We did a full kitchen remodel with the Luxe team. The hours of design that Leah and the owner Leon spent on us and eing patient throughout the number of changes we suggested is quite commendable and very accomodative. Products are great quality and they took feedback very well and acted on it, like some of our custom pullouts had some gaps and such and they immediately took care of them and redid the whole thing. We used quartzite for our wet bar and a full wall granite, which was very neatly installed and the seams are almost invisible. Overall super happy with Luxe and would highly recommend. read more

We just had our kitchen island installed this morning. Two carpenters came and they were very polite and skillful. The quality of the kitchen island is excellent. They custom cut the island stone top on our driveway and made a perfect fit for the kitchen island. We are very pleased with the results. Our townhouse is very small. I came to Luxe shopping for a Fotile range hood. Leon was very helpful in sorting my order out, and their price was great. Now it's been over three months of using the hood we love the sleek modern look as well as how effective it is in keeping the smell/smoke down. 10/10 for Leon's team's service in selling and installing Fotile appliances. They also have a variety of cabinets for sale. Even though at the time of shopping at the store, I had already worked with another supplier and paid the deposit for a different kind of cabinet, what I saw at Luxe was just so unique and elegant. I inquired about the price and decided to make the switch. I ended up working with Luxe for the entire kitchen remodel project. Now the project is completed, and we have enjoyed our new kitchen for over three months, I am confident to give a 10/10 for the cabinets. They are of great quality and worth the higher price tag. The cabinets are very high quality and modern products, and their renovation team is the best. I did my bathroom remodel with them, and was very happy with the results. If you want poorly put together, un-leveled, mismeasured mediocre quality cabinets from people who consistently lie and don't honor their word order cabinets from Luxe Cabinets and Stone. I recently remodeled my kitchen and had the misfortune of choosing Luxe to do the job. They were very nice until they got my money. Almost from day one the lies started-- they lied about the time workers were supposed to arrive. They lied about confirming measurements for appliances although they were provided dimensions and cutouts for each. They lied about costs. They lied about supposed warranties that came with the cabinets. If it wasn't enough that they were such liars and you couldn't trust anything they said the installation of the cabinets themselves left a lot to be desired. Installation was supposed to take two days; it actually took almost two weeks. The installers installed cabinet doors with uneven heights, gaps so large between the doors that you could see clear through to the back of the cabinets. Soft tips for closure that were so large they made the cabinet doors protrude. Doors that did not align properly. Despite all these deficiencies the installers were pleased with their work and thought they were finished. To add insult to injury they measured improperly for the appliances. The space for the oven and microwave was incorrect. The space for the dishwasher was also incorrect. This was despite the fact that they had been provided dimensions and cutouts for each. The board they provided in the pantry to sit the stove on was so inadequate that the appliance installer had to provide stronger/thicker wood. When they failed to measure the pantry accurately they refused to make the necessary adjustments to correct their error. Rather, their manager, Leon, just stopped answering or returning calls. These are not reputable people. Save yourself the heartburn and go elsewhere. Remodeling a kitchen is a significant investment you want to make sure you get a quality installation; you won't get it at Luxe Cabinets and Stone. Leon kept asking me throughout the process to write a good Yelp review knowing that there were deficiencies in their work. I would be Leary of their ratings. read more

We decided to remodel our laundry room and spent a few months talking to various contractors who quoted us very high prices to install new cabinets and appliances ($20,000!). We decided to drop in at the Luxe Cabinet & Stone showroom in SoDo and they were so helpful right away. They accommodated our schedule and communicated very clearly with us throughout the project. Luxe beat their estimates but that is only a small portion of why we decide to go with Luxe.
