very clean! Not a huge selection, but that is just fine for the value. We were able to schedule exactly the dates that we wanted which were only a few weeks out. The countertop demo and installation was extremely fast and clean--took only about 3 hours. I was very impressed by Feng and his partner, working quickly and efficiently and always wearing a mask. The next day, Sing (also wearing a mask), came in to do the tile and worked tirelessly all day. They transformed our kitchen in just over two days! We're very happy with the flawless process and very quick turnaround time. read more

These guys are amazing! I had quotes from multiple suppliers and their cost are incredibly reasonable. Lead time is very good for this busy construction climate. We placed our kitchen cabinet order in early March before Seattle businesses started to shut down due to COVID-19. We were going to pickup on March 30, but things were starting to change. ABS let us pickup earlier, so we could get our cabinets before the shutdown. In that time, we also decided to go with a white countertop instead of grey. Christine was very helpful in coordinating and helping us make changes to our order. In the end, we are happy with our cabinets and countertop. Their help was greatly appreciated. read more

By far and away the worst customer experience I think I've ever had. My wife and I walk into the store on a Sunday afternoon. No other customers in there, but there were 2 - TWO - sales clerks. Neither could be bothered to look up from their screens to even say hello or ask how to help us. We thought it was a mistake so we entered anyway to see how long it would take before someone engaged with us and greeted us. After we perused for a few minutes, still no recognition that we were even there. We simply left. I strongly recommend NOT hiring these characters. We walked into ABS on a Wednesday with a general concept of installing new cabinets and countertops in our cabin in Mason County. By the following Tuesday, ABS installed the cabinets, countertops and sink for a very affordable price. Along the way, we had multiple changes to the measurements and layouts. ABS was fast and nimble with scheduling changes and able to adapt when measurements were not quite what they had originally seemed (1920s home). Do not go to this showroom. They are appointment only, the one in Bellevue is open for walk-ins. The lady at the Seattle location says they charge if you want to see the product in the showroom. Here is the process for the Seattle location: "Thank you for checking out, we currently work on quotes and design via emails, we could send some photos of the materials options for your review first , in order to proceed a quote. Mark and Alex were the amazing dynamic duo! They worked so hard to move very heavy furniture from upstairs bedrooms to another house with even steeper stairs!! They were so careful and conscientious and didn't leave one mark on my pure white walls. There isn't a better counter store! They have amazing customer service - you can text them, and call them anytime. They were able to install the most beautiful counter-tops with precision and only FIVE days after I ordered them, and I ordered them 2 days before Thanksgiving! The installers showed up at 10 AM prompt on Sunday morning and were so courteous, professional and exceeded our expectations in terms of perfectly cut counter-tops (and catered to our farm sink)! read more

We just got a new kitchen from ABS and are very, very happy with the results. Their prices are great. It was an easy process from start to finish. We looked in the showroom, then Eva came to our home a few days later to measure, and offer suggestions for maximizing the use of our space. The next day we received a detailed email with the price. We returned to the showroom to speak with Christine, and pay the deposit. A week later our kitchen was done! It only took them two days to demo, install cabinets, and install quartz counter tops. They were very careful with our wood floors. Singh(sp?), who installed the cabinets, made sure all details were done to our liking. He worked fast, did a great job, and swept up the area when he was done. The quartz installers did an excellent job with the seams, and the counters look great! I was referred to ABS for a kitchen remodel by a contractor friend that has used them several times for his kitchen projects. It was the easiest and most straight forward experience I had during my house remodel project. My husband and I walked in with measurements of our kitchen project, met Christine and she in just a few minutes had a full design ready. It was incredibly quick which is not the typical experience! There are enough choices that are trendy so it wasn't over whelming. The choices were the most up to date styles. They only do standard cabinet sizes what is makes it so affordable. All around great experience. Had counter tops installed today- went smooth and very quick. Ordered cabinets several weeks ago and had them delivered for my contractor to install, delivery guys were quick and I got a call ahead saying they were on the way. I did have to order an extra piece and was able to pick it up right away for warehouse near Costco in Tukwila- I was helped immediately when I got to the warehouse (ordered several years ago through another company and spent several hours at a dysfunctional warehouse waiting for replacement supplies for damaged ones received) so this company exceeded expectations!!! read more

We're doing a pretty major home remodel and after looking around A LOT, we decided to get our cabinets and counter tops from ABS Building Supply. They have been very pleasant to work with thus far, and the price really can't be beat! We actually got quotes from them a few months ago, and the communication I have had with them has been excellent, speedy responses to all of my questions. I've e-mailed the mostly, but when I have called, I've never had a problem getting a hold of someone who could help me. My husband was home when the cabinet installers came yesterday and he said they were extremely efficient and very friendly, easy to deal with, no issues at all. We were kind of expecting them to show up with pre-fabricated cabinets (like we see in all the house remodel shows), but they were not and had to be built on site. My husband was impressed with how quickly the installers were able to finish. And from what I can see, they did an excellent job! The cabinets are shaker style with the Chocolate finish, which I wasn't 100% sold on in the showroom, as the finish looked a little splotchy. The installed cabinets, however, look much nicer, and I am glad we chose them! The only issue we've had in this whole process so far is that one of the shelves in the pantry was a completely different color than the rest. I e-mailed Christine at ABS around 8 am this morning to request a replacement shelf in the correct color. By 10 am she had called my husband, then e-mailed me as well, to let us know athat she was sending a replacement shelf with the granite installers, as they will be here this afternoon to complete the install. Excellent customer service! I would like to add that both the cabinet and the granite installers were very prompt. The cabinet installers were scheduled to arrive between 9 am and 10 am, and they arrived at 8:55 (so not late, but not TOO early, either). The granite installers scheduled to arrive at 12:00 noon arrived about 11:55 am. Overall, I am exceedingly pleased with this whole experience, and would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone who's looking to remodel a kitchen! read more

I called these guys and they just seemed very prideful. Terrible customer service and quality of cabinets. We shopped around quite a bit and got cabinets for a way better deal elsewhere. Idk why their prices are so high. My only guess is even tho they say they are custom they aren't, they are purchased as you order them and that's why it takes them sooooo long to get them. I can't imagine anyone waiting a month to 3 months to get their kitchen done. I think this company really needs to hire more people. Would've taken two plus weeks just to get kitchen measured. They bragged about how busy they were and literally made me feel like I was not good enough to do business with them. Their tone of voice on the phone was just of a careless person saying sorry, we are booked for weeks ahead just to measure. Long story about what a huge waste of time was to talk to them on the phone and visit their showroom. Honestly, I'm glad I didn't go with them because we got our kitchen measured by other company next day and cabinets where installed 2 weeks later for 1/3 of what they wanted for their cheap version of shaker cabinets. Ours are heavy duty and was able to order 36" drawers unlike theirs ours can hold a ton of weight. Very impressed w how our kitchen looks now and it took 1/3 of the money and it was done super fast. If a company tells you they are made to order ask them to visit where they make them, if they can't tell you or let you visit you know these come from China and take forever to ship. Buyer beware at this store, if you want to have a positive outcome do not use them. They do not perform quality work not stand behind their work. We paid cash deposit and scheduled with Christine the project and went over all final measurements, only to learn that she made a quote and had all the wrong measurements. We provided them at the initial time of the estimate and have the notes. Two days before install, we go over everything and had already paid and scheduled for 9/1 install. She texted on the morning and said the installers were getting the supplies and would be at the job in one hour @ 9:30am. It was scheduled for between 9:00 am and 10:00 am a reasonable range. We had commitments and scheduled them according to this time frame. We allowed 7 hours for install. The crew did not show up after 10:00 and we contacted her this is now over 1 1/2 hours from saying they were in route. Then she says loosely they may be late. We asked over and over what time and/or that we would. Christine, is very immature and unprofessional and delayed us for over 3 hours and never once told us when they would arrive. We should have canceled, the installers work is inferior and they miss cut the center of a quartz countertop for the bathroom vanity and it is off center. a novice DIY could d better job. She told the installers to rush the job because they were late. She also, bod face lied that they were at the warehouse for 3 1/2 hours picking up our product for our job. Which we informed her we paid deposit and planned job and she should have prepared and planned better. We told her to not rush the workers, needless to say the job is lousy and incomplete. We contacted Eva, the owner, who we know. She is very poor business person with very bad language skills and decorum, Christine does not perform any better. They make lots of measurement mistakes due to their lack of the language, mathematics and engineering required for such jobs. Beware. The product is poor quality chinese mass produced. Moreoever, we documented everything including the most important fact, they don't warranty their work. We are filing a lawsuit in King County Superior Court; a complaint to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. It appears they may have a license violation as well, yet to be confirmed.
